本发明公开了一种灯泡自动银焊台,包括支架,支架上设置有托盘,托盘底部设置有连杆,连杆与支架转动连接,支架上设置有驱动连杆转动的电机,托盘上方设置有横杆,横杆上设置有转动块,转动块上设置有通孔,通孔上方设置有喷火口以及焊条,连杆包括第一连杆和第二连杆,第一连杆下端设置有滑动块,第二连杆上设置有竖直滑槽,滑动块与竖直滑槽的横截面均为非圆形且形状相同,滑动块在竖直滑槽内配合滑动,第二连杆与支架转动连接,第一连杆上设置有凸环,凸环与第二连杆之间设置有弹簧。这种灯泡自动银焊台能够快速对灯头进行银焊操作,并且能够使得焊接后的触点平整。

本发明属于灯泡加工技术领域,具体是一种灯泡自动银焊台。
背景技术
秋刀鱼灯是用于秋刀鱼的捕鱼船上用光线让鱼群聚集的灯,现有的秋刀鱼灯的灯头上一般采用手工银焊的方式焊上触点,而采用手工方法焊接不仅效率低且焊接后的触点不平整,这样焊接后的触点容易脱落,并且触点形状不规则,容易出现灯头与灯座接触不良的情况。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供一种灯泡自动银焊台,这种灯泡自动银焊台能够快速对灯头进行银焊操作,并且能够使得焊接后的触点平整。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种灯泡自动银焊台,包括支架,所述支架上设置有托盘,所述托盘底部设置有连杆,所述连杆与所述支架转动连接,所述支架上设置有驱动所述连杆转动的电机,所述托盘上方设置有横杆,所述横杆上设置有转动块,所述转动块上设置有通孔,所述通孔上方设置有喷火口以及焊条,所述连杆包括第一连杆和第二连杆,所述第一连杆下端设置有滑动块,所述第二连杆上设置有竖直滑槽,所述滑动块与所述竖直滑槽的横截面均为非圆形且形状相同,所述滑动块在所述竖直滑槽内配合滑动,所述第二连杆与所述支架转动连接,所述第一连杆上设置有凸环,所述凸环与所述第二连杆之间设置有弹簧。采用这种结构的自动银焊台在使用时,将灯泡装入托盘与通孔之间,然后喷火口喷火将焊条熔化进行银焊的同时电机驱动连杆转动,从而带动灯泡转动,使得银焊完成的触点平整,并且焊接效率高,同时连杆能够实现伸缩,方便将灯泡在托盘与通孔之间弹紧,使得灯泡装入更加方便。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述第二连杆外设置有第一皮带轮,所述电机上设置有第二皮带轮,所述第一皮带轮和所述第二皮带轮之间设置有皮带。采用这种结构使得电机的转送速度和驱动力能够进行调整。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:采用这种结构的自动银焊台在使用时,将灯泡装入托盘与通孔之间,然后喷火口喷火将焊条熔化进行银焊的同时电机驱动连杆转动,从而带动灯泡转动,使得银焊完成的触点平整,并且焊接效率高,同时连杆能够实现伸缩,方便将灯泡在托盘与通孔之间弹紧,使得灯泡装入更加方便。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:参见图1至图2,一种灯泡自动银焊台,包括支架1,所述支架1上设置有托盘2,所述托盘2底部设置有连杆3,所述连杆3与所述支架1转动连接,所述支架1上设置有驱动所述连杆3转动的电机4,所述托盘2上方设置有横杆5,所述横杆5上设置有转动块6,所述转动块6上设置有通孔61,所述通孔61上方设置有喷火口7以及焊条8。所述连杆3包括第一连杆31和第二连杆32,所述第一连杆31下端设置有滑动块311,所述第二连杆32上设置有竖直滑槽321,所述滑动块311与所述竖直滑槽3的横截面均为非圆形且形状相同,所述滑动块311在所述竖直滑槽3内配合滑动,所述第二连杆32与所述支架1转动连接,所述第一连杆31上设置有凸环312,所述凸环312与所述第二连杆32之间设置有弹簧33。采用这种结构的自动银焊台在使用时,将灯泡装入托盘与通孔之间,然后喷火口喷火将焊条熔化进行银焊的同时电机驱动连杆转动,从而带动灯泡转动,使得银焊完成的触点平整,并且焊接效率高,同时连杆能够实现伸缩,方便将灯泡在托盘与通孔之间弹紧,使得灯泡装入更加方便。
