本发明涉及一种筒状半球形的球阀结构,包括主阀体,在主阀体内部设有副阀体,在副阀体上设有阀座,阀座有两个,在两个阀座之间设有球体,在球体上设有阀杆,阀杆设置在主阀体上的阀杆座上,主阀体中间部分为筒状结构,在主阀体的两端为半球状结构,副阀体固定在主阀体两端的半球状结构上,主阀体、副阀体、阀座以及球体外侧形成一中空腔。整个阀门的结构更加的紧凑,阀门体积小,重量轻,减少了阀门对管道施加的应力,半球状的结构,保证了阀门内部承受应力最均匀,强度最大,阀门的安全性更高,使用寿命更长;同时主阀体的筒状半球体是由一段钢管模压而成,取材方便,大大减少了生产成本,市场竞争力强。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门生产制造技术领域中的一种球阀,尤其是涉及一种筒状半球形的球阀结构。
背景技术
目前,城市燃气输配管网中的燃气用全焊接球阀的外形结构一般为筒状结构,也有少数的为球状结构,筒状结构制造简单,为大多数企业采取,但相比较球状结构,体积大,重量大,易产生应力集中;而球状结构,技术性高,焊接难度大,制造困难,价格较高。而现在的城市燃气输配管网中管道大量为PE管道,承受应力较低,因此与之相配的阀门重量应最轻。因此,制造出结合筒状结构与球状结构阀门优点,适用于城市燃气输配管网中的燃气球阀是当前需要解决的重要技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种筒状半球形球阀结构,结构紧凑,体积小,重量轻,同时内部承受的应力小,强度大,制造成本低,市场竞争力强。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种筒状半球形的球阀结构,包括主阀体,在所述的主阀体内部设有副阀体,在所述的副阀体上设有阀座,所述的阀座有两个,在两个所述的阀座之间设有球体,在所述的球体上设有阀杆,所述的阀杆设置在主阀体上的阀杆座上,所述的主阀体中间部分为筒状结构,在所述的主阀体的两端为半球状结构,所述的副阀体固定在主阀体两端的半球状结构上,所述的主阀体、副阀体、阀座以及球体外侧形成一中空腔。
进一步具体的,所述的副阀体与阀座之间设有弹性元件,在所述的阀座与球体之间设有密封件。
进一步具体的,所述的主阀体的底部设置一定位轴,所述的球体底部中间轴孔位置设置在定位轴上。
本发明的有益效果是:采用了上述结构之后,整个阀门的结构更加的紧凑,阀门体积小,重量轻,减少了阀门对管道施加的应力,半球状的结构,保证了阀门内部承受应力最均匀,强度最大,阀门的安全性更高,使用寿命更长;同时主阀体的筒状半球体是由一段钢管模压而成,取材方便,方便制作,大大减少了生产成本,市场竞争力强。

下面结合附图对本发明作详细的描述。
如图1和图2所示一种筒状半球形的球阀结构,包括主阀体1,在所述的主阀体1内部设有副阀体2,在所述的副阀体2上设有阀座3,所述的阀座3有两个,在两个所述的阀座3之间设有球体4,在所述的球体4上设有阀杆,所述的阀杆设置在主阀体1上的阀杆座上,所述的主阀体1中间部分为筒状结构5,在所述的主阀体1的两端为半球状结构6,所述的副阀体2焊接在主阀体1两端的半球状结构6上,所述的主阀体1、副阀体2、阀座3以及球体4外侧形成一中空腔7;所述的副阀体2与阀座3之间设有弹性元件8,在所述的阀座3与球体4之间设有密封件9;所述的主阀体1的底部设置一定位轴,所述的球体4底部中间轴孔位置设置在定位轴上。
通过主阀体1的筒状结构5以及半球状结构6能够使得整个阀门的结构更加的紧凑,阀门体积小,重量轻,减少了阀门对管道施加的应力,半球状的结构,保证了阀门内部承受应力最均匀,强度最大,阀门的安全性更高,使用寿命更长;同时主阀体的筒状半球体是由一段钢管模压而成,取材方便,方便制作,大大减少了生产成本,市场竞争力强。

1.一种筒状半球形的球阀结构,包括主阀体(1),在所述的主阀体(1)内部设有副阀体(2),在所述的副阀体(2)上设有阀座(3),所述的阀座(3)有两个,在两个所述的阀座(3)之间设有球体(4),在所述的球体(4)上设有阀杆,所述的阀杆设置在主阀体(1)上的阀杆座上,其特征在于,所述的主阀体(1)中间部分为筒状结构(5),在所述的主阀体(1)的两端为半球状结构(6),所述的副阀体(2)固定在主阀体(1)两端的半球状结构(6)上,所述的主阀体(1)、副阀体(2)、阀座(3)以及球体(4)外侧形成一中空腔(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的筒状半球形的球阀结构,其特征在于,所述的副阀体(2)与阀座(3)之间设有弹性元件(8),在所述的阀座(3)与球体(4)之间设有密封件(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的筒状半球形的球阀结构,其特征在于,所述的主阀体(1)的底部设置一定位轴,所述的球体(4)底部中间轴孔位置设置在定位轴上。
