Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种制冷器具,特别是一种家用制冷器具,该制冷器具具有两个温度被分别控制的储藏室。
背景技术
所述传统的设备在它的下部包括新鲜食物储藏室;上部被竖直分隔件分成第二储藏室和蒸发室。蒸发室内的风扇驱动储藏室的空气交换。由风扇驱动的空气流的一部分进入第二储藏室,剩下的空气通过风道送入新鲜食物储藏室,所述风道在后壁和新鲜食物储藏室底部上朝向门延伸。
冷空气以及伴随冷空气的蒸发器的冷却功率在储藏室内的分布取决于空气在它的循环中所遇到的流动阻力。如果路径被储藏室内的冷藏物品阻碍,则空气流会移到别的储藏室,这意味着一个储藏室没有被充分冷却或者另一储藏室被过多冷却。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有上储藏室和下储藏室的制冷器具,其中,这两个储藏室的温度能够以简单且具有经济效益的方式被分别控制。
由于空气通道旁绕过门托盘,因此进入上储藏室的空气在门托盘底侧处的任何偏转得以避免,这意味着所述空气流的大部分能够在上储藏室内在门的附近处上升。
上储藏室的上部区域和下部区域优选地由至少一个用于搁板的支撑结构彼此隔开。这样的支撑部件能够以常规方式在本体的侧壁上形成。
如果搁板布置在上储藏室的上部区域与下部区域之间,则所述搁板应当在关闭位置与门间隔开并且还相应地借助间隙与本体的后壁间隔开。由于这样的搁板的前边缘伸入到上储藏室的门处上升的空气流中,因此该搁板使得一部分空气流朝向上储藏室的位于所述搁板下方的格偏转。分出的这部分空气在格的整个深度上冲刷所述格并且最终穿过搁板与后壁之间的间隙、朝向上储藏室的空气出口地上升。空气流的在搁板的前边缘与门之间上升的部分可以在第二搁板处再次分流,从而冲刷通过位于搁板之间的格、或者在上储藏室的顶棚处朝向出口地偏转。
上储藏室中的空气出口有利地位于由上储藏室的顶棚和后壁形成的拐角处。
为了在上储藏室的宽度上确保均匀的空气流分配,还期待穿通通道变得更宽。穿通通道的宽度应当是门托盘的宽度的至少一半、优选地是门托盘的宽度的至少四分之三。
门可以以常规方式包括绝热层和在绝热层与储藏室之间延伸的内壁。在此,内壁方便地具有空气通道所延伸穿过的开口。
在最简单的情况下,门托盘的壁还可以界定穿通通道。然而,优选的是,所述开口局部被壁面板覆盖。
这样的壁面板可以与门托盘采用相同的方式悬挂在位于内壁上的凸起上。
壁面板可以形成为壁面板和本体的在储藏室之间延伸的分隔件在门关闭时界定出一间隙,该间隙的横截面小于空气通道的横截面。由此,能够使得从下储藏室流向上储藏室的空气借助于分隔件至少大部分通过所述空气通道。
特别地,壁面板为此可以包括向着分隔件向下倾斜的挡板。
为了减小所述间隙的横截面,挡板优选地在分隔件的整个宽度上延伸。
位于本体的后壁上的进气风道可以从位于上储藏室中的空气出口向下延伸至蒸发室。
这样的蒸发室尤其可以布置在下储藏室的高度水平上。
所说明的下储藏室优选的是新鲜食物格并且所说明的上储藏室是常规制冷格。

图1展示了根据本发明的一实施例的无霜制冷器具的示意性剖视图。该制冷器具以常规方式包括本体1和抵靠本体的门2,所述本体和门界定内部空间。水平分隔件3将内部空间分成用作常规制冷格的上储藏室4和下部分,该下部分自身由竖直分隔件5分成位于门2与分隔件5之间的下储藏室6和位于分隔件5与本体的后壁8之间的蒸发室7。
风扇10布置在分隔件5上的穿通通道9处,从而抽取空气穿过容置在蒸发室7内的蒸发器11并且将由此冷却的空气吹入下储藏室6内。
导通至上储藏室4的空气通道12在下储藏室6的前上拐角处形成。上储藏室4继而具有空气出口13,该空气出口13紧邻由本体1的后壁8和顶棚14形成的拐角。进气风道15在后壁8处从所述空气出口13向下延伸并返回到蒸发室7。进气风道15可以如图所示那样由从后壁8内凹的扁平槽与覆盖所述槽的壁面板16形成。
支撑结构17采用常规方式以不同高度在上储藏室4的侧壁上形成,这些支撑结构17中的一些承载搁板18。间隙19空闲地保持在搁板18的后边缘与后壁8或壁面板16之间。以对应的方式,搁板18的前边缘与门托盘21、22的面向后壁8的侧壁20所在的竖直平面以间隙23隔开。
门2采用常规方式由例如由金属薄材形成的固定的外壁24、由平坦塑料深拉形成的内壁25、以及填充外壁与内壁之间的空间的绝热层26构造而成。
图2展示了内壁25的透视图。在内壁25的下部区域中形成有扁平突起27,该扁平突起27的宽度和高度基本上对应于下储藏室6的宽度和高度,并且在门2关闭时伸入储藏室6内。连接至突起27的顶部的是扁平凹部28,该扁平凹部28旁绕过分隔件3,部分在下储藏室6的高度水平处延伸,部分在上储藏室4的高度水平处延伸。凹部28在其伸入上储藏室4的部分上由支柱29形成侧翼,支柱29基本上在上储藏室4的整个高度上延伸,并且,在支柱29的面向彼此的侧翼上以常规方式具有凸起30,所述凸起设置成用于在凸起上悬挂门托盘21、22。
位于最下方的一对凸起30位于凹部28的高度水平上。凹部28的宽度略微小于支柱29的面向彼此的侧翼之间的距离,这意味着在所述侧翼与凹部28两侧上的侧壁31之间保持有壁表面的狭窄的非内凹带区32,该狭窄非内凹带32用于支撑悬挂在最下方的一对凸起30上的门托盘21(参见图1)的门侧侧壁。另外的凸起33形成在凹部28的两个侧壁31上。
所述另外的凸起33用于锚接在图3中以透视图示出的壁面板34。该壁面板34包括中央平坦表面35,两个托架36在中央平坦表面35的侧向边缘上从所述中央平坦表面35的后侧突出。在图3中只能观察到一个托架36。托架36设置有与凸起33互补的凹槽37,以便能够将壁面板34钩挂在凹部28内,从而使得壁面板34朝向本体1地界定出空气通道12并且使得平坦表面35与内壁25的侧向紧邻凹部28的带区32齐平。
图4展示了壁面板34钩挂在凹部28上情况下的门2的内壁25。空气通道12的进口38向上由挡板40界定,该挡板40从平坦表面35的下边缘向下倾斜地延伸到本体1的内部,并且当门2关闭时如图1所示那样在与分隔件3的前边缘具有一距离的位置处终止。挡板40比平坦表面35更宽并且从凹部28侧向地向外延伸到测向带区32上。挡板40的上边缘抵靠在带区32上;当门2关闭时,挡板40的下边缘与分隔件3的前边缘一起界定出间隙41(参见图1),然而,该间隙41的横截面积显著地小于凹部28的横截面积,这意味着在风扇10运转时从下储藏室6流入上储藏室4的冷空气主要沿着通过空气通道12的路径。
尤其在挡板40是弹性的并且与分隔件3接触会容易地充分变形从而不会阻碍门2的关闭的情况下,间隙41的自由横截面也可能消失。
在此值得考虑的是,间隙41被明确期待具有不会消失的横截面,从而使得流入上储藏室4的部分空气是通过间隙41进入的并从下方对着门托盘21推挤并且从而使得这部分空气沿着朝向后壁8的方向基本上水平地偏转。这部分空气由此流过上储藏室4的由分隔件3和最低的搁板18界定的最低的格42直至到达后壁8,从而在所述后壁8处上升穿过间隙19到达空气出口13。
流入上储藏室4的大部分空气流过空气通道12并且在空气通道12的位于门托盘21上方并且也基本上位于格42上方的出口39处进入上储藏室4。出口39与下一个更高的门托盘22足够远,以避免经由所述出口39进入的空气在所述门托盘22下侧处水平偏向。在此,借助出口39进入上储藏室4的空气流流向第二低的搁板18的前边缘并且在该搁板18的前边缘处分支成冲刷通过第二低的格43从而随后沿着后壁8上升至空气出口13的分流、和在所述搁板18的前边缘处上升穿过所述间隙23从而相应地从前向后冲刷通过位于上方的格44的分流。从下储藏室6流入的冷空气由此在很大程度上不均匀地分配至上储藏室4的所有的格42、43、44,并且除了黄油格45的内部之外,在上储藏室4内不存在严格地从空气循环分隔开来从而使得它们能够达到比被冲刷的格42、43、44的温度显著更高的温度的较大区域。
Claims (14)
1.一种制冷器具,所述制冷器具包括本体(1)和门(2),所述本体(1)和所述门(2)围出具有不同温度的储藏室(4,6),至少一个门托盘(21)伸入到上储藏室(4)内并且一空气通道(12)在所述门(2)内延伸,其特征在于,所述上储藏室(4)的温度比下储藏室(6)的温度高,并且,为了引导冷空气流相继穿过两个储藏室(4,6),所述空气通道(12)具有位于所述下储藏室(6)中的进口(38)和位于所述上储藏室(4)的下部区域中的出口(39),并且空气出口(13)设置在所述上储藏室(4)的上部区域中,所述空气通道(12)旁绕过安装在所述门(2)上的所述至少一个门托盘(21);其中,内壁(25)具有凹部(28),所述空气通道(12)延伸经过所述凹部(28),所述凹部(28)部分地被壁面板(34)覆盖,并且,当所述门(2)关闭时,所述壁面板(34)和所述本体(1)的分隔件(3)界定出一间隙(41),所述分隔件在所述上储藏室(4)和所述下储藏室(6)之间延伸,所述间隙(41)的横截面小于所述空气通道(12)的横截面。

5.根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的制冷器具,其特征在于,所述空气通道(12)在所述门托盘(21)的宽度的至少一半上延伸。
6.根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的制冷器具,其特征在于,所述门(2)包括绝热层(26)和在所述绝热层(26)与储藏室(4,6)之间延伸的内壁(25)。
