本发明属于烘干用装置的技术领域,具体为一种新型烘干筒。采用包括圆柱状的烘干筒本体,所述烘干筒本体内沿烘干筒的轴线方向设有转轴,所述转轴的中心线与烘干筒本体的中心线重合,在转轴上沿转轴的径向延伸方向呈均匀辐射状固定有料板,料板以转轴为圆心,料板的外端与烘干筒本体内壁不接触,两者之间留有物料空间,在料板上设有料盒的技术方案,在滚筒内设有料板以及料盒,将堆积的物料进行打散,并将物料上扬后抄起以及下料,有效增加了烘干的效果。

技术领域
本发明属于烘干用装置的技术领域,具体为一种新型烘干筒。
背景技术
顾名思义,烘干筒就是对物料进行烘干的设备,现在的烘干筒存在以下问题:
烘干筒在烘干时,物料在烘干筒内进行转动,如果物料比较多、比较细时,物料容易积聚在一起,烘干效果比较差;因为烘干是在高温条件下进行,物料可能会存在粘连的现象,现有的烘干筒无法解决以上的问题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种新型烘干筒,通过在滚筒内设有料板以及料盒,将堆积的物料进行打散,并将物料上扬后抄起以及下料,有效增加了烘干的效果。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型烘干筒,包括圆柱状的烘干筒本体,其特征在于,所述烘干筒本体内沿烘干筒的轴线方向设有转轴,所述转轴的中心线与烘干筒本体的中心线重合,在转轴上沿转轴的径向延伸方向呈均匀辐射状固定有料板,料板以转轴为圆心,料板的外端与烘干筒本体内壁不接触,两者之间留有物料空间,在料板上设有料盒。
本发明的特点还有:
进一步的,所述的料盒包括位于两侧的侧板,侧板的内侧与料板固定,侧板的外侧固定有外板,侧板、外板以及料板形成开口的物料空间。
进一步的,所述的料盒的两个侧板上分别设有与料板平行设置的沟槽,沟槽之间设有位于物料空间内的辊子,辊子的两端伸入沟槽内。
进一步的,所述的料盒位于料板的两侧。
进一步的,所述的料盒开口朝向烘干筒本体内壁。
进一步的,所述的料盒开口朝向转轴。
进一步的,所述的料盒以料板对称设置。
进一步的,所述的料盒间隔设置。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的烘干筒包括位于烘干筒内的料板,在所述料板上设有料盒。通过在烘干筒内设有固定在转轴上的料板,料板随着转轴进行转动,能够将其内堆积的物料进行抄起,在抄起后,位于料板上的料盒也能够存储一定的物料,物料能够被搅动、托起,带动后经过最高点后,包括料盒内的物料缓慢洒落下来,大大提高了烘干效果。
料板以转轴为中心(圆心),料板沿转轴的其径向方向延伸,均匀辐射分布,这样,在物料被搅动正常工作后,位于转轴两侧的料斗以及转轴上方的料斗都含有物料,物料分布均匀,受力能够部分平衡,振动也小。
料板与料筒的内壁并不接触,两者之间为物料空间,这样,物料进入以后,一方面在料板的搅动作用下,物料自动分布均匀;另一方面,在料板的作用下,将物料不断的进行翻转,优化烘干的效果。
料盒包括侧板以及外板,这样,能够很好的形成容纳的空间,将物料进行分隔呈若干单元,对应将物料进行分割呈若干单元,从而进一步优化烘干效果。
通过沟槽在料盒内设有辊子,辊子能够沿着沟槽上下滑动,在物料经过最顶端时,辊子落入料盒的下部,位于物料内部,对物料形成一个支撑蓬松的效果;在经过最顶端后,需要将物料进行下落时,辊子在自身的重力下,能够将物料进行推送,防止物料的粘连,另一方面,在下落到最底端后,辊子会冲击料盒,形成振动,在振动力的作用下进一步将料盒内的物料进行清除并下落。
总之,本发明的新型烘干筒,通过在滚筒内设有料板以及料盒,将堆积的物料进行打散,并将物料上扬后抄起以及下料,有效增加了烘干的效果。

下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行详细的说明。

如图1、图3所示,一种新型烘干筒,包括圆柱状的烘干筒本体1,所述烘干筒本体1内沿烘干筒的轴线方向设有转轴2,所述转轴2的中心线与烘干筒本体1的中心线重合,在转轴2上沿转轴的径向延伸方向呈均匀辐射状固定有料板3,料板3以转轴2为圆心,料板3的外端与烘干筒本体1内壁不接触,两者之间留有物料空间,在料板3上设有料盒4。
所述的料盒3包括位于两侧的侧板5,侧板5的内侧与料板3固定,侧板5的外侧固定有外板6,侧板5、外板6以及料板3形成开口8的物料空间9。
所述的料盒4的两个侧板5上分别设有与料板3平行设置的沟槽7,沟槽7之间设有位于物料空间9内的辊子10,辊子10的两端伸入沟槽7内。
所述的料盒4位于料板3的两侧,所述的料盒开口8朝向烘干筒本体1内壁,所述的料盒4间隔设置。

如图2、图3所示,所述的料盒4位于料板3的两侧,所述的料盒开口8朝向烘干筒本体1内壁,所述的料盒4对称设置。其他技术特征同实施例1。

使用时,将物料置于烘干筒内,为了实现更好的物料的翻转以及抄起,本发明可以将烘干筒与转轴的转速不同,搅拌的更加充分,随着转动,料板将物料进行抄起,随着进一步的转动,物料进入了料盒,进入料盒之后,料板经过最高点,经过最高点后,随着继续转动,从而将物料卸载落下;落下时,辊子对物料进行振动,实现将物料彻底卸载的目的。

1.一种新型烘干筒,包括圆柱状的烘干筒本体,其特征在于,所述烘干筒本体内沿烘干筒的轴线方向设有转轴,所述转轴的中心线与烘干筒本体的中心线重合,在转轴上沿转轴的径向延伸方向呈均匀辐射状固定有料板,料板以转轴为圆心,料板的外端与烘干筒本体内壁不接触,两者之间留有物料空间,在料板上设有料盒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型烘干筒,其特征在于,所述的料盒包括位于两侧的侧板,侧板的内侧与料板固定,侧板的外侧固定有外板,侧板、外板以及料板形成开口的物料空间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型烘干筒,其特征在于,所述的料盒的两个侧板上分别设有与料板平行设置的沟槽,沟槽之间设有位于物料空间内的辊子,辊子的两端伸入沟槽内。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一权利要求所述的新型烘干筒,其特征在于,所述的料盒位于料板的两侧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新型烘干筒,其特征在于,所述的料盒开口朝向烘干筒本体内壁。
6.根据权利要求4所述的新型烘干筒,其特征在于,所述的料盒开口朝向转轴。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的新型烘干筒,其特征在于,所述的料盒以料板对称设置。
