Abstract

本发明公开了波纹管衬氟调节阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀芯、阀杆和阀盖,阀座固定设于阀体内腔,阀芯上下活动设于阀体内腔,阀杆下端与阀芯连接,阀杆上端穿过阀盖内孔及填料函密封后从阀盖顶部往外伸出,其特征在于:阀盖与阀体之间通过接管固定连接,接管上端面与阀盖之间固定设有导向盘,导向盘中间设有通孔让阀杆活动穿过,阀杆外套设有波纹管,波纹管的上端与导向盘连接,波纹管的下端与阀芯连接,阀体内腔、阀座、接管内孔及阀芯的表面衬有氟橡胶。本发明用于高腐蚀介质输送场合,波纹管采用外部承压方式,实现更好密封,通过接管来调节阀整体高度,方便适用不同工况,同时还具有方便维修的优点。

波纹管衬氟调节阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种专用于高腐蚀介质输送场合的阀门,具体涉及一种波纹管衬氟调节阀。
背景技术
目前,在高腐蚀介质输送的场合,阀门由于受腐蚀影响,往往使用寿命较短,虽然已经采取了很多措施,但效果都不太理想。申请人曾于2013年4月2日申请了专利号201320159712.9、专利名称“波纹管衬氟阀门”的实用新型专利来解决上述技术问题,但还存在以下技术问题不能很好得到解决:一是波纹管采用内部承压方式,波纹管受力情况不好,不能实现更好密封,另外波纹管的外径尺寸也受到严格限制;二是加长阀盖不能方便适用不同工况;三是阀杆表面也要进行衬氟处理,工艺复杂成本高。
发明内容
鉴于目前公知技术存在的问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是在于提供一种波纹管采用外部承压方式,实现更好密封,通过接管来调节整体高度,方便适用不同工况,同时方便维修的波纹管衬氟调节阀。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实施的:
波纹管衬氟调节阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀芯、阀杆和阀盖,阀座固定设于阀体内腔,阀芯上下活动设于阀体内腔,阀杆下端与阀芯连接,阀杆上端穿过阀盖内孔及填料函密封后从阀盖顶部往外伸出,其特征在于:阀盖与阀体之间通过接管固定连接,接管上端面与阀盖之间固定设有导向盘,导向盘中间设有通孔让阀杆活动穿过,阀杆外套设有波纹管,波纹管的上端与导向盘连接,波纹管的下端与阀芯连接,阀体内腔、阀座、接管内孔及阀芯的表面衬有氟橡胶。
接管内孔的孔径大于阀芯的最大外圆直径。
本发明的有益技术效果是:1.与高腐蚀介质接触的阀内表面全部衬有氟橡胶保护,所以大大提高了耐腐蚀性,阀门使用寿命长;2.波纹管采用外部承压方式,并且波纹管的尺寸较大,强度更好,从而实现更好密封;3.通过接管来调节阀整体高度,可方便适用不同工况;4.只需拆下阀盖不需拆卸接管即可取出阀芯,方便维修;5.阀杆下段内置于波纹管内不与高腐蚀介质接触,阀杆表面不需进行衬氟处理,简化工艺降低成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细描述本发明具体实施例的有关细节和工作原理:
如图所示,本发明的波纹管衬氟调节阀,包括阀体9、阀座8、阀芯7、阀杆1和阀盖3,阀座8固定设于阀体9内腔,阀芯7上下活动设于阀体9内腔,阀杆1下端与阀芯7连接,阀杆1上端穿过阀盖3内孔及填料函密封2后从阀盖3顶部往外伸出,阀盖3与阀体9之间通过接管6固定连接,接管6内孔的孔径大于阀芯7的最大外圆直径,接管6上端面与阀盖3之间固定设有导向盘4,导向盘4中间设有通孔让阀杆1活动穿过,阀杆1外套设有波纹管5,波纹管5的上端与导向盘4焊接连接,波纹管5的下端与阀芯7焊接连接,阀体9内腔、阀座8、接管6内孔及阀芯7的表面衬有氟橡胶,阀杆1表面不需进行衬氟处理。

1.波纹管衬氟调节阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀芯、阀杆和阀盖,阀座固定设于阀体内腔,阀芯上下活动设于阀体内腔,阀杆下端与阀芯连接,阀杆上端穿过阀盖内孔及填料函密封后从阀盖顶部往外伸出,其特征在于:阀盖与阀体之间通过接管固定连接,接管上端面与阀盖之间固定设有导向盘,导向盘中间设有通孔让阀杆活动穿过,阀杆外套设有波纹管,波纹管的上端与导向盘连接,波纹管的下端与阀芯连接,阀体内腔、阀座、接管内孔及阀芯的表面衬有氟橡胶。
2.如权利要求1所述的波纹管衬氟调节阀,其特征在于:接管内孔的孔径大于阀芯的最大外圆直径。
