本发明涉及一种工业尾气精洗器。
背景技术：
在尿素生产中，对尾气中的汽氨采用一次洗涤吸收法进行回收后尾气放空，回收效果差，造成生产消耗大，污染大气环境。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种工业尾气精洗器，它通过一组设备实现尾气中汽氨的四次回收，提高尿素生产工艺尾气中汽氨的回收率。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本发明是采用以下技术方案：工业尾气依次通过5/6/7/8四台设备，与设备中的吸收介质进行充分接触达到对尾气中汽氨的吸收，最终尾气排入大气。在吸收过程中5/6/7三台设备中的吸收介质通过U型管保持一定液位。吸收过程中产生的热量由设备中的换热管通过冷却水移走。工艺中的设备为压力容器，5/6/7三台设备结构相同。
本发明具以下有益效果：
1、降低生产过程的消耗。
2、减少有害工业尾气的排放。
3、提高尿素生产工艺尾气中汽氨的回收率。

具体实施方式：
参照图1，工业尾气从尾气进口1依次通过设备5、设备6、设备7、设备8，最后从尾气出口2排出。设备5与设备6之间设有U型管，设备6和设备7之间设有U型管，设备7与设备8之间设有U型管，保证设备吸收介质液位的要求。吸收介质从吸收介质进口3通过位差依次通过设备8、设备7、设备6、设备5，最后从吸收介质出口4排出。设备为卧式设计，四台设备叠放就位，便于安装。
