一种工业尾气清洗工艺,其涉及工业尾气精洗技术领域。其特征在于设备(5)与设备(6)之间设有U型管,设备(6)与设备(7)之间设有U型管,设备(7)与设备(8)之间设有U型管,保证设备吸收介质液位的要求。吸收介质从吸收介质进口通过位差依次通过设备(5)、设备(6)、设备(7)、设备(8),最后从吸收介质口(4)排出。本发明通过对尾气中汽氨的四次回收,提高了尿素生产工艺尾气中汽氨的回收率,降低了生产过程的消耗,减少了有害工业尾气的排放,设备为卧式设计,四台设备叠放就位,安装方便。

本发明涉及工业尾气精洗技术领域,具体涉及一种工业尾气清洗工艺。
背景技术
在尿素生产中,对尾气中的汽氨采用一次洗涤吸收法进行回收后尾气放空,回收效果差,造成生产消耗大,污染大气环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种工业尾气精洗工艺,它通过一组设备实现尾气中汽氨的四次回收,提高尿素生产工艺尾气中汽氨的回收率。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:工业尾气依次通过5/6/7/8四台设备,与设备中的吸收介质进行充分接触达到对尾气中汽氨的吸收,最终尾气排入大气。在吸收过程中5/6/7三台设备中的吸收介质通过U型管保持一定液位。吸收过程中产生的热量由设备中的换热管通过冷却水移走。工艺中的设备为压力容器,5/6/7三台设备结构相同。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、降低生产过程的消耗;
2、减少有害工业尾气的排放;
3、提高尿素生产工艺尾气中汽氨的回收率。

具体实施方式:
参照图1,工业尾气从尾气进口1依次通过设备5、设备6、设备7、设备8,最后从尾气出口2排出。设备5与设备6之间设有U型管,设备6和设备7之间设有U型管,设备7与设备8之间设有U型管,保证设备吸收介质液位的要求。吸收介质从吸收介质进口3通过位差依次通过设备8、设备7、设备6、设备5,最后从吸收介质出口4排出。 设备为卧式设计,四台设备叠放就位,便于安装。
