Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有强烈诱食作用的墨吉对虾配合饲料制作及投喂方法,属于饲料生产领域。本饲料由菱形藻,牟氏角毛藻,中肋骨条藻,微拟球藻,紫球藻,槐叶,燕麦,玉米秸,桑叶,银杏叶,南瓜,啤酒酵母粉,豆腐渣,卤虫,蝇蛆,蚕蛹,蚯蚓,贻贝,螺蛳,黄粉虫,蚂蚱,河蚌,黄蚬,乌贼膏,鱼油,复合维生素,磷酸二氢钙,甜菜碱,α-淀粉,中草药混合物组成;用本发明所述配合饵料进行喂养,解决了墨吉对虾养殖过程中营养需求平衡、疾病防治、健康蜕壳及防止自相残杀、水体污染等问题,营养均衡,不易腐败变质。本饲料香味浓烈,诱食效果好,利用率高,水中稳定性好,工艺简单,中草药可预防对虾病毒性白斑病。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于饲料生产领域,尤其涉及一种具有强烈诱食作用的墨吉对虾配合饲料制作及投喂方法。
背景技术
墨吉对虾俗称大虾、明虾、黄虾、大白虾、大明虾,联合国粮农组织称香蕉虾。隶属节肢动物门Arthropoda,甲壳纲Crustacea,十足目Decapoda,对虾科Penaeidae,对虾属Penaeus。分布甚广,南半球自东非至澳大利亚,北半球东南亚及印度洋,我国广东、广西及海南沿海均有分布,是我国南方重要的对虾养殖种类。体淡棕黄色,透明甲壳较薄。额角上缘8-9齿,下缘4-5齿,额角基部很高,侧视呈三角形,额角后脊伸至头胸甲后缘附近,无中央沟;第一触角鞭与头胸甲大致等长,雌交接器前片顶端疣突相当大,约为纳精器的3/7。产卵个体体长130-190毫米,体重25-80克。大者体长200毫米,体重100克。墨吉对虾是沿岸浅海暖水种类,生活水深一般为10-15m以内,水深20m以下海区很少发现,多栖息泥沙或砂质海底。仔虾阶段常大量集中于河口或内湾,随着生长,移到较深水域生活。放流试验表明,墨吉对虾没有长距离洄游能力,只在小范围内移动,冬季移到较深水域越冬,这与南海水温季节差小有关。该虾对盐度要求较高,最适盐度20-30‰,低于5‰或高于40‰均死亡。属暖水性虾类,但适温范围较窄,既不耐低温也不耐高温。水温34℃以上引起死亡。不适于在混浊、透明度较小水体生活。墨吉对虾也可跟其它虾、鱼、贝、蟹和藻类等混养,获得高产,经济效益较高。墨吉对虾饵料分为鲜活饵料和配合饵料两大类。鲜活饵料主要有低值小贝类、小杂鱼等,吃鲜活饵料生长快,但鲜活饵料不易保鲜,容易腐败。随着配合饵料质量的提高,配合饵料在养殖中使用量逐渐加大,以补充鲜活饵料的不足。
关于对虾饲料制作方法,过去谢松芬发明了一种对虾饲料(申请号CN201410310690),由以下重量份的组分制成:麦麸40-100份、豆粕30-70份、玉米粉20-70份、木薯粉20-50份、炒黄豆粉10-30份、福寿螺肉粉20-55份、葡萄糖10-20份、猪油12-30份、诱食剂8-20份、抗病中药10-25份。该对虾饲料营养均衡,含有味道较清香的玉米粉、炒黄豆粉,味道适口;还有由紫苏、菊花、竹叶、丁香、炒芝麻、厚朴、茵陈和山楂制成的诱食剂,增加了饲料的香气,有利于诱导虾进食,促进其消化和吸收;饲料中还加入了由香薷、南瓜子、贯众、干姜、使君子、黄芪、莪术、荔枝核和百部制成的抗病中药,增强虾体质及抗病菌机能,使虾健康生长。该发明对虾饲料原料来源广,价格低廉,无化学成分,安全健康,但制作工艺较复杂,对水体有一定污染和破坏。另外孙文秀也公开了一种对虾饲料(申请号CN201310393523),以重量百分比计,包括以下组份:海水鱼粉5-10%、淡水鱼粉5-10%、酵母粉2-5%、大豆磷脂2-5%、豆粕5-10%、花生粕5-10%、次粉20-30%、小麦面筋粉5-10%、虾头粉2-5%、乳酸钙0.5-1%、磷酸二氢钙1-3%、鱼油1-2%、植物油1-2%、甘氨酸0.5-1%、氯化胆碱0-0.1%、虾脱壳素0-0.1%、甜菜碱0.01-0.1%。上述组份混合后制成颗粒状或条状饲料,加工的饲料粒径不能超过3毫米。该发明营养均衡充分、富含多种矿物质成分、适口性好、消化率高、容易贮存、价格低廉、能促进对虾生长、提高对虾自身免疫力且对环境污染小,缺点是加工过程中饲料维生素破坏较严重,饲料香味不浓,诱食效果不好。
为了克服目前技术的不足,本发明提供了一种具有强烈诱食作用的墨吉对虾配合饲料制作及投喂方法,用本发明所述配合饵料进行喂养,解决了墨吉对虾养殖过程中的营养需求平衡、疾病防治、健康蜕壳及防止自相残杀、水体污染等问题,为养殖户增产增效。本发明还能有效提高墨吉对虾对原料消化吸收率,饲料营养均衡,不易腐败变质,保存时间长,既能降低饲料成本,又能改善墨吉对虾色泽。另外,本饲料香味浓烈,诱食效果好,利用率高,可增强对虾生长速度和免疫力,提高成活率且在水中稳定性好,对环境友好,加工工艺简单,制备过程中原料营养成分损失少,添加的中草药对预防墨吉对虾病毒性白斑病有良好效果。

其中所述每一种原料的功效如下:
菱形藻粉,牟氏角毛藻,中肋骨条藻,微拟球藻粉,紫球藻粉主要提供对虾生长所必需的多不饱和脂肪酸EPA和DHA;
槐叶,燕麦,玉米秸,桑叶,银杏叶,南瓜,啤酒酵母粉,豆腐渣主要提供植物蛋白和粗纤维;
卤虫,蝇蛆,蚕蛹,蚯蚓,贻贝,螺蛳,黄粉虫,蚂蚱,河蚌,黄蚬,乌贼膏,鱼油主要提供动物蛋白并具备强烈香味和腥味,充当引诱剂;
复合维生素主要提供维生素;
甜菜碱是一种碱性物质,具有强烈的吸湿性能,在饲料制作工艺中用作抗结块剂;
α-淀粉主要起到粘合剂作用;
中草药混合物可增强对虾免疫力,且对预防墨吉对虾病毒性白斑病有显著效果;
磷酸二氢钙主要提供矿物质。
所述一种具有强烈诱食作用的墨吉对虾配合饲料,制作方法包括以下步骤:
1)粉碎按配方中所述比例称取原料,分别放入粉碎机中粉碎,制成粉状,颗粒大小能全部通过100目筛;其中菱形藻粉,牟氏角毛藻,中肋骨条藻,微拟球藻粉,紫球藻粉本身即为极细的粉状颗粒,无需粉碎;
2)混合搅拌按配方所述比例称取粉状原料,装入搅拌机进行混合搅拌,混合均匀即可;
3)制粒将步骤2混合搅拌后的物料,放进饲料颗粒机中制成颗粒状,经熟化、干燥后制成硬质颗粒饲料即可;熟化温度120-125℃,熟化时间45-60秒钟;饲料粒径2-2.5毫米;
4)烘干,包装,入库。采用65-68℃烘干机烘干12小时,饲料含水量可降至8-10%。

3)因墨吉对虾夜间活动、摄食较频繁,故夜间投喂量要比白天多30%;
4)蜕皮期间,墨吉对虾摄食量较低,故蜕皮期间日投饵量为虾总体重的0.8%,分6次投喂;
5)阴雨天,墨吉对虾摄食量较低,日投饵量为虾总体重1%,分3次投喂并开动增氧机增氧;
6)池边无需设饵料台,用长80厘米长柄勺子沿池边人工泼洒即可,如有风,注意顺风泼洒,免得饲料飘到岸上;
7)如果养殖池面积超过15亩,需要划船或乘浮筏全池泼洒;
8)气温较高时,虾摄食旺盛,适量多投饵,天较冷时,少投饵料,因墨吉对虾喜欢聚集在池角,池塘四角多投饵。
有益结果:用本发明所述有机配合饵料进行喂养,解决了墨吉对虾养殖过程中的营养需求平衡、疾病防治、健康蜕壳及防止自相残杀、水体污染等问题,为养殖户增产增效。本发明还能有效提高墨吉对虾对原料消化吸收率,饲料营养均衡,不易腐败变质,保存时间长,既能降低饲料成本,又能改善墨吉对虾色泽。另外,本饲料香味浓烈,适口性与诱食效果好,利用率高,可增强对虾生长速度和免疫力,提高成活率且在水中稳定性好,对环境友好,加工工艺简单,制备过程中原料营养成分损失少;添加的中草药对预防墨吉对虾病毒性白斑病有良好效果。

所述饲料由以下重量比原料组成:菱形藻粉9份,牟氏角毛藻6份,中肋骨条藻12份,微拟球藻粉8份,紫球藻粉5份,槐叶3份,燕麦1份,玉米秸6份,桑叶2份,银杏叶0.6份,南瓜3份,啤酒酵母粉0.4份,豆腐渣7份,卤虫4份,蝇蛆4份,蚕蛹2份,蚯蚓2份,贻贝16份,螺蛳20份,黄粉虫0.5份,蚂蚱3份,河蚌10份,黄蚬1份,乌贼膏3份,鱼油2份,复合维生素0.8份,磷酸二氢钙0.05份,甜菜碱0.4份,α-淀粉7份,中草药混合物0.9份;其中所述中草药混合物由以下重量份原料组成:板蓝根2份,筋骨草3份,黄芪10份,大黄8份,白芷0.5份,薄荷0.3份,金银花3份,牛蒡子0.5份,野菊花1份,虎姆根6份,蒲公英3份。

2.根据权利要求1-2所述的一种具有强烈诱食作用的墨吉对虾配合饲料,其特征在于,制作方法包括以下步骤:
1)粉碎
按配方中所述比例称取原料,分别放入粉碎机中粉碎,制成粉状,颗粒大小能全部通过100目筛;其中菱形藻粉,牟氏角毛藻,中肋骨条藻,微拟球藻粉,紫球藻粉本身即为极细的粉状颗粒,无需粉碎;
2)混合搅拌按配方所述比例称取粉状原料,装入搅拌机进行混合搅拌,混合均匀即可;
3)制粒将步骤2混合搅拌后的物料,放进饲料颗粒机中制成颗粒状,经熟化、干燥后制成硬质颗粒饲料;熟化温度120-125℃,熟化时间45-60秒钟;饲料粒径2-2.5毫米;
4)烘干,包装,入库;采用65-68℃烘干机烘干12小时,饲料含水量降至8-10%。
