本发明公开一种农业废弃物发酵装置,包括罐体,所述罐体顶部和底部分别设有与其内部连通的进料口和出渣口,所述出渣口上可拆卸连接有收集箱,所述进料口上设有与其铰接的密封盖,所述罐体下表面设有支撑脚,所述支撑脚为两段,所述两段支撑脚之间通过弹簧连接,所述罐体由内罐体和外罐体组成,所述内罐体与外罐体之间形成加热腔,所述加热腔内均匀设有加热管。本发明结构简单,在发酵的过程中能有效的监测和控制发酵的温度,保证发酵的正常进行。

本发明属于农业领域,具体涉及一种农业废弃物发酵装置。
背景技术
传统意思上的农业废弃物一般包括植物纤维性废弃物和畜禽粪便两大类。一般对农业废弃物的处理方式一般为燃烧、丢弃和用于发酵制成沼气。燃烧和丢弃的方式会造成很大的污染,在讲求环保的今天是不适用的。随着社会的发展,沼气发酵装置的运用越来越广泛。但是,现在的发酵装置结构一般太过复杂,发酵的效果也不好,并且,在发酵的过程中不能有效的控制和监测发酵的温度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种农业废弃物发酵装置,结构简单,在发酵的过程中能有效的监测和控制发酵的温度,保证发酵的正常进行。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种农业废弃物发酵装置,包括罐体,所述罐体顶部和底部分别设有与其内部连通的进料口和出渣口,所述出渣口上可拆卸连接有收集箱,所述进料口上设有与其铰接的密封盖,所述罐体下表面设有支撑脚,所述支撑脚为两段,所述两段支撑脚之间通过弹簧连接,所述罐体由内罐体和外罐体组成,所述内罐体与外罐体之间形成加热腔,所述加热腔内均匀设有加热管,所述罐体内底面设有由设置于罐体底部电机驱动的搅拌轴,所述罐体内侧壁设有温度传感器,所述罐体外壁靠近顶部的位置通过伸缩杆连接有太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板与伸缩杆铰接,所述罐体外壁靠后底部的位置设有控制箱,所述控制箱上设有与之匹配的柜门,所述控制箱内分别设有蓄电池、单片机和加热器,所述罐体外壁与太阳能电池板相对的侧面设有出气管,所述温度传感器的信号输出端与单片机的信号输入端连接,所述太阳能电池板的电源输出端与蓄电池的电源输入端连接,所述蓄电池的电源输出端与单片机的电源输入端连接,所述单片机的电源输出端与加热器和电机的电源输入端连接,所述加热器的电源输出端与加热管的电源输入端连接,所述密封盖与进料口之间设有密封圈,所述支撑脚下表面设有减震垫,所述加热腔的宽度为5cm,所述温度传感器通过安装板设置于罐体内壁。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过温度传感器、加热管、加热器和单片机的配合使用,能有效的监测和控制发酵的温度。搅拌器的设置,使得农业废弃物的发酵更加的充分。支撑脚为两段,且两段之间通过弹簧连接,能一定程度上减震。

下面将结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,一种农业废弃物发酵装置,包括罐体1,所述罐体1顶部和底部分别设有与其内部连通的进料口2和出渣口3,所述出渣口3上可拆卸连接有收集箱4,所述进料口2上设有与其铰接的密封盖5,所述罐体1下表面设有支撑脚6,所述支撑脚6为两段,所述两段支撑脚6之间通过弹簧7连接,所述罐体1由内罐体和外罐体组成,所述内罐体与外罐体之间形成加热腔8,所述加热腔8内均匀设有加热管9,所述罐体1内底面设有由设置于罐体1底部电机10驱动的搅拌轴11,所述罐体1内侧壁设有温度传感器12,所述罐体1外壁靠近顶部的位置通过伸缩杆13连接有太阳能电池板14,所述太阳能电池板14与伸缩杆13铰接,所述罐体1外壁靠后底部的位置设有控制箱15,所述控制箱15上设有与之匹配的柜门16,所述控制箱15内分别设有蓄电池17、单片机18和加热器19,所述罐体1外壁与太阳能电池板14相对的侧面设有出气管20,所述温度传感器12的信号输出端与单片机18的信号输入端连接,所述太阳能电池板14的电源输出端与蓄电池17的电源输入端连接,所述蓄电池17的电源输出端与单片机18的电源输入端连接,所述单片机18的电源输出端与加热器19和电机10的电源输入端连接,所述加热器19的电源输出端与加热管9的电源输入端连接,所述密封盖5与进料口2之间设有密封圈21,所述支撑脚6下表面设有减震垫22,所述加热腔8的宽度为5cm,所述温度传感器12通过安装板设置于罐体1内壁。
本装置使用时,太阳能电池板14将太阳能转化为电力,并通过蓄电池17储存。发酵时,将农业废弃物通过进料口2进入罐体1内,盖上密封盖5,发酵开始。发酵的过程中,搅拌轴11搅拌,使得发酵更加的均匀。在这个过程中,温度传感器12监测罐体1内部的温度,将温度信号传输给单片机18,单片机18控制加热器19工作,加热器19带动加热管9,对罐体1进行加温。保证发酵的温度在一个相对平均的范围内。

1.一种农业废弃物发酵装置,其特征在于:包括罐体(1),所述罐体(1)顶部和底部分别设有与其内部连通的进料口(2)和出渣口(3),所述出渣口(3)上可拆卸连接有收集箱(4),所述进料口(2)上设有与其铰接的密封盖(5),所述罐体(1)下表面设有支撑脚(6),所述支撑脚(6)为两段,所述两段支撑脚(6)之间通过弹簧(7)连接,所述罐体(1)由内罐体和外罐体组成,所述内罐体与外罐体之间形成加热腔(8),所述加热腔(8)内均匀设有加热管(9),所述罐体(1)内底面设有由设置于罐体(1)底部电机(10)驱动的搅拌轴(11),所述罐体(1)内侧壁设有温度传感器(12),所述罐体(1)外壁靠近顶部的位置通过伸缩杆(13)连接有太阳能电池板(14),所述太阳能电池板(14)与伸缩杆(13)铰接,所述罐体(1)外壁靠后底部的位置设有控制箱(15),所述控制箱(15)上设有与之匹配的柜门(16),所述控制箱(15)内分别设有蓄电池(17)、单片机(18)和加热器(19),所述罐体(1)外壁与太阳能电池板(14)相对的侧面设有出气管(20),所述温度传感器(12)的信号输出端与单片机(18)的信号输入端连接,所述太阳能电池板(14)的电源输出端与蓄电池(17)的电源输入端连接,所述蓄电池(17)的电源输出端与单片机(18)的电源输入端连接,所述单片机(18)的电源输出端与加热器(19)和电机(10)的电源输入端连接,所述加热器(19)的电源输出端与加热管(9)的电源输入端连接;所述密封盖(5)与进料口(2)之间设有密封圈(21);所述支撑脚(6)下表面设有减震垫(22);所述加热腔(8)的宽度为5cm;所述温度传感器(12)通过安装板设置于罐体(1)内壁。
