本发明公开一种贮油筒组件补焊工装,焊接台的前部左右并排有两个直角形杆,直角形杆由第一圆杆和第二圆杆构成,其中第一圆杆的上端与焊接台前部焊接,第一圆杆朝前设置,且第一圆杆的下端与第二圆杆下端垂直固定,第二圆杆上端悬空;支撑方钢的顶面左右并排有一根圆杆,圆杆与支撑方钢顶面垂直,且这两根圆杆之间设有一个矩形框,这两根圆杆的上端分别与矩形框左、右端的框条垂直固定。本发明可以方便、快捷地对贮油筒组件进行补焊,以使贮油筒组件中的贮油筒与n形支耳之间形成实现圆周焊,且无虚焊。

一种贮油筒组件补焊工装
技术领域
本发明属于贮油筒组件加工制造领域,尤其涉及一种贮油筒组件补焊工装。
背景技术
贮油筒组件是摩托车减震器上的重要组件,它由贮油筒和n形支耳构成,这两个件焊接在一起,且焊接方式为圆周焊,然而焊接时常常会有虚焊的现象,这样就会导致焊接强度不高,易发生解体,为此急需解决上述技术难题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种贮油筒组件补焊工装,欲通过该工装方便地对焊接后的虚焊进行补焊。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种贮油筒组件补焊工装,其特征在于:包括焊接台(1)和支撑方钢(3),其中焊接台(1)的前部左右并排有两个直角形杆(2),该直角形杆由第一圆杆(2a)和第二圆杆(2b)构成,其中第一圆杆(2a)的上端与所述焊接台(1)前部焊接,该第一圆杆朝前设置,且第一圆杆(2a)的下端与所述第二圆杆(2b)下端垂直固定,该第二圆杆上端悬空;所述支撑方钢(3)的顶面左右并排有一根圆杆(4),该圆杆与支撑方钢(3)顶面垂直,且这两根圆杆(4)之间设有一个矩形框(5),这两根圆杆的上端分别与矩形框(5)左、右端的框条垂直固定;补焊时,贮油筒组件中的贮油筒(T)穿设在所述矩形框(5)中,该矩形框靠在所述焊接台(1)的前部,贮油筒组件中的n形支耳(Z)卡在所述支撑方钢(3)外面,这根支撑方钢的两端支撑在对应端直角形杆(2)的第二圆杆(2b)下部,并与对应端直角形杆(2)的第一圆杆(2a)下部接触。
在上述技术方案中,焊接工人可以先在矩形框(5)中左右并排放入一排贮油筒组件,然后站立着手持焊枪就可以焊接贮油筒前面半个圆周,完成贮油筒前面半个圆周的补焊后,再将支撑方钢的左右端换向,以便将贮油筒后面半个圆周换到前面,以便后续进行补焊,从而使贮油筒与n形支耳之间形成实现圆周焊,且无虚焊。
采用以上技术方案,本发明可以方便、快捷地对贮油筒组件进行补焊,以使贮油筒组件中的贮油筒与n形支耳之间形成实现圆周焊,且无虚焊,且本补焊工装结构简单,易于实施,操作方便,具有很好的实用性。
为了便于焊接工人站立补焊,所述第一圆杆(2a)与竖直面之间一个夹角α,该夹角α的度数为30°-60°。
为了进一步方便焊接工人站立补焊,所述焊接台(1)的高度为1.1-1.4m。
有益效果:本发明可以方便、快捷地对贮油筒组件进行补焊,以使贮油筒组件中的贮油筒与n形支耳之间形成实现圆周焊,且无虚焊,且本补焊工装结构简单,易于实施,操作方便,具有很好的实用性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,一种贮油筒组件补焊工装,主要由焊接台1、直角形杆2、支撑方钢3、圆杆4和矩形框5构成。其中,焊接台1由角钢焊接而成,该焊接台1的高度为1.1-1.4m,并可进一步优选为1.2、1.3m。
在焊接台1的前部左右并排有两个直角形杆2,该直角形杆2由第一圆杆2a和第二圆杆2b构成,其中第一圆杆2a的上端与焊接台1前部焊接,该第一圆杆2a朝前设置,且第一圆杆2a的下端与所述第二圆杆2b下端垂直固定,该第二圆杆上端悬空。在本案中,第一圆杆2a与竖直面之间一个夹角α,该夹角α的度数为30°-60°,并可进一步优选为45°或50°。
如图1所示,支撑方钢3的顶面左右并排有一根圆杆4,该圆杆4与支撑方钢3顶面垂直,且这两根圆杆4之间设有一个矩形框5,这两根圆杆4的上端分别与矩形框5左端和右端的框条垂直固定。补焊时,贮油筒组件中的贮油筒T穿设在矩形框5中,该矩形框5靠在焊接台1的前部,贮油筒组件中的n形支耳Z卡在支撑方钢3外面,这根支撑方钢3的两端支撑在对应端直角形杆2的第二圆杆2b下部,并与对应端直角形杆2的第一圆杆2a下部接触。完成贮油筒T前面半个圆周的补焊后,将支撑方钢3的左右端换向,以便将贮油筒T后面半个圆周换到前面,以便后续进行补焊。

1.一种贮油筒组件补焊工装,其特征在于:包括焊接台(1)和支撑方钢(3),其中焊接台(1)的前部左右并排有两个直角形杆(2),该直角形杆由第一圆杆(2a)和第二圆杆(2b)构成,其中第一圆杆(2a)的上端与所述焊接台(1)前部焊接,该第一圆杆朝前设置,且第一圆杆(2a)的下端与所述第二圆杆(2b)下端垂直固定,该第二圆杆上端悬空;所述支撑方钢(3)的顶面左右并排有一根圆杆(4),该圆杆与支撑方钢(3)顶面垂直,且这两根圆杆(4)之间设有一个矩形框(5),这两根圆杆的上端分别与矩形框(5)左、右端的框条垂直固定;补焊时,贮油筒组件中的贮油筒(T)穿设在所述矩形框(5)中,该矩形框靠在所述焊接台(1)的前部,贮油筒组件中的n形支耳(Z)卡在所述支撑方钢(3)外面,这根支撑方钢的两端支撑在对应端直角形杆(2)的第二圆杆(2b)下部,并与对应端直角形杆(2)的第一圆杆(2a)下部接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的贮油筒组件补焊工装,其特征在于:所述第一圆杆(2a)与竖直面之间一个夹角α,该夹角α的度数为30°-60°。
