技术领域
本发明涉及一种农业机械，特别是一种适用于制作饲料的电热式花生秧除膜揉切机。
背景技术
在畜牧业养殖过程中，经常需要把农作物秸秆切碎后来喂养牲畜，花生秧是常用的喂养作物之一，由于花生在种植过程中需要用地膜覆盖来提高化生产量，收获的花生秧上会粘连有地膜，粘连在花生秧上的地膜被牲畜吃掉后会损害牲畜的消化系统，所以在喂养之前必须要将花生秧上的地膜除掉。
本申请人于2014年11月21日申请的申请号为201420704035.9的实用新型专利《花生秧除膜揉切机》中涉及一种能够除掉地膜的揉切机，即针对地膜较轻的特点，通过吸风机的作用将地膜吹出、分离。为了能够将地膜除净，所述的吸风机需要由足够大的功率，但这种吸风机除掉地膜的同时，也将部分轻的碎花生秧同地膜一起被吹出、分离掉，被吹出的碎花生秧大约占总花生秧的20%~30%，造成了严重的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对以上现有技术的不足，提供一种除地膜的电热式花生秧除膜揉切机。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是：一种电热式花生秧除膜揉切机，包括揉切机本体，所述的揉切机本体包括振动筛，其特征在于：所述的振动筛上设有加热元件。
上述的加热元件为非明火加热元件。
上述的揉切机本体上设有吸风机，吸风机的功率小于吸起碎花生秧所需的最小功率。
上述的加热元件上连接温度调节装置。
上述的加热元件的加热范围是92℃~200℃。
上述的加热元件的加热范围为100℃~120℃。
与现有技术相比较，本发明具有以下突出的有益效果：
1、能够有效的除掉花生秧中的地膜；
2、花生秧无浪费。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示，本发明包括揉切机本体1，所述的揉切机本体1包括振动筛3，振动筛3上设有加热元件2。所述的加热元件2为非明火加热元件，可以是电磁加热管、电加热管、红外线加热器等本领域普通技术人员熟知的加热装置。
地膜的熔点为92℃，草类的燃点在130℃到250℃之间，为了既能够熔化地膜又保证安全性，加热元件的加热范围是92℃~130℃，优化方案为100℃~120℃。
优化方案中，揉切机本体1上设有吸风机4，吸风机4的功率小于吸起碎花生秧所需的最小功率，通过吸风机4除掉碎花生秧中的尘土和地膜碳化后生成的灰。
切碎的花生秧落到振动筛3上，通过振动筛3的振动作用使碎花生秧在振动筛3上均匀铺平，通过加热元件2的热量使地膜熔化成小球或碳化，由于地膜极轻，经过碎化面积变小，因此加热后体积大大缩小，能够从振动筛3的的除尘除沙筛孔中漏下。
切碎的花生秧落到加热振动筛3上，花生秧会均匀通过加热振动筛3，由于地膜熔点低，在通过加热振动筛3时会迅速熔化为小球，进而碳化成灰，部分从振动筛3的除尘除沙筛孔中漏下，部分被吸风机4吸出吹出。
所述的加热元件2上连接温度调节装置，根据情况通过温度调节装置适当调节加热温度。
若加热温度意外失控，温度超过花生秧燃点，也不会燃烧，因为花生秧在通过振动筛3时，会剧烈振动翻动，会及时将小火星震灭，吸风机4吸灭、吹出，提高了安全性。
需要说明的是，本发明的特定实施方案已经对本发明进行了详细描述，对于本领域的技术人员来说，在不背离本发明的精神和范围的情况下对它进行的各种显而易见的改变都在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种电热式花生秧除膜揉切机，包括揉切机本体，所述的揉切机本体包括振动筛，其特征在于：所述的振动筛上设有加热元件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电热式花生秧除膜揉切机，其特征在于：所述的加热元件为非明火加热元件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电热式花生秧除膜揉切机，其特征在于：所述的揉切机本体上设有吸风机，吸风机的功率小于吸起碎花生秧所需的最小功率。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电热式花生秧除膜揉切机，其特征在于：所述的加热元件上连接温度调节装置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电热式花生秧除膜揉切机，其特征在于：所述的加热元件的加热范围是92℃~200℃。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电热式花生秧除膜揉切机，其特征在于：所述的加热元件的加热范围为100℃~120℃。
