本发明公开了一种快速切断阀,涉及管道输送技术领域,包括有阀体和阀芯,所述阀体的两端分别装有进口接管和出口接管,所述阀体的内侧间隔设置有两条弧形环槽;所述阀芯包括有阀杆,所述阀杆近所述出口接管的一端设有阀塞和与所述阀体滑动连接的导向限流板,所述导向限流板上设有多个限流孔,所述阀塞上装有密封圈;在所述阀杆的另一端装有自锁板,所述自锁板上设有多个通孔,所述自锁板的外侧沿圆周分布有多个限位孔,所述限位孔内装有弹簧和弹珠,所述弹珠与近所述进口接管的所述弧形环槽相抵。与现有技术相比,本发明快速切断阀结构简单,制造成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及管道输送技术领域,尤其是一种用于供气、供液管道的快速切断阀。
背景技术
人们日常生活中所用的燃气、水等资源主要采用管道输送,为保证安全输送,在用于供气、供液的输送管道上安装快速切断阀,当输送管道发生泄漏,特别是爆管时,能快速关闭阀口,切断气体或液体的供应,避免造成环境污染,保护人们的生命财产安全。目前常用的快速切断阀结构复杂,制造成本高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种快速切断阀,以解决常用的快速切断阀结构复杂,制造成本高的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种快速切断阀,包括有阀体和阀芯,所述阀体的两端分别装有进口接管和出口接管,所述阀体的内侧间隔设置有两条弧形环槽;所述阀芯包括有阀杆,所述阀杆近所述出口接管的一端设有阀塞和与所述阀体滑动连接的导向限流板,所述导向限流板上设有多个限流孔,所述阀塞上装有密封圈;在所述阀杆的另一端装有自锁板,所述自锁板上设有多个通孔,所述自锁板的外侧沿圆周分布有多个限位孔,所述限位孔内装有弹簧和弹珠,所述弹珠与近所述进口接管的所述弧形环槽相抵。
上述快速切断阀技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述阀塞的外端设有导向锥。
进一步的,所述导向限流板的数量为两件,两件所述导向限流板的限流孔错开设置。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明自锁板的外侧沿圆周分布有多个限位孔,限位孔内装有弹簧和弹珠,弹珠与近进口接管的弧形环槽相抵;当连接出口接管的下游管道发生爆管时,该快速切断阀出口端的压力迅速下降,进口端的压力大于出口端的压力,阀体内的流质流动速度加快,推动阀芯向出口端移动,阀塞伸入出口接管的管口,快速切断管道内的流质输送,自锁板移动到另一条弧形环槽处,弹珠与该弧形环槽相抵,该快速切断阀结构简单,制造成本低。
2、阀塞的外端设有导向锥,避免阀塞伸入出口接管的管口时产生偏移;导向限流板的数量为两件,将两件导向限流板的限流孔错开设置,可调节流量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
如图1所示的一种快速切断阀,包括有阀体2和阀芯,阀体2的两端分别装有进口接管1和出口接管11,阀体2具有大直径腔和小直径腔,阀体2小直径腔的一端与进口接管1连接,阀体2大直径腔的内侧间隔设置有两条弧形环槽;阀芯包括有阀杆8,阀杆8近出口接管11的一端设有阀塞8-1和导向限流板9,导向限流板9套装在阀杆8上并与阀体2滑动连接,导向限流板9上开设有八个限流孔,如图5、图6所示;本实施例的导向限流板9的数量为两件,两件导向限流板9的限流孔错开放置;阀塞8-1上装有密封圈10,阀塞8-1的外端连结有导向锥8-2,如图7所示;在阀杆8的另一端套装有自锁板4,自锁板4上开设有四个通孔,自锁板4的外侧沿圆周分布有四个限位孔,如图3、图4所示;限位孔内装有弹簧6和弹珠5,弹珠5与近进口接管1的弧形环槽相抵,在自锁板4与导向限流板9之间装有套在阀杆8上的限位套7,阀杆8穿出自锁板4的外端处装有锁紧螺母3,锁紧螺母3上开设有穿装锁紧杆的径向孔,如图2所示。
本发明快速切断阀安装在输送管道上,当连接出口接管11的下游管道发生爆管时,该快速切断阀出口端的压力迅速下降,进口端的压力大于出口端的压力,阀体2内的流质流动速度加快,推动阀芯向出口端移动,阀塞8-1伸入出口接管11的管口,如图8所示;快速切断管道内的流质输送,自锁板4移动到另一条弧形环槽处,弹珠5与该弧形环槽相抵,该快速切断阀结构简单,制造成本低。

1.一种快速切断阀,包括有阀体(2)和阀芯,其特征在于:所述阀体(2)的两端分别装有进口接管(1)和出口接管(11),所述阀体(2)的内侧间隔设置有两条弧形环槽;所述阀芯包括有阀杆(8),所述阀杆(8)近所述出口接管(11)的一端设有阀塞(8-1)和与所述阀体(2)滑动连接的导向限流板(9),所述导向限流板(9)上设有多个限流孔,所述阀塞(8-1)上装有密封圈(10);在所述阀杆(8)的另一端装有自锁板(4),所述自锁板(4)上设有多个通孔,所述自锁板(4)的外侧沿圆周分布有多个限位孔,所述限位孔内装有弹簧(6)和弹珠(5),所述弹珠(5)与近所述进口接管(1)的所述弧形环槽相抵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速切断阀,其特征在于:所述阀塞(8-1)的外端设有导向锥(8-2)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的快速切断阀,其特征在于:所述导向限流板(9)的数量为两件,两件所述导向限流板(9)的限流孔错开设置。
