Abstract
本发明涉及一种使聚乙烯产品中含有杀菌剂的制备方法。为克服传统抗菌聚乙烯制品抗菌剂分散不均,结合不好,释放速度慢,产品易发黄的不足,本发明采用硅胶和沸石、二氧化钛、氧化铝作为抗菌金属盐的载体,其比例为9∶1至4∶6(重量),用低分子聚乙烯蜡作为抗菌剂的分散剂,并在聚乙烯原料中加入氯化钙防止聚乙烯发黄变色,经混合搅拌,实现了本发明,成本低,抗菌剂分散效果好的目的。
Description
本发明涉及一种使聚乙烯产品中含有杀菌剂的制备方法。
目前,无毒的低密度聚乙烯产品已遍布于人们的生产和生活的各个领域,给人们生活带来巨大方便。但试验表明聚乙烯制品更易繁殖细菌,为此,各国先后在聚乙烯中添加各种有机杀菌剂,以求制出具有杀菌作用的聚乙烯制品,例如将硝酸锌等抗菌剂直接加入到聚乙烯原料中去,这种方法有以下不足:
1、抗菌剂在聚乙烯制品中结合不好,分散不均匀,影响灭菌效果。
2、抗菌剂在聚乙烯制品中释放速度慢,灭菌速度需10-24小时才能有效,而且抗菌效果短。
3、添加抗菌剂的聚乙烯制品易发黄变色,且成本高。
上述不足。使抗菌聚乙烯产品不能广泛应用。
因此,本发明的目的是:提供一种长效快速抗菌聚乙烯产品的制备方法,用该方法制备的产品成本低,抗菌剂分散均匀结合好,产品不变色,抗菌长效快速,灭菌效果好。
本发明实现目的的方案是用硅胶和沸石,二氧化钛,氧化铝作为抗菌金属盐的载体,用低分子聚乙烯作为抗菌剂的分散剂,加入氯化钙或碳酸钙防止聚乙烯盐变色,经混合搅拌,传统工艺制造本发明的产品。
本发明的优点是制作方法简单实用,添加的抗菌剂不影响聚乙烯的各种物理性能,制成的产品不发黄变色,且制作过程不污染环境,并利用已离子化的抗菌金属在聚乙烯产品表层迁移功能,长久迅速,均匀地向外释放抗菌金属,具有良好的长效快速地灭菌效果。
本发明的制备方法由以下步骤组成:
(1)将硅胶制成平均粒径0.1-10微米的粉状,180℃烘干2小时活化,在常温水中添加抗菌金属盐,制成浓度为0.008-2M的反应液,反应液的PH值为9-9.5,在反应液中加入活化的硅胶,在30℃下搅抖2-4小时,进行离子交换后,去水后用80℃烘干成硅胶抗菌粉备用;
(2)将沸石、二氧化钛或氧化铝,研磨平均粒目0.1-10微米,16-300℃,3-4小时烘干活化成载体,使其含水低于1%,在常温水中添加0.008-3M的抗菌金属盐和0.08M-1.5M的氯化钙或碳酸钙制成反应液,其PH为5-8,加入活化的载体,常温下搅拌7-12小时,进行离子交换,去掉上澄液,用清水洗掉游离的金属离子,去水烘干制成抗菌粉;
(3)将步骤(2)和步骤(1)制备的抗菌粉和硅胶抗菌粉,按9∶1至4∶6(重量)的比例,混合、粉碎成粒径0.1-10微米,100-300℃烘干去水,制成混合抗菌剂;
(4)再将低分子聚乙烯蜡0.5-3%(重量),0.5-10%(重量)的混合抗菌剂,89-99%(重量)的聚乙烯原料混合均匀后,再置入注塑机,吹塑机,拉丝机或制膜机中按传统方法制成抗菌聚乙烯产品。
本发明选用的聚乙烯为无毒的低密度聚乙烯为颗粒原料,市场上所售产品。选用的抗菌金属盐为硝酸银,硫酸锌、硝酸锌、磷酸锌、醋酸锌、高氯酸锌、氧化锌等传统的抗菌金属盐,也为市场上所购产品。低分子聚乙烯蜡的分子量约为2000-3000亦为市场上所售产品,选用的硅胶,其微孔容积(P.V)75A,比表面积(S.S.A)>220M2/g,载体沸石,二氧化铝等均为无机物,上述产均为市场上所售产品。
实施例1
取1000g硅胶,其粒径10微米,180℃烘干2小时活化备用,取500g硝酸锌加2升水制成反应液,PH值为9.2,将活化的硅胶添加到反应液中,在30℃下搅抖3小时以做离子交换去水后用80℃烘干。取4A人造沸石1000g,用球磨机制成粒目为1微米的粉状物,用烘箱170度烘干4小时,使其含水低于1%,密封备用。取500g氯化钙加2升水制成反应液,PH为5.7,在反应液中加入沸石粉在常温下搅拌8小时以进行离子交换,使抗菌金属盐中的锌和钙离子与沸石中的钠等离子进行置换,使沸石中担载大量锌、钙金属离子,去掉上澄液,用清水洗掉多余离子,用滤布去掉水份,100℃烘干成粉备用。将40%(重量)的沸石抗菌粉和60%(重量)的硅胶抗菌粉将两者混合,并粉碎成1微米左右的细粉,做为混合抗菌剂。取聚乙烯原料92%(重量),5%(重量)混合抗菌剂,聚乙烯蜡3%(重量)混合搅拌均匀后,放入注塑机内,按传统方法制成抗菌聚乙烯面板或菜板。
实施例2
取1000g二氧化钛,磨成粒径0.8微米的细粉,用200度烘干3.5小时,使其含水低于1%,再取10g的醋酸银和500g醋酸锌和500g碳酸钙,加2升水制成反应液,PH为6.1,倒入烘干的二氧化钛缓慢放入并搅拌9小时后,去澄液,用清水洗掉游离的离子,去水后,用210℃烘干待用再取1000g硅胶,粒径1微米,用180℃烘干2小时加入浓度为1M的PH为9.2的硝酸银反应液中,搅拌3小时,去水烘干备用,按9∶1比例将抗菌粉和硅胶抗菌粉以干式方法混匀,制成混合抗菌剂,再开磨成细粉,取聚乙烯粒料96.5%(重量),混合抗菌剂2%(重量),低分子聚乙烯蜡1.5%(重量)混合搅拌均匀后,用传统方法和设备制成抗菌聚乙烯产品,例如将抗菌原料置在制膜机中制成塑料薄膜再制成食品袋,将抗菌原料置在拉丝机中制成牙刷丝,刷丝等。
用上述方法制成抗菌聚乙烯产品,灭菌速度快,显著持久,经检验结果如下:
(1)试验菌株;大肠杆菌ATCC25922株。
(2)试验菌株:金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538株。
(3)试验材料:营养琼脂,生理盐水按国家要求标准《消毒技术规范》配制。
(4)试验方法,取本发明方法制成的抗菌聚乙烯片1克放入10ml灭菌生理盐水中,121℃高压灭菌20分钟,加入5×107CFU/ml,在37℃下培养48小时,进行活菌计数,对照组用末经本发明处理的相同材料同上述方法进行活菌计数,计算杀菌率。
(5)杀菌试验结果

而用其它含有抗菌剂的聚乙烯产品,达到上述效果则需10-24小时,另外,用产黄青霉菌,菌液浓度3.32×106(CFU/ml)1克的菌液涂匀在经消毒处理的本发明聚乙烯片上,放入25℃培养箱内培养60小时,则杀菌率为99.81。
用本发明方法制成的产品使用一年后,再做杀菌试验结果相同,产品使用率也末见发黄,其物理性能良好。
Claims (1)
1、一种长效快速抗菌聚乙烯产品的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)将硅胶制成平均粒径0.1-10微米的粉状,180℃烘干2小时活化,在常温水中添加抗菌金属盐,制成浓度为0.008-2M的反应液,反应液的PH值为9-9.5,在反应液中加入活化的硅胶,在30℃下搅抖2-4小时,进行离子交换后,去水后用80℃烘干成硅胶抗菌粉备用;
(2)将沸石、二氧化钛或氧化铝,研磨平均粒目0.1-10微米,16-300℃,3-4小时烘干活化成载体,使其含水低于1%,在常温水中添加0.008-3M的抗菌金属盐和0.08M-1.5M的氯化钙或碳酸钙制成反应液,其PH为5-8,加入活化的载体,常温下搅拌7-12小时,进行离子交换,去掉上澄液,用清水洗掉游离的金属离子,去水烘干制成抗菌粉;
(3)将步骤(2)和步骤(1)制备的抗菌粉和硅胶抗菌粉,按9∶1至4∶6(重量)的比例,混合、粉碎成0.1-10微米,100-300℃烘干去水,制成混合抗菌剂;
(4)再将低分子聚乙烯蜡0.5-3%(重量),0.5-10%(重量)的混合抗菌剂,89-99%(重量)的聚乙烯原料混合均匀后,再置入注塑机,吹塑机,拉丝机或制膜机中按传统方法制成抗菌聚乙烯产品。
