本发明公开了这样一种四驱皮卡车前桥制动器总成,为解决已有四驱皮卡车前桥制动器总成存在的易产生火花,较不适用于在有易燃易爆气体的环境中使用的问题,本发明采取所述轮鼓(1)还通过湿式多盘制动器(4)与转向节(5)连接,在所述轮鼓(1)外圆表面上设置有湿式多盘制动器(4)的多个盘式刹车片(12),轮鼓(1)还通过轴承与湿式多盘制动器(4)的盖板(3)连接,湿式多盘制动器(4)通过定位板(10)与转向节(5)连接。从而具有不易产生火花,能在有易燃易爆气体的环境中使用的优点。

四驱皮卡车前桥制动器总成
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆前桥总成,尤其涉及一种由离合器、转向节、轮鼓和半轴组成的四驱皮卡车前桥制动器总成。
背景技术
目前,市场上公开了这样一种四驱皮卡车前桥制动器总成,其结构特点是:由离合器、转向节、轮鼓和半轴组成,在转向节内设置有半轴,半轴前端通过花键与离合器连接,半轴后端通过十字万向节与置于前桥内的转轴传动连接,轮鼓通过轴承与转向节外圆表面连接,在轮鼓与转向节之间还设置有碟式制动装置,由于,碟式制动装置易产生火花,因此,该结构较不适用于在有易燃易爆气体的环境中使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种不易产生火花,能在有易燃易爆气体的环境中使用的四驱皮卡车前桥制动器总成。
为达到上述目的,本发明四驱皮卡车前桥制动器总成,由离合器、转向节、轮鼓和半轴组成,在转向节内设置有半轴,半轴前端通过花键与离合器连接,半轴后端通过十字万向节与置于前桥内的转轴传动连接,轮鼓通过轴承与转向节外圆表面连接,所述轮鼓还通过湿式多盘制动器与转向节连接,在所述轮鼓外圆表面上设置有湿式多盘制动器的多个盘式刹车片,轮鼓还通过轴承与湿式多盘制动器的盖板连接,湿式多盘制动器通过定位板与转向节连接。
在所述转向节上设置有便于将定位板定位的止口。
在所述定位板上设置有多个便于螺栓穿过的孔,在所述定位板中心位置设置有能与转向节上的止口配合的孔。
在所述湿式多盘制动器的活塞上设置有便于润滑油进至盘式刹车片的过油孔。
在所述轮鼓外圆表面上设置有便于安装湿式多盘制动器的多个盘式刹车片的齿。
在湿式多盘制动器盖板设置能调节盘式刹车片的调节螺栓。
采用这种结构后,由于所述轮鼓还通过湿式多盘制动器与转向节连接,在所述轮鼓外圆表面上设置有湿式多盘制动器的多个盘式刹车片,轮鼓还通过轴承与湿式多盘制动器的盖板连接,湿式多盘制动器通过定位板与转向节连接。从而达到不易产生火花,能在有易燃易爆气体的环境中使用的目的。

具体实施方式附图1所示本发明四驱皮卡车前桥制动器总成,由离合器13、转向节5、轮鼓1和半轴8组成,在转向节5内设置有半轴8,半轴8前端通过花键与离合器13连接,半轴8后端通过十字万向节7与置于前桥内的转轴传动连接,轮鼓1通过轴承与转向节5外圆表面连接,所述轮鼓1还通过湿式多盘制动器4与转向节5连接,在所述轮鼓1外圆表面上设置有湿式多盘制动器4的多个盘式刹车片12,轮鼓1还通过轴承与湿式多盘制动器4的盖板3连接,湿式多盘制动器4通过定位板10与转向节5连接;在所述转向节5上设置有便于将定位板10定位的止口6;在所述定位板10上设置有多个便于螺栓穿过的孔,在所述定位板10中心位置设置有能与转向节5上的止口6配合的孔;在所述湿式多盘制动器4的活塞9上设置有便于润滑油进至盘式刹车片12的过油孔11,使盘式刹车片12得到充分润滑和散热;在所述轮鼓1外圆表面上设置有便于安装湿式多盘制动器4的多个盘式刹车片12的齿;在湿式多盘制动器4盖板3设置能调节盘式刹车片12的调节螺栓2,延长盘式刹车片12的使用寿命。

Claims (6)

1.一种四驱皮卡车前桥制动器总成,由离合器、转向节、轮鼓和半轴组成,在转向节内设置有半轴,半轴前端通过花键与离合器连接,半轴后端通过十字万向节与置于前桥内的转轴传动连接,轮鼓通过轴承与转向节外圆表面连接,其特征在于:所述轮鼓(1)还通过湿式多盘制动器(4)与转向节(5)连接,在所述轮鼓(1)外圆表面上设置有湿式多盘制动器(4)的多个盘式刹车片(12),轮鼓(1)还通过轴承与湿式多盘制动器(4)的盖板(3)连接,湿式多盘制动器(4)通过定位板(10)与转向节(5)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的四驱皮卡车前桥制动器总成,其特征在于:在所述转向节(5)上设置有便于将定位板(10)定位的止口(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的四驱皮卡车前桥制动器总成,其特征在于:在所述定位板(10)上设置有多个便于螺栓穿过的孔,在所述定位板(10)中心位置设置有能与转向节(5)上的止口(6)配合的孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的四驱皮卡车前桥制动器总成,其特征在于:在所述湿式多盘制动器(4)的活塞(9)上设置有便于润滑油进至盘式刹车片(12)的过油孔(11)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的四驱皮卡车前桥制动器总成,其特征在于:在所述轮鼓(1)外圆表面上设置有便于安装湿式多盘制动器(4)的多个盘式刹车片(12)的齿。
6.根据权利要求1所述的四驱皮卡车前桥制动器总成,其特征在于:在湿式多盘制动器(4)盖板(3)设置能调节盘式刹车片(12)的调节螺栓(2)。
