Abstract
本发明公开了防水透气无纺布,该防水透气无纺布由上PP无纺布层、PE高分子膜层和下PP无纺布层组成,上PP无纺布层、PE高分子膜层和下PP无纺布层从上至下热轧为一体。本发明的无纺布结构简单,生产工艺易控,柔软性好,手感舒适,防水透气性好,特别适用于卫生材料、包装袋等产品的加工。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于无纺布技术领域,特别是涉及一种防水透气无纺布及其生产工艺。
背景技术
无纺布是一种非织造布,它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料,具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品。目前,无纺布广泛应用于工业用布、医疗卫生用布、家庭装饰用布、农业用布等方面,但由于无纺布的防水防潮性能比较差,在湿度较大或者淋水的情况下极大地影响后续加工工艺及使用性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供具有较好防水透气性能的无纺布及其生产工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
防水透气无纺布,该防水透气无纺布由上PP无纺布层、PE高分子膜层和下PP无纺布层组成,上PP无纺布层、PE高分子膜层和下PP无纺布层从上至下热轧为一体。
上述防水透气无纺布的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将热轧机导热油加热至120-140℃;
2)上PP无纺布层、PE高分子膜层和下PP无纺布层从上至下分别放卷,三层材料叠加后同时导入热轧机的热轧辊,在导热油和辊压力的作用下热轧为一体,制得防水透气无纺布;
3)将制得的防水透气无纺布通过收卷机卷取成卷。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:本发明的无纺布结构简单,生产工艺易控,柔软性好,手感舒适,防水透气性好,特别适用于卫生材料、包装袋等产品的加工。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示的防水透气无纺布,该防水透气无纺布由上PP无纺布层1、PE高分子膜层2和下PP无纺布层3组成,上PP无纺布层1、PE高分子膜层2和下PP无纺布层3从上至下热轧为一体。
上述防水透气无纺布的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将热轧机导热油加热至120-140℃;
2)上PP无纺布层1、PE高分子膜层2和下PP无纺布层2从上至下分别放卷,三层材料叠加后同时导入热轧机的热轧辊,在导热油和辊压力的作用下热轧为一体,制得防水透气无纺布,由于PE高分子膜层2和上下两层PP无纺布层之间在温度和压力的作用下已经结合在一起了,PE高分子膜层2的密度被控制在介于气体分子密度和水分子密度之间,从而达到防水透气的效果,同时不影响产品整体的柔软性;
3)将制得的防水透气无纺布通过收卷机卷取成卷,以便后续加工。
Claims (2)
1.防水透气无纺布,其特征在于,该防水透气无纺布由上PP无纺布层、PE高分子膜层和下PP无纺布层组成,所述上PP无纺布层、PE高分子膜层和下PP无纺布层从上至下热轧为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水透气无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于,该工艺包括以下步骤:
1)将热轧机导热油加热至120-140℃;
2)上PP无纺布层、PE高分子膜层和下PP无纺布层从上至下分别放卷,三层材料叠加后同时导入热轧机的热轧辊,在导热油和辊压力的作用下热轧为一体,制得防水透气无纺布;
3)将制得的防水透气无纺布通过收卷机卷取成卷。
