本发明公开了一种具有空气净化功能的汽车用车舱装饰板,包括至少四层结构,分别为阻燃面料层(1),杀菌过滤净化层(2),热熔胶膜(3)和无纺布层(4),其中过滤净化层(2)位于阻燃面料层(1)和热熔胶膜(3)之间,无纺布层(4)作为基板,位于热熔胶膜(3)的底部。所述杀菌过滤净化层(2)由聚丙烯(PP)树脂、聚乙烯(PE)树脂和无机纳米杀菌净化溶液经加工制成,该装饰材料板可以用在汽车车舱内的装饰材质中,能从无时无刻地改善净化车内空气,同时起到杀菌的作用,属于无毒、无色、无味、无刺激、无腐蚀、无污染的绿色环保产品,具有除甲醛、抗菌消毒效果好、稳定性好、成本价格低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有空气净化功能的汽车用车舱装饰板,属于汽车绿色科技技术领域,具有净化空气和节能环保功能。
背景技术
当今社会中,车内空气污染已越来越引起人们的重视,对待车内空气污染问题常规处理效果也不如人意。目前虽然家用空气净化器能够吸附、分解或者转化各种空气污染物,有效提高空气清洁度,但其应用范围主要分为家用、商用、工业、楼宇;车用空气净化器因为其体积安装不便并没有看到更优的市场前景。传统的车用空气净化器虽然采用吸风吹风方式采集气体过滤,但大部分气体又自然耗散释放在污染的空气中进行混合,如此循环采集、过滤及释放,除了加大机器的能耗和磨损外,人们吸收到的仅仅是降低了污染程度的空气,即使再长时间的空气净化,也不可能享受到纯净的空气。对于那些带高压静电吸附的空气净化器,由于受高压电源的限制,不能使用到汽车上。
同时新车或新装修的房间里充满了甲醛等有害气体,由于甲醛是无色、具有强烈气味、对人体有很大毒害作用的刺激性气体,凡是大量使用粘合剂的地方,总会有甲醛释放。市面上已有的汽车除甲醛产品很多,不管是利用活性碳进行物理吸附的方法,还是液体祛甲醛剂,不但无法真正降解空气中的甲醛,还会因为化学品的毒副作用造成室内的二次污染。汽车的车舱装饰板为汽车内饰中不可缺少的一部分,其位于汽车舱的内部,主要起到遮挡空白车身的装饰作用,其缺点就是功能单一。
因此,目前来看,通过使用净化装置来对车内空气进行净化已经不能满足目前的需求,亟需一种新的替代产品来解决该问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种能填补市场空白、克服已有产品不足的具有空气净化功能的汽车用车舱装饰板。
本发明采用技术方案如下:
一种具有空气净化功能的汽车用车舱装饰板,包括至少四层结构,分别为阻燃面料层(1),杀菌过滤净化层(2),热熔胶膜(3)和无纺布层(4),其中过滤净化层(2)位于阻燃面料层(1)和热熔胶膜(3)之间,无纺布层(4)作为基板,位于热熔胶膜(3)的底部。
所述杀菌过滤净化层(2)由聚丙烯(PP)树脂、聚乙烯(PE)树脂和无机纳米杀菌净化溶液经加工制成,其具体方法是将重量份:50%聚丙烯(PP)、50%聚乙烯(PE)树脂进行混合,将占上述混合树脂重量的1.5%-3.0%的无机纳米杀菌净化溶液与混合树脂共同倒入搅拌机中,设定搅拌机罐内温度为35-40摄氏度、用360-400转/分钟的速度搅拌15-20分钟,取出后低温干燥从而独立制得杀菌净化树脂母粒;将上述杀菌净化树脂母粒加入驻极化熔喷(ECMB)设备、经在TANDEC非织造熔喷生产线上生产,生产成无纺织物纤维体,做成3-10mm厚度无隔板滤芯即制成杀菌过滤净化层2,杀菌过滤净化层2的厚度为3-10mm。
所述的无机纳米杀菌净化溶液采用如下制备方法:将33-35%重量份、浓度为38000ppm、平均粒径≤10nm的带自洁功能的纳米银水性溶液、57-59%重量份的氮掺杂活性纳米二氧化钛粉体,其纯度≥99.5%、平均粒径≤5nm、能量激活波长≤800nm、2.5-4.5%重量份的AGS-WB净化添加剂以及3.5-5.5%重量份的含氮纳米活性炭、粒径≤15nm进行搅拌混合制成。
该装饰材料板可以用在汽车车舱内的装饰材质中,能从无时无刻地改善净化车内空气,同时起到杀菌的作用,属于无毒、无色、无味、无刺激、无腐蚀、无污染的绿色环保产品,具有除甲醛、抗菌消毒效果好、稳定性好、成本价格低。

实施例1:
参见图1,图1是本发明的汽车用车舱装饰板的结构示意图。它包括至少四层结构,包括阻燃面料层1,杀菌过滤净化层2,热熔胶膜3和无纺布层4,其中过滤净化层2位于阻燃面料层1和热熔胶膜3之间,无纺布层4作为基板,位于热熔胶膜3的底部。该装饰材料为卷式材料,以方便存储运输和加工使用。
本发明的核心在于杀菌过滤净化层2的生产制造,所述杀菌过滤净化层2由聚丙烯(PP)树脂、聚乙烯(PE)树脂和无机纳米杀菌净化溶液经加工制成,其具体方法是将重量份:50%聚丙烯(PP)、50%聚乙烯(PE)树脂进行混合,将占上述混合树脂重量的1.5%-3.0%的无机纳米杀菌净化溶液与混合树脂共同倒入搅拌机中,设定搅拌机罐内温度为35-40摄氏度、用360-400转/分钟的速度搅拌15-20分钟,取出后低温干燥从而独立制得杀菌净化树脂母粒;将上述杀菌净化树脂母粒加入驻极化熔喷(ECMB)设备、经在TANDEC非织造熔喷生产线上生产,生产成无纺织物纤维体,做成3-10mm厚度无隔板滤芯即制成杀菌过滤净化层2,杀菌过滤净化层2的厚度为3-10mm。
所述的无机纳米杀菌净化溶液采用如下制备方法:将33-35%重量份、浓度为38000ppm、平均粒径≤10nm的带自洁功能的纳米银水性溶液、57-59%重量份的氮掺杂活性纳米二氧化钛粉体,其纯度≥99.5%、平均粒径≤5nm、能量激活波长≤800nm的氮掺杂活性纳米二氧化钛粉体、2.5-4.5%重量份的AGS-WB(纳米银抗菌水性涂料)净化添加剂以及3.5-5.5%重量份的含氮纳米活性炭、粒径≤15nm进行搅拌混合制成。其中采用粒径10nm、固含量(Ag)30000ppm、有效抗菌成份90ppm、耐洗刷性>10000次的纳米银水溶液。其中氮掺杂纳米二氧化钛粉体为锐钛型,其掺杂氮元素改变了二氧化钛的分子结构,提高了二氧化钛的性能,使二氧化钛的激发波段,从紫外光区扩展到可见光区,只要日光和灯光下即光波低于800nm,不用紫外光,就能对其有激发作用,而且性能极大增强。能够快速高效地分解车内的甲醛、苯、氨、有机挥发物等对人体和环境有害的气体,提高了抗菌除异味能力。
所述的无机纳米杀菌净化溶液还可采用如下制备方法制成:将由33%重量份的浓度为12000ppm、平均粒径≤10nm的纳米银水溶液、58%重量份的氮掺杂活性纳米二氧化钛粉体(纯度≥99.5%、平均粒径≤5nm、能量激活波长≤800nm)、6.4%重量份的AGS-WB净化添加剂、1%重量份其主含量达到59.5%的活性纳米氧化钯粉体、1.2%重量份的NRT-P20000活性纳米负离子粉体和0.4%重量份含量99.9%、平均粒径14nm的纳米活性石墨烯粉体进行充分搅拌混合制成。经试验验证,此方法制成的杀菌过滤净化层2具有更加有益的过滤杀菌效果。
实施例2:
参见图2,图2是本发明的汽车用车舱装饰板的结构示意图。它包括至少五层结构,包括阻燃面料层1,杀菌过滤净化层2,热熔胶膜3和无纺布层4,还包括透气防水层5,阻燃面料层1和透气防水层5抵接组合以起到阻燃和防水的作用,其中过滤净化层2位于透气防水层5和热熔胶膜3之间,无纺布层4作为基板,位于热熔胶膜3的底部。同时该装饰材料为卷式材料,以方便存储运输和加工使用。
