本发明公开了一种双层共挤挤橡机的机头,包括对接机头体、调偏芯座和螺杆头套,调偏芯座连接在对接机头体的前端出口处,螺杆头套设在对接机头体的入口处;该对接机头体中设有双层外导向套、双层内导向套、双层内模间调节套、双层模芯座、双层中模和模芯,双层外导向套、双层内导向套、双层内模间调节套和双层模芯座为由外至内依次套设固定连接,双层内导向套后端固定在对接机头体上,双层中模安装于双层导向套的前端上;模芯安装于双层模芯座的前端上。本发明通过改变螺杆头套、调偏芯座与机头体的连接方式,解决实际生产过程中处理外模套座拆装带来的调偏芯度问题和维修方便,提高了生产效率,降低了工人劳动强度。

双层共挤挤橡机的机头
技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆生产设备技术领域,尤其是一种双层共挤挤橡机的机头,应用于橡套电缆胶料挤出的制造工序。
背景技术
目前现有的橡套电缆挤橡机设备,根据挤出橡套电缆绝缘层数的不同,可以分为单层挤橡机、双层共挤挤橡机和三层共挤挤橡机三种,主要用于橡套电缆等产品的绝缘层挤出。任何一种挤橡机都必须有机头,机头是一台挤橡机设备重要的组成部分,为此机头的设计合理与否关系到一台挤橡设备在生产过程能不能充分保证产品的质量和生产效率的发挥。
橡套电缆的生产过程中,机头调绝缘层偏芯度是必须做的工序,调节偏芯度时耗费时间长,产生废胶料,并且还会生产一部分不合格产品。实际生产中,由于胶料质量和胶料中杂质的影响,开机过程中往往需要打开机头进行清理,处理后再次调偏芯度。给操作者带来较大的劳动强度和生产成本的增加。
再者由于机头体与螺杆接触处的地方,很容易磨损,磨损会出现一部分胶料挤出不顺畅,造成死胶的存在,导致产品质量问题发生。并且磨损部位不容易维修。
由于现有双层挤橡机的机头通常把调偏芯座、螺杆头套和对接机头体加工为一体,双层外模套安装于调偏芯座内。由于胶料质量或胶料中有杂质等原因,在生产过程中往往需要把外模套座从对接机头体上取下来清理。当外模套座重新装回对接机头体时,需要再次调偏芯度。费时费力,而且产生部分废料,生产效率底下。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种双层共挤挤橡机的机头,结构巧妙,使用方便。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种双层共挤挤橡机的机头,包括对接机头体、调偏芯座和螺杆头套,调偏芯座连接在对接机头体的前端出口处,螺杆头套设在对接机头体的入口处;该对接机头体中设有双层外导向套、双层内导向套、双层内模间调节套、双层模芯座、双层中模和模芯,双层外导向套、双层内导向套、双层内模间调节套和双层模芯座为由外至内依次套设固定连接,双层内导向套后端固定在对接机头体上,双层中模安装于双层导向套的前端上;模芯安装于双层模芯座的前端上。
进一步地,双层内导向套通过圆锥销定位和螺栓固定在机头体上。
进一步地,双层内模间调节套通过压盖、双层模间调节螺母、第二导向键安装于双层内导向套上。
进一步地,双层模芯座通过碟簧、双层模芯座并紧螺母安装于双层内模间调节套上。
进一步地,调偏芯座包括第一导向键、双层外模套、双层外模间距调节螺母、双层模套座和外模套调偏芯螺丝,双层模套座经外模套调偏芯螺栓固定在调偏芯座中;双层外模套套设在双层中模外,且经第一导向键活动设在双层模套座内;双层外模间距调节螺母安装于双层外模套上。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:通过改变螺杆头套、调偏芯座与机头体的连接方式,解决实际生产过程中处理外模套座拆装带来的调偏芯度问题和维修方便,提高了生产效率,降低了工人劳动强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述,本部分的描述仅是示范性和解释性,不应对本发明的保护范围有任何的限制作用。
如图1所示的一种双层共挤挤橡机的机头,包括对接机头体13和调偏芯座10、螺杆头套14,上缩接管1安装于调偏芯座10,调偏芯座10安装于对接机头体13。如图2所示的对接机头体13,包括双层外导向套15,双层内导向套17通过圆锥销18定位和螺栓20被固定在机头体13上;双层内模间调节套23通过压盖19、双层模间调节螺母21、第二导向键16安装于双层内导向套17上;双层模芯座26通过碟簧24、双层模芯座并紧螺母25安装于双层内模间调节套23上;双层中模6安装于双层导向套15上;模芯7安装于双层模芯座26上。螺杆头套14安装于对接机头体13上,如果螺杆头套14被螺杆磨损,只更换螺杆头套即可。
如图3所示的调偏芯座10,包括第一导向键12,盘根3,双层外模套4,双层外模间距调节螺母5,密封垫圈8,双层模套座9,外模套调偏芯螺丝11。双层模套座9被外模套调偏芯螺栓11固定在调偏芯座10内;双层外模套4,通过导向键12固定于双层模套座9内,可滑动;双层外模间距调节螺母5安装于双层外模套4上。此方式在初次调偏心后如需把双层外模套4与对接机头体13分开,只把调偏芯座10与对接机头体13分开即可,原先调整后的偏芯度不变。
将调偏芯座与机头体分开加工,通过螺纹连接,外模套座安装于调偏芯座上。这样即使需要把外模套从对接机头体上取下,拆下调偏芯座即可。调偏芯座与外模套相连,即使再次把调偏芯座装回到对接机头体,也不用再次调偏芯。其生产过程中的显著特点是便于对外模套的拆、装,省时省力,提供生产效率。再者对于调偏芯座的维修加工也方便,不用拆卸机头体,结构简单、省时省力、维修、操作方便。
本发明的另一个发明点是将对接机头体与螺杆接触的部分,设计加工了一个螺杆头套,将螺杆头套镶于对接机头体上。当螺杆头套被螺杆磨损后可以很容易的加工更换,方便维修。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种双层共挤挤橡机的机头,其特征在于:包括对接机头体、调偏芯座和螺杆头套,调偏芯座连接在对接机头体的前端出口处,螺杆头套设在对接机头体的入口处;该对接机头体中设有双层外导向套、双层内导向套、双层内模间调节套、双层模芯座、双层中模和模芯,双层外导向套、双层内导向套、双层内模间调节套和双层模芯座为由外至内依次套设固定连接,双层内导向套后端固定在对接机头体上,双层中模安装于双层导向套的前端上;模芯安装于双层模芯座的前端上;
双层内导向套通过圆锥销定位和螺栓固定在机头体上;
双层内模间调节套通过压盖、双层模间调节螺母、第二导向键安装于双层内导向套上;
双层模芯座通过碟簧、双层模芯座并紧螺母安装于双层内模间调节套上;
调偏芯座包括第一导向键、双层外模套、双层外模间距调节螺母、双层模套座和外模套调偏芯螺丝,双层模套座经外模套调偏芯螺栓固定在调偏芯座中;双层外模套套设在双层中模外,且经第一导向键活动设在双层模套座内;双层外模间距调节螺母安装于双层外模套上。
