Abstract

Description

用于制造软管袋的方法和装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的用于制造软管袋的方法、一种根据权利要求6的按照本方法制造的软管袋和一种根据权利要求7的用于实施本发明方法的方法步骤的装置。
发明内容
本发明尤其涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的用于制造由塑料薄膜或复合薄膜构成的软管袋的方法,所述软管袋具有袋内容物侧的塑料层和安装在软管袋上的自动切割的塑料锁闭件,该塑料锁闭件由具有固定法兰的斟出部件、在斟出部件中可运动地被引导的切割机构和螺旋盖构成,所述螺旋盖具有用于操作该切割机构的装置。在这一方法中,塑料薄膜或复合薄膜被从储存卷轴供应给制软管袋机并且被单独供入的塑料锁闭件分别在软管袋的斟出区域中焊接在塑料薄膜或复合薄膜上。
在上述类型的柔性容器或软管袋中有一个要求,即所述软管袋的薄膜材料必须适合用所述塑料锁闭件的切割机构切开。同时还有一个要求,就是所述软管袋必须足够结实,以经受得住无意的掉落以及随后在地面上的碰撞而不损坏。这两种要求是部分矛盾的。毫无问题的切割需要比较脆的材料。但是要想防止软管袋胀裂只能用具有较大弹性的材料才能实现。
柔性容器的薄膜材料常常有极其不同的拉伸性能。在此涉及的是各自可能的拉伸直至断裂的程度,也就是断裂伸长率。有较低弹性的薄膜材料例如聚丙烯(PP)通常可以用较低的力消耗割断——当然这也取决于各自的材料厚度。脆的结构例如铝或PET-SiOx也可以容易地割断。与之相反,聚乙烯(PE)具有高达超过800%的弹性(断裂伸长率)并且因此很难割断。但是聚乙烯对于防碎的柔性容器(在提到的掉落情况下)是必需的。
此外,所使用的不同薄膜材料的拉伸性能还取决于所使用的加工方法。断裂伸长率达到的值在纵向上(即在加工方向或切割方向上)通常比在横向上(即垂直于加工方向或切割方向)高。
此外,在具有由不同的材料制成的层的薄膜材料中还必须附加的考虑到,当存在的连接(在切割区域中)失效时,具有最高弹性的材料例如聚乙烯决定有效的断裂伸长率。
因为上述类型的软管袋多数被用于运输和存放敏感的内容物例如食品,所以在消费者打开之前必须保持包装完整。也就是说,柔性容器关于这一点常常必须满足一系列其他的要求。
因此,人们使用尽可能满足提到的所有要求的薄膜材料。这通常就是下述薄膜材料或复合材料,它们一方面满足强度、密封性和卫生要求,另一方面专门针对好的或者至少足够好的可割断性进行设计。常用的复合薄膜的层结构的例子在图1中被示出。但是,总体来说,利用布置在斟出部件中的切割机构无缺点的可割断性还常常存在问题,这通常也与下述情况有关,即,人们在切割过程中面临(剩下的并且还没有完全割掉的)薄膜材料的应力中的不同的并且多数情况下也非常难控制的关系。因此,人们寻找其他可能性来改善受控制的可割断性。几种已知的用于改善可割断性的可能性在于,有针对性地削弱切割区域中的层结构,例如通过激光刻刮或通过其他以前安置的部分穿孔。
发明内容
因此本发明的任务是,提供一种用于制造由塑料薄膜或复合薄膜构成的软管袋的方法,所述软管袋具有袋内容物侧塑料层,利用该方法能够以简单的方式实现软管袋的改善的并且能可靠再现的切开性能。
这一任务通过权利要求1的特征组合解决。
解决方法在于,所述塑料薄膜或复合薄膜在被设置用于利用切割机构割断的环形区域中利用热压印工艺在袋内侧变薄,然后将塑料锁闭件定位和焊接在塑料薄膜或复合薄膜上,从而使得安置在斟出部件中的切割机构在其操作时、即在通过旋转螺旋盖而打开软管袋时,能够在变薄的环形区域中起作用。
主要优点之一自然在于,能够将本身已知的热压印工艺用非常简单的方式集成到用制软管袋机实现的制造过程中。优选的热压印工艺在此是超声波压印工艺。
在超声波压印工艺中,砧板具有冲模的功能并且超声波探头将通过超声波加热的材料压在所述冲模上,使得所述材料在表面中机械地并且热地变形。在材料冷却之后,压印结束。所述方法尤其还适用于压印热塑性薄膜。因为材料通过超声振动被加热,因此在超声波压印时消耗的力明显小于机械方法中消耗的力。其他的优点是短的压印时间以及技术本身的简单性。
由于在热压印工艺中在熔化过程中从被压印的凹陷部中挤出的材料不会简单的消失,而是通常堆积在压印位置的周围,因此在压印过程之后和提供塑料材料或薄膜材料之前还需要为实际的软管袋制造过程提供轧平或压平以便补偿或减少所产生的不平部。这可以在后续的辊压阶段或压制阶段中实现。否则,已经被压印过的薄膜在储存卷轴上的提供由于还存在不平部和增厚部而太大并且常常会导致难以操控的储存卷轴,尤其当上卷和退卷的准确度并且从而薄膜带在准备过程中的引导受干扰时会产生上述结果。
原则上,用于制造软管袋的方法还可以这样设计,即,储存卷轴包含已经被压印过的薄膜材料并且所述材料被输送给制软管袋机。也可以是,所述储存卷轴包含还未被压印过的薄膜材料并且所述热压印工艺在制软管袋机自身中才实施。然而在后一种情况中没有必要再轧平或压平在压印过程中形成的材料堆积。
但是在任何情况下都可以利用本发明的方法制造由塑料薄膜或由复合薄膜制成的具有袋内侧塑料层的软管袋,在该方法中所述塑料薄膜或复合薄膜在被设置用于利用切割机构割断的环形区域中在袋内侧具有变薄部。该变薄部意味着所述薄膜材料被削弱,因此所述薄膜材料在该位置上利用切割机构能够更容易地并且更可靠地被割断。因为此外还可考虑到,所述热压印过程在压印区由于热作用而引起塑料中材料特性的附加的局部的改变、即脆性的局部提升,因此这也致使割断更容易。
热压印过程被视为用于制造本发明的软管袋的必要方法步骤之一。在此,前提是,用于制造这种软管袋的其余方法步骤对于本领域专业人员来说是充分已知的,因此在下面不详细地描述它们。
根据本发明,对于热压印过程、尤其是超声波压印过程使用特别适合于该热压印过程的装置。该装置包含砧板,所述砧板具有环形升高的接片,所述接片具有基本上平坦的凸台区域,其中,所述接片具有多个导出通道,这些导出通道被布置在内部和外部。接片、凸台区域和导出通道在此被这样选择和布置,使得压印过程能够快速、高效并且无干扰的被实施。有关细节可以从下述实施例的说明中获得。
所公开的方法和用于在使用热压印工艺使塑料薄膜或复合薄膜在环形区域中在袋内侧变薄的情况下实施方法步骤的装置当然可以不仅仅用超声波压印工艺实现。其他的热压印工艺、例如用电加热的砧板也可以利用相同的或类似的装置实现,当然用于加热的能量消耗自然也会更高。因此,在超声波压印的情况下,仅需在实际的压印过程的时刻提供超声波能量。

具体实施方式
图1示出一种已知的用于制造软管袋的复合薄膜的层结构。内层1由LLDPE、即由一种线性的低密度聚乙烯制成,阻挡层2由铝/PET或SiOx、即由铝金属化的聚对苯二甲酸类塑料或硅氧化物制成,外层3由PP、即聚丙烯制成。不仅LLDPE而且PET和PP都是热塑性塑料并且尤其是LLDPE和PP有高的断裂伸长率。在这些层之间有粘合层4a,4b。
图2示出根据本发明的超声波压印机的基本结构。在此,用于制造软管袋6的薄膜材料5(参见图3)在砧板7和超声波工具8、所谓的超声波探头之间被引导,更确切地说,以如下方式被引导,即,至少所述薄膜材料5的设置在袋内容物侧的层是塑料层或热塑性塑料层并且能够与所述砧板7接触。例如在图1中所展现的复合薄膜可以用作薄膜材料5。所述砧板7具有一环形升高的接片9,该接片是实际的压印模具。所述超声波工具8是已知的超声波探头。为了执行各个压印过程,在砧板7和超声波工具8之间穿过的薄膜材料5在应焊上一塑料锁闭件10的位置上短暂地停留。然后超声波工具8在压力下下降到砧板7上,由此使得薄膜材料5在所述接片9和超声波工具之间被夹紧。通过激活超声波工具8至少使薄膜材料5的袋内侧的热塑性塑料层或塑料层受热且熔化并在压紧力的作用下被排挤。通过这种方式在薄膜材料5中形成压印花纹或变薄的环形区域。
图3示出软管袋6上的塑料锁闭件10的部分剖面图。应该明确的是,该图只有示例特性,因为理所当然该方法适用于多种可能的软管袋形式。但是这里说明的是,所述塑料锁闭件10始终在斟出区域的限定位置上被焊接到所述软管袋6的薄膜材料5上。在这个图中还示出了一种状态,在该状态中,所述薄膜材料5已经被在斟出部件内部可运动地引导的切割机构11切开。也就是说,可以看出,所述切割机构的一部分伸入到所述软管袋6的内部。
图4以立体图的形式示出超声波压印机的砧板7,其具有所述环形接片9。所述砧板7包括一具有固定凹槽12a的基础部件12,在所述基础部件12的中心位置上安装有环形升高的接片9,所述环形升高的接片9在此优选一体地模制在所述基础部件12上。
所述基础部件12具有足以经得住由下降的超声波工具8施加的力的大小和强度。所述升高的接片9当然也用于集中压印区域中的压印力,并且还具有一特殊的表面轮廓,该表面轮廓适合于在使用热压印工艺时将在压印区域中熔化的塑料快速且可靠的挤出。
图5和图6更详细地以立体图和俯视图的形式示出图4中的接片。可以看出,所述环形升高的接片9在其中心具有一基本上平坦的凸台区域13并且它还有多个导出通道14,这些导出通道被布置在内部和外部,更确切地说,以如下方式布置,即,这些导出通道一方面从凸台区域13延伸到中心区域并且另一方面从凸台区域13延伸到外围区域。
也可以看出,所述导出通道14在两侧不交叉或不横跨地伸入到凸台区域13并且所述导出通道14彼此之间不连接。此外,所述导出通道14被以如下方式布置,即,它们成对地相对于所述切割机构的切割方向S向后倾斜地延伸,其中,它们至少近似从凸台区域13的中间出发。所述切割方向S是所述塑料锁闭件的切割机构在割断所述薄膜塑料时被引导的方向。
(与接片9的整体相比)相对宽的所述凸台区域13一方面用于避免损坏薄膜材料5剩余的结构,另一方面,当塑料锁闭件在薄膜材料上定向或定位时也能够实现一定的公差范围。正如提到的那样,所述导出通道被这样确定尺寸和布置,使得熔化了的塑料尽可能快地被从凸台区域挤出。使导出通道14相对于切割方向S成对向后倾斜的作用是,使熔化了的且被挤出的塑料倾向于在冷却时恰好在该区域形成材料增厚部。从而实现,被压印的薄膜材料5在被切割机构切开时在切割边的区域中能够更好地展开并且从而有助于使得用于打开或切开所施加的力矩不会不必要地增大。还示出的是,通过这种方式减少不期望的纤维形成,所述纤维形成有时在切割过程中产生并且可能会引起待切开的薄膜部分仍以一种不利的方式悬挂在期望的开口上。所述纤维形成也可以通过以下方式降低,即,所述热压印改变弹性方面的物理特性。
对各种不同薄膜材料结构的实验表明,借助于本发明的用于提供变薄的环形区域以及由此使所述薄膜材料在该环形区域中削弱的热压印工艺不仅能够实现用明显较小的力矩打开或切开柔性容器,而且还能显著提高毫无问题地打开的成功率。
最后,图7还示出超声波压印装置后面的轧制装置的原理布置。正如之前已经提到的,这种装置能够用于补偿和/或减少在压印过程中产生的不平部。也就是说,否则在所述导出通道的排出区域中产生的材料挤出部能够达到薄膜材料的约两倍的膜厚度,这对于进一步的辊压加工自然是最不希望的,因为这会妨碍均匀的上卷和退卷并且还会导致产生非常厚的卷。薄膜材料的均匀的且能够很好控制的上卷和退卷在软管袋的制造过程中很重要,因为否则在其他情况下会妨碍所述塑料锁闭件的位置精确的定位。
在使用轧制装置时,未被压印的薄膜材料5首先被从退卷装置15供应给热压印装置或超声波压印装置。所述超声波压印装置由超声波工具8和布置在该超声波工具下面的回转滚筒16组成,在所述回转滚筒上布置有一个或多个砧板7。所述薄膜材料5在此以位置被控制的方式在超声波工具8和所述回转滚筒或各个位于超声波工具8下面的砧板之间穿过并卷绕在储存卷17上。紧邻所述超声波压印装置地布置一具有压辊18的轧制装置。所述轧制装置位于一区域中,在该区域中从超声波压印过程中出来的还热的薄膜材料在压印区中能够被压缩到需要的厚度。轧制后的薄膜材料5紧接着在确定的拉应力下卷绕在储存卷轴17上。
开始时已经提到,所述热压印工艺要么在准备阶段、即在准备用于制软管袋机的薄膜材料时已经被应用,要么在制软管袋机自身中被应用。原则上,用于制造软管袋的方法也可以这样设计,即储存卷轴(所述薄膜材料被从所述储存卷轴输送给实际的造袋过程)已经包含被压印的薄膜材料。但是也可以是,所述储存卷轴还未包含被压印的薄膜材料并且所述热压印工艺在制软管袋机自身中才实施。然而,在后一种情况中,不再需要轧平或压平在压印过程中形成的材料积累部,因为取消了重新的卷起工序。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于制造由塑料薄膜或复合薄膜构成的软管袋(6)的方法,所述软管袋具有袋内容物侧的塑料层并且具有安装在软管袋(6)上的自动切割的塑料锁闭件(10),该塑料锁闭件由具有固定法兰的斟出部件、在斟出部件中可运动地被引导的切割机构(11)和螺旋盖构成,所述螺旋盖具有用于操作该切割机构的装置,
其中,所述塑料薄膜或复合薄膜被从一储存卷轴(17)供应给制袋机并且所述塑料锁闭件(10)分别在软管袋(6)的斟出区域中被焊接到所述塑料薄膜或复合薄膜上,
其特征在于,
所述塑料薄膜或复合薄膜在被设置用于利用切割机构(11)割断的环形区域中利用热压印工艺在袋内侧变薄;然后,将所述塑料锁闭件(10)定位并焊接在所述塑料薄膜或复合薄膜上,从而使得支承在斟出部件中的切割机构(11)在其操作时能够在变薄的所述环形区域中起作用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述热压印工艺是超声波压印工艺。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述塑料薄膜或复合薄膜事先在制袋机的外部用所述热压印工艺在所述环形区域中变薄并且接着在所述储存卷轴(17)上被提供。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述塑料薄膜或复合薄膜在所述制袋机内部用所述热压印工艺在所述环形区域中变薄。
5.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述塑料薄膜或复合薄膜直接在应用所述热压印工艺之后穿过轧制装置或压制装置以便补偿或减少不平部并且接着在所述储存卷轴(17)上被提供。
6.一种由塑料薄膜或复合薄膜构成的软管袋(6),其具有袋内容物侧的塑料层并且具有安装在软管袋(6)上的自动切割的塑料锁闭件(10),该塑料锁闭件由具有固定法兰的斟出部件、在斟出部件中可运动地被引导的切割机构(11)和螺旋盖构成,所述螺旋盖具有用于操作该切割机构(11)的装置,
其特征在于,

8.根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述导出通道(14)不交叉地伸入到所述凸台区域(13)中。
