一种内置静态压力平衡装置的高压电磁阀,它包括阀体,在阀体的左端是进气接口,在阀体的右端是出气接口,阀体的上端是阀盖,阀体内有阀座,在阀盖上连有电磁线圈壳体,电磁线圈壳体内有电磁线圈,铁芯穿置在电磁线圈的中间,铁芯上有回复弹簧,铁芯的端头有阀芯,其特征在于在阀芯的下方设有由橡胶膜座、橡胶膜和顶针构成的内置静态压力平衡装置,上述橡胶膜与橡胶膜座形成一个压力腔,顶针设置在橡胶膜的中间,橡胶膜座上开有与进气口相通的孔,在电磁阀关闭状态时,进气口的高压气体通过橡胶膜座的孔进入压力腔,橡胶膜中间的顶针向上顶阀芯,抵消开启前电磁阀芯收到的负压影响,达到容易开启的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及电磁阀领域,具体是指一种内置静态压力平衡装置的高压电磁阀。
背景技术
电磁阀是利用电磁线圈产生的电磁力,控制随铁芯一起的阀芯运动,实现电磁阀的开启和关闭。高压电磁阀由于结构上的原因,在开启前高压气体产生较大的负压作用,使得电磁阀在打开初始时比较困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对高压电磁阀开启前由于负压造成开启困难的现象,提出一种内置静态压力平衡装置的高压电磁阀。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:本发明的一种内置静态压力平衡装置的高压电磁阀,它包括阀体,在阀体的左端是进气接口,在阀体的右端是出气接口,阀体的上端是阀盖,阀体内有阀座,在阀盖上连有电磁线圈壳体,电磁线圈壳体内有电磁线圈,铁芯穿置在电磁线圈的中间,铁芯上有回复弹簧,铁芯的端头有阀芯,其特征在于在阀芯的下方设有由橡胶膜座、橡胶膜和顶针构成的内置静态压力平衡装置,上述橡胶膜与橡胶膜座形成一个压力腔,顶针设置在橡胶膜的中间,橡胶膜座上开有与进气口相通的孔。
本发明的内置静态压力平衡装置的高压电磁阀,由于在阀芯的下方设有由橡胶膜座、橡胶膜和顶针构成的内置静态压力平衡装置,在电磁阀关闭状态时,进气口的高压气体通过橡胶膜座的孔进入上述压力腔,橡胶膜中间的顶针向上顶阀芯,抵消开启前电磁阀芯收到的负压影响,达到容易开启的目的。

下面结合附图通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1和图2所示,本发明的一种内置静态压力平衡装置的高压电磁阀,它包括阀体2,在阀体2的左端是进气接口1,在阀体2的右端是出气接口14,阀体2的上端是阀盖3,阀体2内有阀座4,在阀盖2上连有电磁线圈壳体7,电磁线圈壳体7内有电磁线圈6,铁芯5穿置在电磁线圈6的中间,铁芯5上有回复弹簧8,铁芯5的端头有阀芯9,其特征在于在阀芯9的下方设有由橡胶膜座13、橡胶膜12和顶针11构成的内置静态压力平衡装置,上述橡胶膜12与橡胶膜座13形成一个压力腔,顶针11设置在橡胶膜12的中间,橡胶膜座13上开有与进气口相通的孔10。

1.一种内置静态压力平衡装置的高压电磁阀,它包括阀体(2),在阀体(2)的左端是进气接口(1),在阀体(2)的右端是出气接口(14),阀体(2)的上端是阀盖(3),阀体(2)内有阀座(4),在阀盖(2)上连有电磁线圈壳体(7),电磁线圈壳体(7)内有电磁线圈(6),铁芯(5)穿置在电磁线圈(6)的中间,铁芯(5)上有回复弹簧(8),铁芯(5)的端头有阀芯(9),其特征在于在阀芯(9)的下方设有由橡胶膜座(13)、橡胶膜(12)和顶针(11)构成的内置静态压力平衡装置,上述橡胶膜(12)与橡胶膜座(13)形成一个压力腔,顶针(11)设置在橡胶膜(12)的中间,橡胶膜座(13)上开有与进气口相通的孔(10)。
