Abstract

本发明涉及储酒窖装置领域，具体涉及一种储酒窖窖口密封装置及其密封方法。它包括窖口、密封槽、塑料薄膜、密封盖，窖口是方形状，窖口四周开有方形状的密封槽，窖口上盖有一层塑料薄膜，塑料薄膜嵌入密封槽内且密封槽内注满水压在塑料薄膜上面，密封盖盖在窖口上面且密封盖四周掐嵌入密封槽内。优点是设计简单巧妙，使用方便，安全可靠，通过塑料薄膜和水的结合使用有效把窖口给密封住，格栅设计为了防止一些大型杂物不小心掉入酒窖内且还支撑中间的塑料薄膜，密封效果大大提高，不会有酒气散发出来，保护环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及储酒窖装置领域，具体涉及一种储酒窖窖口密封装置及其密封方法。
背景技术
以往储酒窖窖口用简单密封盖盖住，但是这样密封效果不好，不能有效储藏，而且大量的酒气挥发出来，造成空气一定污染，目前没有一种制造成本低，密封效果好的密封装置。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明提出了一种储酒窖窖口密封装置及其密封方法，设计简单，使用方便，制造成本低，结构紧凑，密封效果大大提高，不会有酒气散发出来，保护环境。
为了达到上述发明目的，本发明提出了以下技术方案：
储酒窖窖口密封装置，它包括窖口、密封槽、塑料薄膜、密封盖，窖口是方形状，窖口四周开有方形状的密封槽，窖口上盖有一层塑料薄膜，塑料薄膜嵌入密封槽内且密封槽内注满水压在塑料薄膜上面，密封盖盖在窖口上面且密封盖四周掐嵌入密封槽内。
所述的窖口中间设计有网格状格栅，网格状格栅四周装有挂钩，格栅通过挂钩钩挂在窖口边缘。
所述的密封盖是方形状且中间开有一个方形凹槽，方形凹槽宽度比窖口的宽度大2cm，密封盖上方装有拉手。
一种使用储酒窖窖口密封方法，具体步骤是，
1）  在窖口四周开一个四方形状环形密封槽；
2）  窖口内装有网格状格栅，网格状格栅四周装有挂钩，格栅通过挂钩钩挂在窖口边缘；
3）  在窖口上端铺有一层塑料薄膜，塑料薄膜把窖口和窖口四周的密封槽全部遮盖住；
4）  塑料薄膜压入密封槽内且上面注入水，水把塑料薄膜封压在密封槽内；
5）  最后通过窖口的密封盖盖在窖口上方，密封盖四周的边缘嵌入密封槽内且侵入水中，密封完成。
本发明的优点是设计简单巧妙，使用方便，安全可靠，通过塑料薄膜和水的结合使用有效把窖口给密封住，格栅设计为了防止一些大型杂物不小心掉入酒窖内且还支撑中间的塑料薄膜，密封效果大大提高，不会有酒气散发出来，保护环境。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明进一步说明，下面结合说明书附图来介绍：
参照附图，储酒窖窖口密封装置，其特征是它包括窖口1、密封槽2、塑料薄膜3、密封盖4，窖口1是方形状，窖口1四周开有方形状的密封槽2，窖口1上盖有一层塑料薄膜3，塑料薄膜3嵌入密封槽2内且密封槽2内注满水压在塑料薄膜3上面，密封盖4盖在窖口1上面且密封盖4四周掐嵌入密封槽2内。
所述的窖口1中间设计有网格状格栅5，网格状格栅5四周装有挂钩6，格栅5通过挂钩6钩挂在窖口1边缘。格栅主要保证安全，防止人或大物件掉入酒窖内，还可以让工作人员透过网格孔对酒窖内进行观察。
所述的密封盖4是方形状且中间开有一个方形凹槽，方形凹槽宽度比窖口的宽度大2cm，密封盖4上方装有拉手7。
本发明使用时，把网状格栅通过挂钩装在窖口内，把塑料薄膜盖在窖口上面，格栅支撑在塑料薄膜下面，窖口四周的塑料薄膜压在窖口四周的密封槽内且密封槽内注入水把塑料薄膜压在密封槽内，最后把密封盖盖在窖口上面，密封盖四周嵌入密封槽内，且密封盖四周侵入水里；塑料薄膜可以遮挡一些小型杂物掉入酒窖内，而且塑料薄膜四周被水压在密封槽内，可以很好的密封，效果突出。

1.储酒窖窖口密封装置，其特征是它包括窖口、密封槽、塑料薄膜、密封盖，窖口是方形状，窖口四周开有方形状的密封槽，窖口上盖有一层塑料薄膜，塑料薄膜嵌入密封槽内且密封槽内注满水压在塑料薄膜上面，密封盖盖在窖口上面且密封盖四周掐嵌入密封槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的储酒窖窖口密封装置，其特征是所述的窖口中间设计有网格状格栅，网格状格栅四周装有挂钩，格栅通过挂钩钩挂在窖口边缘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的储酒窖窖口密封装置，其特征是所述的密封盖是方形状且中间开有一个方形凹槽，方形凹槽宽度比窖口的宽度大2cm，密封盖上方装有拉手。
4.一种使用储酒窖窖口密封方法，其特征是，
在窖口四周开一个四方形状环形密封槽；
窖口内装有网格状格栅，网格状格栅四周装有挂钩，格栅通过挂钩钩挂在窖口边缘；
在窖口上端铺有一层塑料薄膜，塑料薄膜把窖口和窖口四周的密封槽全部遮盖住；
把塑料薄膜压入密封槽内且上面注入水，水把塑料薄膜封压在密封槽内；
最后通过窖口的密封盖盖在窖口上方，密封盖四周的边缘嵌入密封槽内且侵入水中，密封完成。
