技术领域
本发明涉及一种热嘴衬套的改进,特别涉及一种能够起到保护模具与热流道系统的作用,避免漏胶;承载能力大;加压均匀;缓冲和减震能力强;接触面积小;热嘴热量损失也少,节约能源;热流道系统稳定性好的碟簧热嘴衬套。
背景技术
目前,现有技术的热嘴衬套直接压在热嘴垫块上,由于热嘴垫块直径大,接触面积大,不会下陷沉入分流板,但是主体与分流板直接接触,接触面积小于热嘴垫块,分流板硬度小于热嘴衬套,热嘴衬套会沉入分流板,导致系统漏胶。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够起到保护模具与热流道系统的作用,避免漏胶;承载能力大;加压均匀;缓冲和减震能力强;接触面积小;热嘴热量损失也少,节约能源;热流道系统稳定性好的碟簧热嘴衬套。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是一种碟簧热嘴衬套,包括热嘴衬套;所述热嘴衬套外壁上一端设有轴肩,另一端设有卡槽;所述卡槽内设有卡簧;所述热嘴衬套外壁上位于轴肩与卡簧之间设有弹簧和承压垫片;所述热嘴衬套设置在模具安装孔内;所述热嘴衬套内设有热嘴主体;所述轴肩、弹簧和承压垫片设置在热嘴衬套与模具安装孔之间。
优选的,所述弹簧为碟形薄板弹簧。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的一种碟簧热嘴衬套,在热嘴衬套上设置碟形薄板弹簧;能够起到保护模具与热流道系统的作用,避免漏胶;由于碟形薄板弹簧体积小,承载能力大,加压均匀,缓冲和减震能力强,接触面积小,热嘴热量损失也少,不会造成热嘴温度低,模具温度高的问题,热流道系统稳定性好;并且它能在很小的变形条件下,承受范围变化很大的载荷,从而可以大大地减小热嘴衬套的体积和重量,节约能源。

一种碟簧热嘴衬套,其特征在于:包括热嘴衬套1;所述热嘴衬套1外壁上一端设有轴肩2,另一端设有卡槽5;所述卡槽内设有卡簧6;所述热嘴衬套1外壁上位于轴肩2与卡簧6之间设有弹簧3和承压垫片4;所述弹簧3为碟形薄板弹簧;所述卡簧6用于将弹簧3和承压垫片4固定在热嘴衬套1;所述热嘴衬套1设置在模具安装孔7内;所述热嘴衬套1内设有热嘴主体8;所述轴肩2、弹簧3和承压垫片4设置在热嘴衬套1与模具安装孔7之间。
在工作时,碟簧热嘴衬套能对瞬间施加的压力通过弹簧3的缓冲释放,不会对模具和分流板产生凹陷变形,起到保护模具与热流道系统的作用,避免漏胶;当热道系统在加热升温时,由于钢材会受热膨冷缩的影响产生膨胀变形;碟簧热嘴衬套会通过缓冲变形来保持压力的平衡,使热嘴主体7与热嘴衬套1不会在模具和分流板上产生凹陷变形,造成热流道系统损坏,导致热流道系统漏胶。
  本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的一种碟簧热嘴衬套,在热嘴衬套上设置碟形薄板弹簧;能够起到保护模具与热流道系统的作用,避免漏胶;由于碟形薄板弹簧体积小,承载能力大,加压均匀,缓冲和减震能力强,接触面积小,热嘴热量损失也少,不会造成热嘴温度低,模具温度高的问题,热流道系统稳定性好;并且它能在很小的变形条件下,承受范围变化很大的载荷,从而可以大大地减小热嘴衬套的体积和重量,节约能源。

1.一种碟簧热嘴衬套,其特征在于:包括热嘴衬套;所述热嘴衬套外壁上一端设有轴肩,另一端设有卡槽;所述卡槽内设有卡簧;所述热嘴衬套外壁上位于轴肩与卡簧之间设有弹簧和承压垫片;所述热嘴衬套设置在模具安装孔内;所述热嘴衬套内设有热嘴主体;所述轴肩、弹簧和承压垫片设置在热嘴衬套与模具安装孔之间。
