本发明公开了一种双组份压纹的复合非织造布及其制备方法。该双组份压纹的复合非织造布,包括纺粘非织造布层和热风非织造布层,所述纺粘非织造布层和热风非织造布层之间设置有印合彩纹图非织造布层,所述纺粘非织造布层和热风非织造布层的外表各设有由多个凸起的呈横纵排列的珠链体所构成的纹理层,所述珠链体包括多个大珠体和多个小珠体,大珠体与小珠体呈交替排布且两两相连,由此可使得复合非织造布具有较强的立体感,且吸附性较强。此外,其美观、透气性好、柔软舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布的技术领域,尤其涉及一种双组份压纹的复合非织造布及其制造方法。
背景技术
无纺布是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。如多采用聚丙烯(pp材质)粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。现有技术中复合无纺布的纹理通常是通过压纹处理获得,这样导致纹理的立体感较差,且吸附性较差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明一方面提供一种双组份压纹的复合非织造布,该复合非织造布具有较强的立体感,且吸附性较强。
一种彩纹双组份的复合非织造布,包括纺粘非织造布层和热风非织造布层,所述纺粘非织造布层和热风非织造布层之间设置有印合彩纹图非织造布层,所述纺粘非织造布层和热风非织造布层的外表各设有由多个凸起的呈横纵排列的珠链体所构成的纹理层,所述珠链体包括多个大珠体和多个小珠体,大珠体与小珠体呈交替排布且两两相连。
其中,所述珠链体的高度为0.08~0.12mm。
其中,所述纹理层的厚度为0.23~0.3mm。
其中,所述纺粘非织造布层的厚度为0.1~0.15mm。
其中,所述热风非织造布层的厚度为0.1~0.15mm。
其中,所述印合彩纹图非织造布层的厚度不超过0.10mm。
本例中纹理层可吸附力斜角180度为35N以上、斜角90度为3N以上,纹理清晰、柔软、透气。
本发明另一方面提供一种彩纹双组份的复合非织造布的制造方法,由该制造方法获得的复合非织造布具有较强的立体感,且吸附性较强。
一种如上述复合非织造布的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)于印合彩纹图非织造布层的两表面分别复合纺粘非织造布层和热风非织造布层,形成复合层;
(2)热轧所述复合层,成型得到复合非织造布。
上述制备方法,复合纺粘非织造布层的和风非织造布层的具体方法可采用本领域技术人员所熟知的纺粘法和热风法的常规步骤和工艺条件。热轧的温度优选为为135~150℃。至于热轧的其它工艺参数可选用本领域常用的工艺参数。
其中,所述步骤(2)之后还可以包括例如浸胶处理、上色处理和上胶的处理。浸胶处理、上色处理和上胶可选用本领域常规的工艺条件,在此不再赘述。
本发明的彩纹双组份的复合非织造布,包括纺粘非织造布层和热风非织造布层,所述纺粘非织造布层和热风非织造布层之间设置有印合彩纹图非织造布层,所述纺粘非织造布层和热风非织造布层的外表各设有由多个凸起的呈横纵排列的珠链体所构成的纹理层,珠链体包括多个大珠体和多个小珠体,大珠体与小珠体呈交替排布且两两相连,由此可使得复合非织造布具有较强的立体感,且吸附性较强。此外,其美观、透气性好、柔软舒适。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1所示,为本发明复合非织造布的结构示意图。本发明的彩纹双组份的复合非织造布从上至下依次由纺粘非织造布层1、印合彩纹图非织造布层3和热风非织造布层2所构成。纺粘非织造布层1和热风非织造布层2的外表各设有由多个凸起的呈横纵排列的珠链体纹理层4。
如图2所示,为本发明复合非织造布的珠链体的结构示意图。珠链体包括多个大珠体和多个小珠体,大珠体与小珠体呈交替间隔排布且两两相连。
可以理解的是,这里“呈交替排布且两两相连”即“A-B-A-B”的排列方式,符合“-”表示相连。
“呈横纵排列”指与环形排列相对立的一种排列方式。
本例中,珠链体5的高度为0.08~0.12mm。珠链体5不仅仅局限于圆弧形的,还可以为外廓为曲线的形状。可以理解的是,凸起的珠链体5之间可形成为凹陷部分。珠链体5的高度即为凹陷部分的深度。
纹理层4的厚度优选为0.23~0.3mm。值得说明的是,纹理层4的厚度不仅仅包括珠链体5的高度,还包括珠链体5的最底部(即靠近印合彩纹图非织造布层3表面的部分)至印合彩纹图非织造布层3的厚度。
纺粘非织造布层1的厚度为0.1~0.15mm。热风非织造布层2的厚度为0.1~0.15mm。印合彩纹图非织造布层3的厚度不超过0.10mm。厚度为0.3mm以内,宽度为1800mm以内。
本例中的纹理层4具有加好的吸附力,表面可吸附力斜角180度为35N以上、斜角90度为3N以上。
下面介绍本发明的复合非织造布的制造方法:首先,于印合彩纹图非织造布层3的两表面分别复合纺粘非织造布层1和热风非织造布层2,形成复合层;接着,135~150℃的温度下热轧复合层以成型。最后,进行浸胶处理、上色处理和上胶的处理得到复合非织造布。
上述制造方法中,成型后,图案融入上下两层结构之中。不仅美观、透气性好、柔软舒适、有凸凹感、吸附力强。
本发明双组份压纹的复合非织造布用在纸尿裤的最外层,增加与搭扣的粘度和提高使用寿命。
尽管本发明中所涉及的各工艺参数的数值范围在上述实施例中不可能全部体现,但本领域的技术人员完全可以想象到只要落入上述该数值范围内的任何数值均可实施本发明,当然也包括若干项数值范围内具体值的任意组合。此处,出于篇幅的考虑,省略了给出某一项或多项数值范围内具体值的实施例,在此不应当视为对本发明的技术方案要求保护的配方及工艺范围缺乏充足实施例支持的理解。

Claims (9)
1.一种双组份压纹的复合非织造布,其特征在于,包括纺粘非织造布层(1)和热风非织造布层(2),所述纺粘非织造布层(1)和热风非织造布层(2)之间设置有印合彩纹图非织造布层(3),所述纺粘非织造布层(1)和热风非织造布层(2)的外表各设有由多个凸起的呈横纵排列的珠链体(5)所构成的纹理层(4),所述珠链体(5)包括多个大珠体(51)和多个小珠体(52),大珠体(51)与小珠体(52)呈交替排布且两两相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合非织造布,其特征在于,所述珠链体(5)的高度为0.08~0.12mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合非织造布,其特征在于,所述纹理层(4)的厚度为0.23~0.3mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合非织造布,其特征在于,所述纺粘非织造布层(1)的厚度为0.1~0.15mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合非织造布,其特征在于,所述热风非织造布层(2)的厚度为0.1~0.15mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合非织造布,其特征在于,所述印合彩纹图非织造布层(3)的厚度不超过0.10mm。
7.一种如权利要求1所述复合非织造布的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)于印合彩纹图非织造布(3)的两表面分别复合纺粘非织造布和热风非织造布,形成复合层;
(2)热轧所述复合层,成型得到复合非织造布。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述热轧的温度为135~150℃。
9.根据权利要求7所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)之后还包括浸胶处理、上色处理和上胶的处理。
