Abstract
激光焊接车灯罩及焊接方法。传统车灯生产过程中的焊接方法,主要以热板焊、振动摩擦焊接、超声波焊接为主;但是热板焊的启动温度时间较长;超声波焊接与振动摩擦焊接均对电子元器件有损伤,且在焊接过程存在噪声,焊接设备费用高昂,对焊接件尺寸存在要求,焊接过程中产生飞屑,焊接过后还存在机械残余应力需退火处理等缺陷。本发明方法包括:吸收激光车灯壳体(1),所述的吸收激光车灯壳体内部装有行车照明设备(2),所述的吸收激光车灯壳体前端装有激光透过车灯面罩(3),所述的吸收激光车灯壳体和所述的激光透过车灯面罩之间具有热熔连接区(4)。本发明用于车灯焊接。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种激光焊接车灯罩及焊接方法。
背景技术:
传统车灯生产过程中的焊接方法,主要以热板焊、振动摩擦焊接、超声波焊接为主;但是热板焊的启动温度时间较长;超声波焊接与振动摩擦焊接均对电子元器件有损伤,且在焊接过程存在噪声,焊接设备费用高昂,对焊接件尺寸存在要求,焊接过程中产生飞屑,焊接过后还存在机械残余应力需退火处理等缺陷。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种激光焊接车灯罩及焊接方法。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种激光焊接车灯罩,其组成包括:吸收激光车灯壳体,所述的吸收激光车灯壳体内部装有行车照明设备,所述的吸收激光车灯壳体前端装有激光透过车灯面罩,所述的吸收激光车灯壳体和所述的激光透过车灯面罩之间具有热熔连接区。
所述的激光焊接车灯罩的焊接方法,焊接时使用激光发射器发射激光束,激光束透过激光透过车灯面罩,在激光透过车灯面罩与吸收激光车灯壳体的接合面处被吸收激光车灯壳体吸收产生热量,并且将热量传给激光透过车灯面罩,于是在激光透过车灯面罩与吸收激光车灯壳体的接合面处产生热集中区域,塑料受热融化,热熔融状态下的塑料大分子在焊接压力的作用下相互扩散,产生范德华力,从而紧密地连接在一起形成热熔连接区,完成车灯的焊接。
有益效果:
1. 本发明焊接时使用激光发射器发射激光束,激光束透过激光透过车灯面罩,在激光透过车灯面罩与吸收激光车灯壳体的接合面处被吸收激光车灯壳体吸收产生热量,并且将热量传给激光透过车灯面罩,于是在激光透过车灯面罩与吸收激光车灯壳体的接合面处产生热集中区域,塑料受热融化,热熔融状态下的塑料大分子在焊接压力的作用下相互扩散,产生范德华力,从而紧密地连接在一起形成热熔连接区,完成车灯的焊接。
本发明将一种激光焊接技术引入到车灯制造中,解决了传统焊接方式启动时间长,损伤电子器件的缺点;焊接过程中焊接区域表面清洁,完全无焊渣,消除了传统焊接方式产生的溢料的问题;成本低廉,减少了操作过程中的尺寸要求,操作过程灵活度大。
本发明焊接时热影响区域很小,热变形和热降解极其受限制,有效的减少了残余应力的存在,无需再进行退火处理,并且焊接过程中噪声小,不产生噪声污染;本车灯的结构简单,灵活度极高,焊接精度极高,容易设计并且焊接的操作简单。

一种激光焊接车灯罩,其组成包括:吸收激光车灯壳体1,所述的吸收激光车灯壳体内部装有行车照明设备2,所述的吸收激光车灯壳体前端装有激光透过车灯面罩3,所述的吸收激光车灯壳体和所述的激光透过车灯面罩之间具有热熔连接区4。

一种实施例1所述的激光焊接车灯罩的焊接方法,焊接时使用激光发射器5发射激光束6,激光束透过激光透过车灯面罩,在激光透过车灯面罩与吸收激光车灯壳体的接合面处被吸收激光车灯壳体吸收产生热量,并且将热量传给激光透过车灯面罩,于是在激光透过车灯面罩与吸收激光车灯壳体的接合面处产生热集中区域,塑料受热融化,热熔融状态下的塑料大分子在焊接压力的作用下相互扩散,产生范德华力,从而紧密地连接在一起形成热熔连接区,完成车灯的焊接。

1.一种激光焊接车灯罩,其组成包括:吸收激光车灯壳体,其特征是:所述的吸收激光车灯壳体内部装有行车照明设备,所述的吸收激光车灯壳体前端装有激光透过车灯面罩,所述的吸收激光车灯壳体和所述的激光透过车灯面罩之间具有热熔连接区。
2.一种权利要求1所述的激光焊接车灯罩的焊接方法,其特征是:焊接时使用激光发射器发射激光束,激光束透过激光透过车灯面罩,在激光透过车灯面罩与吸收激光车灯壳体的接合面处被吸收激光车灯壳体吸收产生热量,并且将热量传给激光透过车灯面罩,于是在激光透过车灯面罩与吸收激光车灯壳体的接合面处产生热集中区域,塑料受热融化,热熔融状态下的塑料大分子在焊接压力的作用下相互扩散,产生范德华力,从而紧密地连接在一起形成热熔连接区,完成车灯的焊接。
