Abstract
本发明涉及磨具磨料磨削技术领域,尤其是涉及一种金属结合剂金刚石砂轮。其由以下重量百分比的原料制成:金刚石粉末50-60%,Sn粉4-11%,Cu粉11-18%,Al粉13-25%,Mg粉5-20%,Ce粉0.01-1%。Sn粉具有低熔点,能降低砂轮基体烧结温度和时间;加入Cu粉,使砂轮具有良好散热性能,提高砂轮强度和刚度;加入Al粉,提高砂轮基体耐热和散热性能的同时,保证良好的易磨性能,防止砂轮在快速磨耗时基体与工件接触造成的烧伤、划伤;加入Mg粉,提高基体耐热和散热性能的同时,增强Al粉效果;加入Ce粉,可有效提高砂轮胎体力学性能,改善和强化胎体材料对金刚石的粘结强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及磨具磨料磨削技术领域,尤其是涉及一种金属结合剂金刚石砂轮。
背景技术
目前,绝大部分人工合成的金刚石都为粉末状或细小的颗粒状,为了利用金刚石进行高精度、高效率磨削加工,通常采用结合剂的物质将金刚石磨粒粘结起来,并制成具有一定强度和形状的磨具,以便于安装在各种磨床上进行磨削加工。与其他磨料如刚玉、碳化硅相比,用金刚石砂轮进行磨削时,具有以下优点:磨削效率高;耐磨性高,磨粒本身消耗少,具有很高的使用寿命,特别是磨削硬、脆工件时,最为明显;磨粒硬度和耐磨性高,磨粒能长久保持锋利,容易切入工件,实现低应力磨削;磨削的工件精度高,表面质量好。金刚石砂轮应用已经渗透到机械加工、汽车制造、航空航天、生物、医疗器具、电子信息、建筑、交通、地质采矿、艺术、新材料等多种领域。金属结合剂金刚石砂轮目前有多种配方,很多配方制成的砂轮达到强度高,工作面几何形状保持好,寿命长,耐冲击,但是依然存在其自锐性不好、效率低,无法满足持续加工的需要。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种金属结合剂金刚石砂轮,其具有良好的力学性能和自锐性,对金刚石把持力高,成形性好,使用寿命长。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种金属结合剂金刚石砂轮,由以下重量百分比的原料制成:
金刚石粉末 50-60%
Sn粉 4-11%
Cu粉 11-18%
Al粉 13-25%
Mg粉 5-20%
Ce粉 0.01-1%
上述金刚石粉末的粒径为10-80μm;
上述Sn粉、Cu粉、Al粉、Mg粉、Ce粉的粒径均为50-150μm。
本发明的金属结合剂金刚石砂轮的制备方法如下:
(1)混料:按配方取金刚石粉末、Sn粉、Cu粉、Al粉、Mg粉、Ce粉放入混合机中,加入混合机内原料总重量的1%-2%的丙烯酸乳液混合20-24h,得到混合料;
(2)成型:将混合料平缓均匀投入模具内并刮平,置入液压机定模热压,温度为250-260℃,压力为120-125MPa,保压2-3h,冷却出模后得砂轮坯体;
(3)烧结:将砂轮坯体置入烧结炉内烧结,烧结时先将砂轮坯体加热至200-300℃,并保温30-40min进行预反应,然后加热至730-830℃,并保温10-30min,冷却至室温后取出;
(4)加工:将烧结后的砂轮坯体在车床和磨床上加工;
(5)包装,入库。
本发明的有益效果是,一种金属结合剂金刚石砂轮,Sn粉具有低熔点,能够降低砂轮基体烧结的温度和时间;加入Cu粉,使砂轮具有良好的散热性能,提高砂轮的强度和刚度;加入Al粉,提高砂轮基体的耐热和散热性能的同时,保证良好的一磨性能,防止砂轮在快速磨耗时基体与工件接触而造成的烧伤或划伤;加入Mg粉,提高基体耐热和散热性能的同时,增强Al粉效果;加入Ce粉,可有效提高砂轮胎体的力学性能,改善和强化胎体材料对金刚石的粘结强度。此配方协同,使得砂轮具有良好的力学性能和自锐性,对金刚石的把持力高,成形性好,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
一种金属结合剂金刚石砂轮,由以下重量百分比的原料制成:
金刚石粉末 55%
Sn粉 7.5%
Cu粉 14%
Al粉 17.5%
Mg粉 5.98%
Ce粉 0.02%
上述金刚石粉末的粒径为20μm;
上述Sn粉、Cu粉、Al粉、Mg粉、Ce粉的粒径均为60μm。
该金属结合剂金刚石砂轮的制备方法如下:
(1)混料:按配方取金刚石粉末、Sn粉、Cu粉、Al粉、Mg粉、Ce粉放入混合机中,加入混合机内原料总重量的1%的丙烯酸乳液混合22h,得到混合料;
(2)成型:将混合料平缓均匀投入模具内并刮平,置入液压机定模热压,温度为250℃,压力为120MPa,保压2h,冷却出模后得砂轮坯体;
(3)烧结:将砂轮坯体置入烧结炉内烧结,烧结时先将砂轮坯体加热至200℃,并保温40min进行预反应,然后加热至730℃,并保温30min,冷却至室温后取出;
(4)加工:将烧结后的砂轮坯体在车床和磨床上加工;
(5)包装,入库。
Claims (2)
1. 一种金属结合剂金刚石砂轮,其特征在于,其由以下重量百分比的原料制成:金刚石粉末50-60%,Sn粉4-11%,Cu粉11-18%,Al粉13-25%,Mg粉5-20%,Ce粉0.01-1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属结合剂金刚石砂轮,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的原料制成:金刚石粉末55%,Sn粉7.5%,Cu粉14%,Al粉17.5%,Mg粉5.98%,Ce粉0.02%。
