[0002] 本发明涉及金属锻造领域,具体地,涉及一种高速钢的锻造方法。
背景技术
[0003] 随着机械工业的发展,各种各样的金属被广泛用于各种领域,金属的锻造工业繁多,在金属锻造中对不同的锻造温度对金属的性质影响非常大,金属中添加成分的不同,比例不同均会造成锻造过程中的浇注温度和锻造温度的变化。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的在于,针对上述问题,提出一种高速钢的锻造方法,以实现提高高速钢强度的优点。
[0005] 为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种高速钢的锻造方法,包括以下步骤:
使用电阻加热器将金属模具加热到1600° C,金属模具上电连接温度传感器和单片机,所述单片机根据温度传感器信号,通过控制电阻加热器的输入电压和电流,来控制电阻加热器使得金属模具处于1600° C的恒温状态;
将高速钢放入加热炉内进行加热,并使用红外测温仪对高速钢的温度进行实时监测,当高速钢的温度达到1560° C时,将高速钢钢汁浇注到金属模具中,且在将高速钢钢汁浇注到金属模具中的同时单片机控制电阻加热器停止对金属模具进行加热;
然后将高速钢冷却至900° C后将高速钢铸件从金属模具中移出。

本发明的技术方案,采用金属模具进行高速钢浇注,并对建设模具和铸件的加热温度进tx精确控制,从而达到提尚尚速钢强度的目的。
具体实施方式
[0007] 一种高速钢的锻造方法,包括以下步骤:
使用电阻加热器将金属模具加热到1600° C,金属模具上电连接温度传感器和单片机,单片机根据温度传感器信号,通过控制电阻加热器的输入电压和电流,来控制电阻加热器使得金属模具处于1600° C的恒温状态;
将高速钢放入加热炉内进行加热,并使用红外测温仪对高速钢的温度进行实时监测,当高速钢的温度达到1560° C时,将高速钢钢汁浇注到金属模具中,且在将高速钢钢汁浇注到金属模具中的同时单片机控制电阻加热器停止对金属模具进行加热;
然后将高速钢冷却至900° C后将高速钢铸件从金属模具中移出。
[0008] 在金属模具内涂抹涂料,该涂料由氧化锌、滑石粉、水玻璃和水混合而成。
