Abstract
断奶羔羊无粮化育肥的一种方法涉及畜牧养殖领域。该方法不用任何玉米等谷物粮食,也不用豆粕、麦麸等猪、禽养殖常规饲料原料;完全采用醋糟、大豆皮副产品下脚料配制断奶羔羊育肥日粮,实现断奶羔羊的快速育肥。解决了羔羊育肥生产中,大量补饲精饲料,带来的养殖成本高效益下降问题。将醋糟、大豆皮和预混料按一定比例混合后,直接用于断奶羔羊育肥,无需补充精饲料料,同时,由于醋糟和大豆皮含有足够量的纤维素,也不用额外饲喂秸秆、牧草等粗饲料,节约大量劳动力成本。
Description
一、技术领域
本发明专利涉及畜牧养殖领域,尤其是规模化肉用山羊养殖方面,采用日粮营养调控技术提高规模化肉用山羊养殖场羊肉品质。
二、背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对家畜肉产品的需求,逐渐从满足量的要求向更高品质转变。越来越多研究表明,不同类型饲料能够对畜禽肉的品质产生显著影响。日粮纤维是反刍动物饲料中必不可少的组成成分,一般指饲料中来源于植物但又不易消化利用的细胞壁成分,主要存在于各种植物饲料中,包括豆科作物、谷物及其副产物以及原料提取蛋白、榨油后的副产物等。日粮纤维对反刍动物具有重要的营养学意义,日粮纤维在瘤胃内发酵产生挥发性脂肪酸(VFA),VFA是反刍动物主要能源物质,能提供反刍动物能量需要的70%-80%。日粮纤维可以调控动物的采食量,维护反刍动物正常的消化生理机能。日粮纤维对于改善胴体品质方面具有重要作用,研究表明单胃动物日粮纤维水平超过一定值时,日粮中粗纤维每提高1%,饲料转化率下降3%(Fernandez和Jorgensen,1986),从而导致胴体含脂率下降、瘦肉率上升。对于反刍动物来说粗纤维能够明显减少脂肪沉积,提高胴体瘦肉率。但是,关于日粮纤维对反刍动物尤其是山羊胴体组成和肉品质影响的报道较少,仅在纤维影响肉羊营养物质表观消化率方面有人进行了研究,得出肉羊NDF推荐适宜水平为35%-45%,但是纤维的来源、NDF的梯度等因素对于羊肉的影响鲜有人报道。仅王莉梅(2013)研究全混合发酵饲料对山羊肉品质的影响,结果表明:对照组与实验组的屠宰性能各项指标间均无显著差异,但混合发酵饲料组的眼肌面积比对照组有所改善。并且发酵I组的a*(红度)值和b*(黄度)值均高于对照组和发酵II组,肌肉有光泽,红色均匀不暗淡。
当前,由于我国草原退化,在广大农区大都采用农作物秸秆作为主要粗饲料,进行舍饲养羊生产。秸秆粗饲料主要以玉米、水稻和小麦秸秆为主。秸秆粗纤维含量高,但消化率很低(表1)。

本发明采用在日粮中增加大豆皮等农副产品非常规日粮组分,提高可消化纤维含量,改善羊屠宰性能以及肉品质的方法。
三、发明内容
为克服秸秆粗饲料养羊羊肉品质较差问题。本发明专利选用纤维消化率高的农副产品下脚料来补充足够的纤维营养,替代羔羊育肥生产中的秸秆粗饲料,改善羊肉品质。本发明解决该技术问题所依据的营养学原理:日粮纤维素是反刍动物所必需的最主要营养素,纤维素降解产物VFA,是其主要能量来源。对于草原放牧为主饲养的羊,优质牧草能够给其提供足够的可消化纤维素营养,而在广大农区以秸秆为主的粗饲料圈养条件,由于纤维素可消化性差,其羊肉品质往往不如草原放牧的肉羊。本发明解决提高羊肉肉质问题的技术方案为在满足动物全面营养基础上,提高日粮中可消化纤维的含量,来改善羊肉品质。具体做法:利用粮油加工业和酿造业产生的副产品,纤维素含量相对较高,纤维素易被反刍动物羊消化利用的特点(表2),在羊日粮中添加农副产品下脚料来替代常规粗饲料秸秆类,增加日粮纤维的可消化性,达到提高羊肉品质目的。

羊日粮添加大豆皮等农副产品,代替秸秆常规粗饲料提供纤维素营养,增加可消化纤维含量后,与饲喂秸秆型日粮饲养的羊肉比较羊肉剪切力降低10%以上,蒸煮损失显著减少约20%左右,24h和48h滴水损失均减少15%以上,在羊日粮中用农副产品下脚料替代秸秆粗饲料,增加了可消化纤维含量后,得到剪切力下降肉嫩度提高,滴水损失和蒸煮损失下降,羊肉系水力增加的有益效果。

五、具体实施方式
原料采购:大豆皮,为脱皮榨油工艺方式下,直接脱皮榨油产生的副产品;玉米皮,为玉米淀粉加工厂下脚料。
日粮配制和饲喂方法:在育肥羊精料补充料中,在相同能量、蛋白质、钙、磷营养水平下,以大豆皮和玉米皮替代常规饲料,用大豆皮和玉米皮中的纤维素作为日粮主要纤维素营养来源,混合均匀后直接供育肥羔羊自由采食。
下面的实施例是对本发明的进一步详细描述,但并不意味着对本发明的任何限制。
具体实施例:
在本例中,试验日粮与常规日粮在同等营养水平下,使用大豆皮、玉米皮作为羊主要纤维素营养来源(纤维素水平相同NDF=40%,表3)

按表3配制日粮,饲喂断奶羔羊(初始体重约20kg),饲喂2个月后,屠宰。羔羊屠宰率显著提高,其它指标空腹重、胴体重和眼肌面积也呈增大趋势(表4)。

滴水损失反应羊肉的保水性,剪切力是肉嫩度最重要指标之一,蒸煮损失反映了肉品烹调加工过程中水分损失的程度,一般蒸煮损失越小肌肉的熟肉率越大。本发明专利日粮饲喂育肥羔羊屠宰后,羊肉的剪切力、蒸煮损失和滴水损失显著下降,肉色嫩度、系水力和亮度改善。

1.本申请“增加日粮可消化纤维含量提高山羊肉品质的一种方法”中,在山羊传统秸秆日粮中,用大豆皮等农副产品糟渣类饲料,等纤维素水平下,替代农作物秸秆粗饲料,增加日粮中可消化纤维素含量,提高山羊肉品质的方法。
