Abstract

本发明涉及一种PCB板连接固定装置，用于连接相邻的第一PCB板和第二PCB板，所述的连接固定装置包括连接器和线束，所述的连接器分别设置在第一PCB板和第二PCB板上，第一PCB板和第二PCB板上的连接器之间设有线束，所述的连接固定装置还包括加强板，该加强板两端分别与第一PCB板和第二PCB板啮合连接后，形成用于包裹线束的保护层。与现有技术相比，本发明具有结构简单、安全可靠、实用性强等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种PCB板连接装置，尤其是涉及一种PCB板连接固定装置。
背景技术
社会发展，时代变迁，科技日新月异，电子技术也在不断的更新与进步。小尺寸的PCB板在电子行业的应用中也越来越广泛，随之而来的，PCB板直接的连接问题也不断的暴露出来。如图2所示，目前主PCB板A与副PCB板D之间的连接主要是通过连接器B与线束C实现，但是这种连接很不稳定，会出线线束脱落，断裂等现象出现，造成产品无法继续工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种PCB板连接固定装置，对PCB板之间的连接结构做了优化加强，可以实现PCB板之间的刚性连接，从而保证线束的安全。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种PCB板连接固定装置，用于连接相邻的第一PCB板和第二PCB板，所述的连接固定装置包括连接器和线束，所述的连接器分别设置在第一PCB板和第二PCB板上，第一PCB板和第二PCB板上的连接器之间设有线束，其特征在于，所述的连接固定装置还包括加强板，该加强板两端分别与第一PCB板和第二PCB板啮合连接后，形成用于包裹线束的保护层。
所述的加强板为盖板，该盖板分别于第一PCB板、第二PCB板啮合连接后，将线束包裹在内。
所述的第一PCB板和第二PCB板上设置有凹槽，所述的盖板上设有与凹槽对应的针脚。
所述的凹槽形状为锯齿状。
所述的加强板材料为金属或非金属材料。
与现有技术相比，本发明可使PCB板形成整体，PCB板间加强固定，并且线束被有效的保护在加强板当中。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例
采用本发明结构示意如图1所示，第一PCB板1和第二PCB板4在外形结构上设有凹陷的锯齿状结构，从而使加强板5能够扣在PCB板1与PCB板4的凹陷锯齿结构中，这样，加强板5将线束3完全压在PCB板1与PCB板4的板面上，再将加强板5按压在PCB板的另一面，这样就完成了整体的组装，使得PCB板1与PCB板4有效的连接在一起，同时，线束3外面也多了一层保护结构，使得线束能够固定在PCB板面上不会移动与脱落。
上述所述的加强板5可选用金属材料或者非金属材料，可根据实际使用情况调整外形尺寸与使用材料。本发明结构中所讲的锯齿状结构尺寸也可根据实际使用情况进行尺寸形状调整。

Claims (5)

1.一种PCB板连接固定装置，用于连接相邻的第一PCB板(1)和第二PCB板(4)，所述的连接固定装置包括连接器(2)和线束(3)，所述的连接器(2)分别设置在第一PCB板(1)和第二PCB板(4)上，第一PCB板(1)和第二PCB板(4)上的连接器(2)之间设有线束(3)，其特征在于，所述的连接固定装置还包括加强板(5)，该加强板(5)两端分别与第一PCB板(1)和第二PCB板(4)啮合连接后，形成用于包裹线束(3)的保护层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PCB板连接固定装置，其特征在于，所述的加强板(5)为盖板，该盖板分别于第一PCB板(1)、第二PCB板(4)啮合连接后，将线束(3)包裹在内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种PCB板连接固定装置，其特征在于，所述的第一PCB板(1)和第二PCB板(4)上设置有凹槽，所述的盖板上设有与凹槽对应的针脚。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种PCB板连接固定装置，其特征在于，所述的凹槽形状为锯齿状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种PCB板连接固定装置，其特征在于，所述的加强板(5)材料为金属或非金属材料。
