Abstract

本发明涉及一种管道密封连接件结构,包括连接件本体,所述的连接件本体上设有一套筒,在所述的套筒内壁上设有弹簧片,所述的弹簧片一端固定在套筒内壁上,所述的弹簧片的另一端抵在连接件本体上,在所述的连接件本体与套筒通过卡扣结构固定连接。采用了上述结构之后,通过套筒与连接件本体之间的挤压使得弹簧片向内凸起紧紧的压住塑料软管,能够保证密封效果良好,不会发生塑料软管掉落现象,结构简单,操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械设计领域中的管道连接技术,尤其是涉及一种管道密封连接件结构。
背景技术
在机械设计领域中,管道之间的连接通常采用的是连接头进行连接,软管之间的连接采用连接头以及铁条进行捆扎达到密封,这种连接以及密封的方式,会对塑料软管造成损害,当接头处发生磨损,会出现泄漏现象,造成液体流出,会对环境造成污染,现有的其它连接头与塑料软管连接,直接将塑料软管套接在连接头上,通过连接头撑开塑料软管达到密封,这种结构容易掉落,造成泄漏。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够保证塑料软管连接不会发生泄漏以及掉落的道密封连接件结构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种管道密封连接件结构,包括连接件本体,所述的连接件本体上设有一套筒,在所述的套筒内壁上设有弹簧片,所述的弹簧片一端固定在套筒内壁上,所述的弹簧片的另一端抵在连接件本体上,在所述的连接件本体与套筒通过卡扣结构固定连接。
进一步具体的,所述的卡扣结构包括固定在套筒上的卡隼以及开设在连接件本体上的卡槽。
进一步具体的,所述的弹簧片设置为多个且均匀分布在连接本体的周围。
进一步具体的,所述的套筒的外表面上设有滚花。
进一步具体的,所述的套筒的内壁上设有用于固定弹簧片的插槽。
进一步具体的,所述的连接件本体上设有密封凸起。
本发明的有益效果是:采用了上述结构之后,通过套筒与连接件本体之间的挤压使得弹簧片向内凸起紧紧的压住塑料软管,能够保证密封效果良好,不会发生塑料软管掉落现象,结构简单,操作方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作详细的描述。
如图1所示一种管道密封连接件结构,包括连接件本体1,所述的连接件本体1上设有一套筒2,在所述的套筒2内壁上设有弹簧片3,所述的弹簧片3一端固定在套筒2内壁上,所述的弹簧片3的另一端抵在连接件本体1上,在所述的连接件本体1与套筒2通过卡扣结构固定连接;所述的卡扣结构包括固定在套筒2上的卡隼4以及开设在连接件本体1上的卡槽4;所述的弹簧片3设置为多个且均匀分布在连接本体1的周围;所述的套筒2的外表面上设有滚花;所述的套筒2的内壁上设有用于固定弹簧片3的插槽6;所述的连接件本体1上设有密封凸起7。
使用的时候,将塑料软管插入到连接件本体1上,通过密封凸起7完成密封目的,之后手动将套筒2上的卡隼5插入到连接件本体1上的卡槽4内,由于套筒2与连接件本体1的挤压从而导致弹簧片3变形,使得弹簧片3中间凸起紧紧的压在塑料软管上,不容易掉落,也达到再次密封的效果。
上述结构使用方便,操作简单,适合快速连接使用。

1.一种管道密封连接件结构,包括连接件本体(1),其特征在于,所述的连接件本体(1)上设有一套筒(2),在所述的套筒(2)内壁上设有弹簧片(3),所述的弹簧片(3)一端固定在套筒(2)内壁上,所述的弹簧片(3)的另一端抵在连接件本体(1)上,在所述的连接件本体(1)与套筒(2)通过卡扣结构固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道密封连接件结构,其特征在于,所述的卡扣结构包括固定在套筒(2)上的卡隼(5)以及开设在连接件本体(1)上的卡槽(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管道密封连接件结构,其特征在于,所述的弹簧片(3)设置为多个且均匀分布在连接本体的周围。
4.根据权利要求1所述的管道密封连接件结构,其特征在于,所述的套筒(2)的外表面上设有滚花。
5.根据权利要求1所述的管道密封连接件结构,其特征在于,所述的套筒(2)的内壁上设有用于固定弹簧片(3)的插槽(6)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的管道密封连接件结构,其特征在于,所述的连接件本体(1)上设有密封凸起(7)。
