本发明公开了一种橡胶软管接头,其包括空心的接头杆芯(1)以及套在接头杆芯(1)下部的螺母(5),螺母(5)上部设有环形压肩(2),接头杆芯(1)下部设有供环形压肩(2)压住的环形挡肩(3);其中,环形挡肩(3)底部设有空心的锥形凸台(4),空心的锥形凸台(4)与空心的接头杆芯(1)相通,锥形凸台(4)的大直径端位于小直径端上部,锥形凸台(4)上以接头杆芯(1)轴线相对称的两条边线所形成的夹角α为35°~45°,锥形凸台(4)外周壁上开有环形凹槽(7),环形凹槽(7)内设有密封圈(6)。本发明橡胶软管接头是连接液压设备与橡胶软管的重要部件,其在与液压设备中的管路连接后,密封效果较好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管接头,具体涉及一种橡胶软管接头。
背景技术
目前的橡胶软管接头一般包括空心的接头杆芯以及套在接头杆芯下部的螺母,接头杆芯通过螺母连接在液压设备的管路上,拧紧螺母后,接头杆芯一端端面会与管路一端端面紧贴,并在紧贴处产生弹性变形来进行密封,然而,由于接头杆芯和管路均为空心结构,其接触面积非常小,仅为一个环形的小平面,因此,上述橡胶软管接头在实际使用过程中的密封效果不是很理想。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种与液压设备中的管路连接后,密封效果较好的橡胶软管接头。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种橡胶软管接头,其包括空心的接头杆芯以及套在接头杆芯下部的螺母,该螺母上部设有环形压肩,接头杆芯下部设有供环形压肩压住的环形挡肩,该环形挡肩底部设有空心的锥形凸台,空心的锥形凸台与空心的接头杆芯相通,该锥形凸台的大直径端位于小直径端上部,锥形凸台外周壁上开有环形凹槽,该环形凹槽内设有密封圈。
其中,锥形凸台上以接头杆芯轴线相对称的两条边线所形成的夹角α为35°~45°。
其中,夹角α为40°。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明橡胶软管接头具有以下优点:锥形凸台插入管路一端预先设置的锥形孔内后,大大增加了接头杆芯与管路的接触面积,除此之外,锥形凸台上还设置有密封圈,在这两种结构的共同作用下,本发明橡胶软管接头与管路连接后,将会有较理想的密封效果。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明橡胶软管接头的结构如图1所示,该橡胶软管接头包括空心的接头杆芯1以及套在接头杆芯1下部的螺母5,螺母5上部设有环形压肩2,接头杆芯1下部设有供环形压肩2压住的环形挡肩3,环形挡肩3底部设有空心的锥形凸台4,空心的锥形凸台4与空心的接头杆芯1相通,锥形凸台4的大直径端位于小直径端上部,锥形凸台4外周壁上开有环形凹槽7,环形凹槽7内设有密封圈6。本发明采用上述结构,使其在于管路连接后的密封效果更好。
本实施例中,锥形凸台上以接头杆芯轴线相对称的两条边线所形成的夹角α为35°~45°。
本实施例中,夹角α为40°。

1.一种橡胶软管接头,包括空心的接头杆芯(1)以及套在接头杆芯(1)下部的螺母(5),所述螺母(5)上部设有环形压肩(2),所述接头杆芯(1)下部设有供环形压肩(2)压住的环形挡肩(3),其特征在于:所述环形挡肩(3)底部设有空心的锥形凸台(4),所述空心的锥形凸台(4)与空心的接头杆芯(1)相通,所述锥形凸台(4)的大直径端位于小直径端上部,所述锥形凸台(4)外周壁上开有环形凹槽(7),所述环形凹槽(7)内设有密封圈(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶软管接头,其特征在于:所述锥形凸台(4)上以接头杆芯(1)轴线相对称的两条边线所形成的夹角α为35°~45°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶软管接头,其特征在于:所述夹角α为40°。
