本发明是一种门窗型材。要提升门窗密封隔热,抗风压等性能。门窗的密封、隔热性能是建筑物重要的效能因素。门窗型材的设计对门窗的气密性能,水密性能,抗风压性能,起着至关重要的作用。本发明隔热断桥铝型材的技术方案:图1窗框4与16组成平开扇框,窗扇4由内窗扇7与外窗扇6复合而成,窗框16由内窗框13与外窗框15复合而成,通过隔热条14复合而成的型材,可以室内室外有两种表面处理颜色。外窗扇6腔体与外窗框15可以内衬塑料导流板,将45度拼接缝隙封闭,型材内表面的温度与室内温度接近,能够降低室内水分因过饱和而冷凝在型材表面的可能性,采用隔热铝合金型材,能够有效的阻止热流或冷气从室内流失到室外,另外此型材发明设计有6道密封胶条和塑料注胶导流板,装配后更有效的确保了气密性、水密性,降低噪音,确保隔音效果。

本发明设计是一种门窗型材。 
背景技术
门窗的密封、隔热性能是建筑物重要的效能因素。门窗型材的设计对门窗的气密性能,水密性能,抗风压性能,起着至关重要的作用。现代建筑的发展急需发明一种能耗低,使用寿命长,隔热性能优良的型材。 
发明内容
本发明要提升门窗密封隔热,抗风压等性能。 
本发明隔热断桥铝型材的技术方案:图1窗框4与16组成平开扇框,窗扇4由内窗扇7与外窗扇6复合而成,窗框16由内窗框13与外窗框15复合而成,通过隔热条14复合而成的型材,可以室内室外有两种表面处理颜色。外窗扇6腔体与外窗框15可以内衬塑料导流板,将45度拼接缝隙封闭,型材内表面的温度与室内温度接近,能够降低室内水分因过饱和而冷凝在型材表面的可能性,采用隔热铝合金型材,能够有效的阻止热流或冷气从室内流失到室外,另外此型材发明设计有6道密封胶条和塑料注胶导流板,装配后更有效的确保了气密性、水密性,降低噪音,确保隔音效果。 
有益效果:与以往门窗型材不同,隔热断桥铝型材有多腔体结构,宽大的胶条,6道密封,能有效阻隔热量传递,增强了抗风压性能。

1.一种带有隔热条的隔热断桥铝门窗型材,室外一侧铝材带有多腔体。
2.在窗扇与窗框间安装有宽大的多腔体胶条,胶条覆盖室外一侧铝型材。
3.在中挺内部有注胶导流板。
