本发明涉及一种吊具支撑快速调整装置，其特征是：包括安装在吊具下臂左右两侧的滑槽，滑槽内安装滑块，滑块与支撑连接；在所述滑块上设有通孔，通孔中设置螺杆，通孔外端设置压盖，螺杆的杆体一端穿出压盖、与手柄连接，在螺杆上套设弹簧，弹簧的一端顶住压盖，弹簧的另一端顶住螺杆的螺帽；在所述滑槽的底部设有若干允许螺杆的螺帽插入的定位孔。所述滑槽的下端安装端头挡板。本发明所述吊具支撑快速调整装置，能够快速、方便的满足汽车厂快速调整吊具支撑位置的需要，相比传统的机构大大的提高了工作效率。

本发明涉及一种吊具支撑快速调整装置，属于汽车加工装置技术领域。
背景技术
在汽车总装车间底盘装配自动化输送线上，往往汽车厂都有多种车型，在装配的时候，需要调整底盘吊具的支撑位置，来稳定支撑不同的车型，过去一般采用螺栓固定式支撑，需要调整的时候工人必须卸下螺栓，拆下支撑，然后在对应的位置再次安装上支撑，这样的话加大了工人的工作量，有时可能影响到整体的节拍。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种吊具支撑快速调整装置，结构简单、操作方便，加工速度快。
按照本发明提供的技术方案，所述吊具支撑快速调整装置，其特征是：包括安装在吊具下臂左右两侧的滑槽，滑槽内安装滑块，滑块与支撑连接；在所述滑块上设有通孔，通孔中设置螺杆，通孔外端设置压盖，螺杆的杆体一端穿出压盖、与手柄连接，在螺杆上套设弹簧，弹簧的一端顶住压盖，弹簧的另一端顶住螺杆的螺帽；在所述滑槽的底部设有若干允许螺杆的螺帽插入的定位孔。
进一步的，所述滑槽的下端安装端头挡板。
本发明所述吊具支撑快速调整装置，能够快速、方便的满足汽车厂快速调整吊具支撑位置的需要，相比传统的机构大大的提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1～图3所示：所述吊具支撑快速调整装置包括滑槽1、滑块2、弹簧3、手柄4、螺杆5、压盖6、端头挡板7、定位孔8、吊具9、支撑10等。
如图1～图3所示，本发明包括安装在吊具9下臂左右两侧的滑槽1，滑槽1内安装滑块2，滑块2与支撑10连接，滑槽1的下端安装端头挡板7，可以使得滑块2在滑槽1内移动的时候不会掉出来，以免工作操作的时候不小心滑块2掉出来会造成一定的危险；如图3所示，在所述滑块2上设有通孔，通孔中设置螺杆5，通孔外端设置压盖6，螺杆5的杆体一端穿出压盖6、与手柄4连接，在螺杆5上套设弹簧3，弹簧3的一端顶住压盖6，弹簧3的另一端顶住螺杆5的螺帽；在所述滑槽1的底部设有若干定位孔8，螺杆5的螺帽可以插入定位孔8中以固定住滑块2的位置。
本发明的工作原理：在使用时，本发明所述的吊具支撑快速调整装置安装在吊具下臂的左右两侧，当需要更换车型支撑位置时，拉住手柄4，螺杆5离开滑槽1上的定位孔8，手柄4带着滑块2可以移动到相应的位置，在相应的位置上滑槽也有一个对应的定位孔8，此时松开手柄4，螺杆5依靠弹簧3的弹力会自动伸进定位孔8，而且不施加外力，螺杆5会牢牢的把滑块2和滑槽1固定住。整个机构能够快速、方便的满足汽车厂快速调整吊具支撑位置的需要，相比传统的机构大大的提高了工作效率。

1.一种吊具支撑快速调整装置，其特征是：包括安装在吊具（9）下臂左右两侧的滑槽（1），滑槽（1）内安装滑块（2），滑块（2）与支撑（10）连接；在所述滑块（2）上设有通孔，通孔中设置螺杆（5），通孔外端设置压盖（6），螺杆（5）的杆体一端穿出压盖（6）、与手柄（4）连接，在螺杆（5）上套设弹簧（3），弹簧（3）的一端顶住压盖（6），弹簧（3）的另一端顶住螺杆（5）的螺帽；在所述滑槽（1）的底部设有若干允许螺杆（5）的螺帽插入的定位孔（8）。
2.如权利要求1所述的吊具支撑快速调整装置，其特征是：所述滑槽（1）的下端安装端头挡板（7）。
