本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理实用、便于操作、离心后的产品直接在车间倒入罐内的小球藻分装设备。其技术方案为:罐体(1)的底部设有支架(2),顶部设有电机(3),电机(3)通过连接杆(4)连接搅拌叶片(5),在罐体(1)的一侧设有排料管(6),在排料管(6)上设有控制阀(7)。本发明设计合理实用,操作安全便捷,离心后的产品直接在车间倒入冷库,节省了时间,提高了工作效率,适合普遍推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及小球藻培养技术领域,尤其是小球藻分装设备。
背景技术
目前还没有专用的小球藻分装设备,现有的小球藻分装装置,是将分装桶放入冷库,分离后的产品含蛋白质很高,极易变质,所以每小时进冷库倒一次,8小时分装一次小桶,这样操作费时费力,特别是容易把操作人员冻伤,给正常生产带来很大的困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理实用、便于操作、离心后的产品直接在车间倒入罐内的小球藻分装设备,其技术方案为:罐体的底部设有支架,顶部设有电机,电机通过连接杆连接搅拌叶片,在罐体的一侧设有排料管,在排料管上设有控制阀。
本发明设计合理实用,操作安全便捷,离心后的产品直接在车间倒入冷库,节省了时间,提高了工作效率,适合普遍推广使用。

具体实施方式
如图所示,小球藻分装设备,主要由罐体1、支架2、电机3、连接杆4、搅拌叶片5、排料管6和控制阀7构成。
罐体1的底部设有支架2,顶部设有电机3,电机3通过连接杆4连接搅拌叶片5,在罐体1的一侧设有排料管6,在排料管6上设有控制阀7。  
本发明工作流程:将小球藻分装设备安装在车间里,开启电机3按钮,电机3通过连接杆4带动搅拌叶片5旋转,搅拌后的产品从排料管6排出,用控制阀7控制流量。
本发明离心后的产品直接在车间倒入罐体1内,24小时分装一次,把分装好的产品放入冷库冷藏,大大减少了分装次数,提高了生产效率。

1.小球藻分装设备,其特征在于:罐体(1)的底部设有支架(2),顶部设有电机(3),电机(3)通过连接杆(4)连接搅拌叶片(5),在罐体(1)的一侧设有排料管(6),在排料管(6)上设有控制阀(7)。
