本发明公开了一种半透明镭射烟用接装纸,自上而下依次为油墨层、信息层、介质层、胶层和原纸层。本发明还提供了一种半透明镭射烟用接装纸的加工方法,步骤如下:第一步,半透明接装纸原纸制作;第二步,半透明镭射接装纸原纸制作;第三步,半透明镭射烟用接装纸制作。本发明中因其采用均选用透明性材料制成,卷烟后,可观察到烟支滤嘴棒的内容。在使用时,由于烟草的影响会改变滤嘴棒的颜色,通过半透明的接装纸可充分体验滤嘴棒在吸食过程的变化,从而可警示消费者的作用。

一种半透明镭射烟用接装纸及其加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及烟用框架纸领域,具体地说,涉及一种半透明镭射烟用接装纸及其加工方法。
背景技术
烟用接装纸作为卷烟材料必不可少的包装材料之一,是将滤嘴与卷烟烟支接装起来的专用纸,俗称水松纸。随着工业技术的不断发展,烟用接装纸技术不断提高,市场上各种加工工艺的接装纸比比皆是,如:转移接装纸(公开号:CN201077931)、压纹接装纸(公开号:CN201339146)、温变接装纸(公开号:CN201362804)等。
目前市场上常见的烟用接装纸主要结构及工艺多采用白色(或黄色)烟用接装纸原纸进行印刷、转移、烫印、压纹,或采用防伪油墨加工而成。现有接装纸其保留卷接功能外,增加了美观、防伪功能。但是不能使消费者直观的观察到滤嘴棒的内容,如变色滤嘴棒(公开号:CN201750709U)、活性炭纸过滤嘴棒(公开号:CN203262277U)等。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述缺陷,提供一种不仅保留了烟用接装纸卷接功能、美观、防伪效果,而且消费者在使用时,可明显观察到烟支滤嘴棒的内容及变化的半透明镭射烟用接装纸。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种半透明镭射烟用接装纸,其特征在于:自上而下依次为油墨层、信息层、介质层、胶层和原纸层。
本发明还提供了一种半透明镭射烟用接装纸的加工方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
第一步,半透明接装纸原纸制作;
第二步,半透明镭射接装纸原纸制作;
第三步,半透明镭射烟用接装纸制作。
作为一种优化的技术方案,第一步的具体步骤如下:
以漂白化学木浆为原料,经高黏状打浆、重施胶,经造纸机制作具有半透明性能的接装纸原纸;
作为一种优化的技术方案,第二步的具体步骤如下:
(1)选取用12μm-20μm的双向拉伸聚酯BOPET薄膜,在薄膜一面涂信息层;
(2)涂信息层后,进行镭射模压,使薄膜具有镭射防伪效果;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的薄膜模压后,进行高真空蒸镀介质,得到具有镭射效果的透明转移膜;
(4)采用复合转移工艺,将步骤(3)制得的透明转移膜通过水性转移胶,将半透明接装纸原纸与透明镭射转移膜进行复合;
(5)将复合后的原纸和膜进行剥离,将薄膜剥离后,制成具有半透明镭射烟用接装纸原纸。
作为一种优化的技术方案,第三步的具体步骤如下:
(1)在半透明镭射接装纸上进行印刷,采用高透明颜料油墨,在制作过程中,以浅色调为主,保持原纸的透明效果;
(2)通过烫印、分切、打孔工艺进后,形成卷盘半透明镭射烟用接装纸。
由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明中因其采用均选用透明性材料制成,卷烟后,可观察到烟支滤嘴棒的内容。在使用时,由于烟草的影响会改变滤嘴棒的颜色,通过半透明的接装纸可充分体验滤嘴棒在吸食过程的变化,从而可警示消费者的作用。
本发明不仅保留了烟用接装纸卷接功能、美观、防伪效果,而且消费者在使用时,可明显观察到烟支滤嘴棒的内容及变化。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。

具体实施方式
实施例:
如图1所示,一种半透明镭射烟用接装纸,自上而下依次为油墨层1、信息层2、介质层3、胶层4和原纸层5。
针对半透明镭射烟用接装纸,本实施例给出了一种具体的加工方法,器步骤如下:
(1)半透明接装纸原纸制作,第一步,进行纸张浆料制备选用针叶木与阔叶木,重量配比是:30:70-70:30,其次进行打浆浓度的控制:4.0%-6.0%,混合浆度:85-950SR。第二步,选择配方施胶液,施胶量以绝干浆计是:3-6%;施胶液的主要成分为丙烯酸类复配物.第三步,得到本透明烟用接装纸原纸;其指标符合《YC170烟用接装纸原纸》的标准要求,指标如下:
(2)半透明镭射接装纸原纸制作,选取用12μm-20μm的双向拉伸聚酯BOPET薄膜,在薄膜一面涂信息层,采用网纹辊一次涂布镭射转移涂料形成涂层,烘干,制成模压膜;将模压膜进行镭射模压,将镭射激光版上的信息热压印到预涂膜的涂层上形成信息层。模压车速30米/分钟-60米/分钟,模压温度150℃-220℃。模压后,进行高真空蒸镀介质(硫化锌),车速250米/分钟-350米/分钟,得到具有镭射效果的透明转移膜。采用复合转移工艺,通过水性转移胶将半透明接装纸原纸与透明镭射转移膜进行复合,复合过程每组加温区在60℃-100℃,复合车速80米/分钟-120米/分钟。将复合后的原纸和膜进行剥离,将薄膜剥离后,制成具有半透明镭射烟用接装纸原纸。半透明镭射烟用接装纸原纸表面均匀,无划伤,信息层粘贴牢度,用透明胶带粘贴后,无脱层现象。
(3)半透明镭射烟用接装纸制作,在半透明镭射接装纸上进行印刷,采用高透明颜料油墨印刷车速为80米/分钟-120米/分钟,加热区温度80℃-100℃,油墨粘度13秒-15秒(涂-4杯)。印刷的半成品分切成300mm-500mm进行烫印,烫印的盘数为4-6盘,烫印车速80米/分钟-120米/分钟,温度为150℃-220℃。烫印后进行分切,分切规格为40mm-80mm,车速50米/分钟-300米/分钟.分切后进行打孔,打孔透气度应为标称值±标称值×8%,变异系数≤6.0%。分切后形成卷盘半透明镭射烟用接装纸。
本发明中因其采用均选用透明性材料制成,卷烟后,可观察到烟支滤嘴棒的内容。在使用时,由于烟草的影响会改变滤嘴棒的颜色,通过半透明的接装纸可充分体验滤嘴棒在吸食过程的变化,从而可警示消费者的作用。
本发明不局限于上述的优选实施方式,任何人应该得知在本发明的启示下做出的结构变化,凡是与本发明具有相同或者相近似的技术方案,均属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种半透明镭射烟用接装纸,其特征在于:自上而下依次为油墨层、信息层、介质层、胶层和原纸层。
2.一种半透明镭射烟用接装纸的加工方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
第一步,半透明接装纸原纸制作;
第二步,半透明镭射接装纸原纸制作;
第三步,半透明镭射烟用接装纸制作。
3.根据权利要求2所述的半透明镭射烟用接装纸的加工方法,其特征在于:
第一步的具体步骤如下:

(4)采用复合转移工艺,将步骤(3)制得的透明转移膜通过水性转移胶,将半透明接装纸原纸与透明镭射转移膜进行复合;
(5)将复合后的原纸和膜进行剥离,将薄膜剥离后,制成具有半透明镭射烟用接装纸原纸。
5.根据权利要求2所述的半透明镭射烟用接装纸的加工方法,其特征在于:
第三步的具体步骤如下:
(1)在半透明镭射接装纸上进行印刷,采用高透明颜料油墨,在制作过程中,以浅色调为主,保持原纸的透明效果;
(2)通过烫印、分切、打孔工艺进后,形成卷盘半透明镭射烟用接装纸。
