Abstract
本发明公开了一种面料复合塑料板,包括:塑料底板和面料复合层,所述面料复合层设置在塑料底板上表面的上方,所述塑料底板和面料复合层之间设置有粘结剂层进行连接,所述面料复合层为一层吸湿面料,所述吸湿面料由亚麻纤维、聚乳酸纤维与粘胶纤维混纺制成,所述塑料底板的上表面设置为磨砂毛糙面,所述塑料底板为软质塑料薄板。通过上述方式,本发明所述的面料复合塑料板,塑料底板具有良好的防水性,便于贴附,而且表面的面料复合层质地柔软,吸湿性好,防滑耐磨,经久耐用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及复合塑料板领域,特别是涉及一种面料复合塑料板。
背景技术
塑料板的质地轻,成本低廉,制作简单,产量高,因此市场销量大。为了提高防水性,部分户外板凳或者办公桌的表面铺设有一层塑料板,以提高板凳或者办公桌的使用寿命。
塑料板的表面光滑,摩擦力小,因此制成的板凳面太滑而不易坐稳,而且表面硬度高,舒适性差,表面缺乏吸湿性而不适合长时间端坐,对人体的健康不利。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种面料复合塑料板,提高表面的吸湿性和柔软性,赋予一定的防滑性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种面料复合塑料板,包括:塑料底板和面料复合层,所述面料复合层设置在塑料底板上表面的上方,所述塑料底板和面料复合层之间设置有粘结剂层进行连接,所述面料复合层为一层吸湿面料,所述吸湿面料由亚麻纤维、聚乳酸纤维与粘胶纤维混纺制成,所述塑料底板的上表面设置为磨砂毛糙面,所述塑料底板为软质塑料薄板。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述亚麻纤维在吸湿面料中所占的重量份数为3~7份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述粘胶纤维在吸湿面料中所占的重量份数为1~3份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚乳酸纤维在吸湿面料中所占的重量份数为1~2份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种面料复合塑料板,塑料底板具有良好的防水性,便于贴附,而且表面的面料复合层质地柔软,吸湿性好,防滑耐磨,经久耐用。

一种面料复合塑料板,包括:塑料底板1和面料复合层2,所述面料复合层2设置在塑料底板1上表面的上方,所述塑料底板1和面料复合层2之间设置有粘结剂层3进行连接,所述面料复合层2为一层吸湿面料,所述吸湿面料由亚麻纤维、聚乳酸纤维与粘胶纤维混纺制成,所述塑料底板1的上表面设置为磨砂毛糙面,磨砂毛糙面有利于面料复合层2在粘结剂层3的作用下贴附在塑料底板1的上表面,所述塑料底板1为软质塑料薄板。软质塑料薄板的韧性好,防水性强,更容易贴附在有曲度的物体表面,装饰性好,成本低廉,产品的适用范围广泛。
所述面料复合塑料板特别复合了一层吸湿面料,所述亚麻纤维在吸湿面料中所占的重量份数为3~7份。亚麻纤维的吸湿性好,而且导湿快,更容易干燥,以免吸湿面料长期处于潮湿的状态。
进一步的,所述粘胶纤维在吸湿面料中所占的重量份数为1~3份。
进一步的,所述聚乳酸纤维在吸湿面料中所占的重量份数为1~2份。聚乳酸纤维具有的一定的抑菌性和阻燃性,提高了使用的安全性,减少细菌传播,贴附在板凳表面维护使用者的臀部健康。
综上所述,本发明指出的一种面料复合塑料板,塑料底板1和面料复合层2复合而成,生产工艺简单,结构牢固,成本低廉,可贴附在各种家具的表面,防滑耐磨,装饰性好。

1.一种面料复合塑料板,包括:塑料底板和面料复合层,其特征在于,所述面料复合层设置在塑料底板上表面的上方,所述塑料底板和面料复合层之间设置有粘结剂层进行连接,所述面料复合层为一层吸湿面料,所述吸湿面料由亚麻纤维、聚乳酸纤维与粘胶纤维混纺制成,所述塑料底板的上表面设置为磨砂毛糙面,所述塑料底板为软质塑料薄板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的面料复合塑料板,其特征在于,所述亚麻纤维在吸湿面料中所占的重量份数为3~7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的面料复合塑料板,其特征在于,所述粘胶纤维在吸湿面料中所占的重量份数为1~3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的面料复合塑料板,其特征在于,所述聚乳酸纤维在吸湿面料中所占的重量份数为1~2份。
