[0002] PVC塑胶地板具有噪音低，不变形，维护方便，不含甲醛、苯等有毒气体等优点，同时由于其花色丰富，色彩多样而被广泛用于居家和商业的各方面。常规的PVC塑胶地板，其结构为最上面一层是纯PVC(聚氯乙烯)透明膜层，下面加上印花层和发泡层。但是通常的PVC塑胶地板耐磨性差，沾染油污时清洁不便，且其施工时，与地面的粘结牢度低，长期使用容易与地面分层，影响使用效果，且对施工人员的要求很高，限制了其应用。还有，现有的PVC塑胶地板，其印花层均为单层结构，表面纹理比较呆板，形式比较单一，缺乏立体感，不能满足高端市场需求。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种施工便捷、耐磨性好、颜色持久、粘结牢固、清洁方便、防滑且美观的立体花纹环保商用塑胶地板。
[0004] 本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种立体花纹环保商用塑胶地板，它包括紫外固化层、PVC透明膜层、印花层、加强层和底布层，所述紫外固化层、PVC透明膜层、印花层、加强层和底布层自上而下紧密复合在一起，所述印花层有2层或3层，所述加强层为白色塑胶挤出片，底布层采用无纺布。
[0005] 紫外固化层即抗紫外涂料固化层，它是将抗紫外涂料固化在PVC透明膜层表面形成，其抗菌性能强，防水、耐污、耐化学药品效果好，清洁方便，日常维护只需要拖扫地面即可。且防滑效果好，较薄的涂层即可承受大人流量的考验。
