技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶成型模,特别是涉及一种圆柱电池封装机的上模电池模具感应装置。
背景技术
在电池的制造和生产过程中,需要对电池进行封口,目前对圆柱电池的封装机有两种:一种是由冲床加封口件组成,另一种是由气缸或气动增压缸加封口件组成。两种设备工作质量不高,机架强度不够导致定位不准确,封口弯曲变形过快,易冲偏电池,封口处易出毛边或刮伤,电池封口质量不稳定,两种设备的工艺较复杂,效率较低,另外不同型号的圆柱电池更换模具较复杂,调试时间较长,有鉴于此,有必要对现有的圆柱电池封装机的上模电池模具感应装置予以改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种圆柱电池封装机的上模电池模具感应装置,本发明结构紧凑,能够自动感应到圆柱电池,节省劳动力,避免了资源浪费。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种圆柱电池封装机的上模电池模具感应装置,该圆柱电池封装机的上模电池模具感应装置包括感应连杆、连杆安装夹、感应片、弹簧、感应螺钉、连杆支架和连杆感应器,连杆安装夹通过销钉连接着感应连杆,感应连杆的前端连接着感应片,感应连杆的后端连接着弹簧,弹簧的另一端连接着感应螺钉,感应螺钉固定于连杆支架,连杆支架固定于连杆安装夹侧面,连杆支架上安装有两个连杆感应器,连杆感应器均对着感应连杆。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种圆柱电池封装机的上模电池模具感应装置,结构紧凑,能够自动感应到圆柱电池,节省劳动力,避免了资源浪费。

本发明圆柱电池封装机的上模电池模具感应装置,结构紧凑,能够自动感应到圆柱电池,节省劳动力,避免了资源浪费。
