Abstract

本发明公开了一种碳板,其成分如下(按重量百分比):碳粉31.5%一91%;树脂3%一25%;植物纤维3%一30%;阻燃剂0.5%一2.5%;分散剂0.5%一3%;沸石粉1%一3%;茶杆渣1%一5%,其制造工艺,包括以下步骤:第一步:将原料按比例混合并置入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;第二步:进料;第三步:加热;第四步:保压。所述第三步加热的温度为10‑180摄氏度,加热的时间为2‑20分钟,所述第四步保压在公称压力在PN10MPa以上,保压时间为2分钟一30分钟。本发明的硬度高,能抵抗大于普通碳板30%以上的承受压力抗磨损,有一定的缓冲能力,且无不良有害物质,还具有很强的对硫化物、氮化物、甲醛、苯、酚等有害物质的吸附作用以及很强的吸湿防潮、放湿、去除异味的作用,尤其对周边的甲醛,24小时的吸附降解率达到43%,健康环保。

本发明涉及板材制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种碳板及其制造工艺。
背景技术
近几年家具市场推出了不同类型不同材质的家具,使消费者眼花缭乱,不知如何选择,不少商家为了使效果好看达到不当获利目的,不惜添加有害物质,从而使消费者受到不同程度的健康危害。市面上的碳板存在着污染大不利于健康的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种碳板及其制造工艺,解决传统的碳板存在着污染大不利于健康的问题。
一种碳板,其成分如下(按重量百分比):30-150目的碳粉31.5%一91%;树脂3%一25%;植物纤维3%一30%;阻燃剂0.5%一2.5%;分散剂0.5%一3%;沸石粉1%一3%;茶杆渣1%一5%。
一种碳板,其其成分如下(按重量百分比):30-150目的碳粉31.5%;树脂25%;植物纤维30%;阻燃剂2.5%;分散剂3%;沸石粉3%;茶杆渣5%。
一种碳板,其成分如下(按重量百分比):30-150目的碳粉62%;树脂15%;植物纤维15%;阻燃剂1.5%;分散剂1.5%;沸石粉2%;茶杆渣3%。
一种碳板,其成分如下(按重量百分比):30-150目的碳粉91%;树脂3%;植物纤维3%;阻燃剂0.5%;分散剂0.5%;沸石粉1%;茶杆渣1%。
一种碳板的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:第一步:将原料按比例混合并置入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;第二步:进料;第三步:加热;第四步:保压。
所述第三步加热的温度为10-180摄氏度,加热的时间为2-20分钟。
所述第四步保压在公称压力在PN10MPa以上,保压时间为2分钟一30分钟。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的硬度高,能抵抗大于普通碳板30%以上的承受压力抗磨损,有一定的缓冲能力,吸湿变形小,且无不良有害物质,碳粉配方的选取也增加了吸附硫化物、氮化物、甲醛、苯、酚等有害物质的作用以及吸湿防潮、放湿、去除异味的作用,尤其对周边的甲醛,24小时的吸附降解率达到43%,健康环保。

结合工艺流程对本发明的具体加工工艺作进一步的详细描述:
本发明公开了一种碳板,其成分如下(按重量百分比):30-150目的碳粉31.5%一91%;树脂3%一25%;植物纤维3%一30%;阻燃剂0.5%一2.5%;分散剂0.5%一3%;沸石粉1%一3%;茶杆渣1%一5%。
本发明碳板的版型可以为:正板、圆板、土圆、条行、各种图形的家具面板、装饰板等。碳粉可以是竹炭、木炭等。也可以用碳化材料替代碳粉,达到同样环保的效果。
本发明还公开了一种碳板的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:第一步:将原料按比例混合并置入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;第二步:进料;第三步:加热,加热的温度为10-180摄氏度,加热的时间为2-20分钟;第四步:保压,保压在公称压力在PN10MPa以上,保压时间为2分钟一30分钟。
实施例1
一种碳板,其成分如下(按重量百分比):30-150目的碳粉31.5%;树脂25%;植物纤维30%;阻燃剂2.5%;分散剂3%;沸石粉3%;茶杆渣5%。
一种碳板的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:第一步:将原料按上述比例混合并置入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;第二步:进料;第三步:10摄氏度加热2分钟;第四步:在公称压力在PN10MPa以上,即100公斤以上的压力,保压2分钟。沸石粉和茶杆渣增加吸附和降解功能。检测结果:比表面积为275平方米每克;竹炭的孔径面积为210平方米每克;亚甲基蓝吸附值为112毫克每克,乙烯气体吸附值为3.55毫升每克;灼烧减量11.8%;ph值为5.4;水分含量为4.4%;红外线发射率42%。所得碳板硬度高,且无不良有害物质,健康环保。
实施例2
一种碳板,其成分如下(按重量百分比):30-150目的碳粉91%;树脂3%;植物纤维3%;阻燃剂0.5%;分散剂0.5%;沸石粉1%;茶杆渣1%。
一种碳板的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:第一步:将原料按上述比例混合并置入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;第二步:进料;第三步:180摄氏度加热20分钟;第四步:在公称压力在PN10MPa以上,即100公斤以上的压力,保压30分钟。沸石粉和茶杆渣增加吸附和降解功能。检测结果:比表面积为287平方米每克;竹炭的孔径面积为228平方米每克;亚甲基蓝吸附值为107毫克每克,乙烯气体吸附值为3.47毫升每克;灼烧减量11.6%;ph值为5.3;水分含量为4.8%;红外线发射率41%。所得碳板硬度高,且无不良有害物质,健康环保。
实施例3
一种碳板,其成分如下(按重量百分比):30-150目的碳粉62%;树脂15%;植物纤维15%;阻燃剂1.5%;分散剂1.5%;沸石粉2%;茶杆渣3%。
一种碳板的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:第一步:将原料按上述比例混合并置入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;第二步:进料;第三步:90摄氏度加热10分钟;第四步:在公称压力在PN10MPa以上,即100公斤以上的压力,保压15分钟。沸石粉和茶杆渣增加吸附和降解功能。所得碳板硬度高,且无不良有害物质,健康环保。
本发明的检测结果:比表面积为280平方米每克;竹炭的孔径面积为216平方米每克;亚甲基蓝吸附值为110毫克每克,乙烯气体吸附值为3.45毫升每克;灼烧减量11.3%;ph值为5.3;水分含量为4.6%;红外线发射率43%。
本发明为一种新型的碳板及其制造工艺,本发明的硬度高,能抵抗大于普通碳板30%以上的承受压力抗磨损,有一定的缓冲能力,且无不良有害物质,而且具有对硫化物、氮化物、甲醛、苯、酚等有害物质的吸附作用以及很强的吸湿防潮、放湿、去除异味的作用,健康环保。

所述碳板的制造工艺为下列步骤:
第一步:将原料按比例混合并置入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;第二步:进料;第三步:加热;第四步:保压;所述第三步加热的温度为10-180摄氏度,加热的时间为2-20分钟;所述第四步保压在公称压力在PN10MPa以上,保压时间为2分钟一30分钟。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳板,其特征在于:其成分如下(按重量百分比):30-150目的碳粉31.5%;树脂25%;植物纤维30%;阻燃剂2.5%;分散剂3%;沸石粉3%;茶杆渣5%。
