Abstract

本发明提供了一种单扭曲圆管双联动空间路径抽芯机构,包括一种单扭曲圆管双联动空间路径抽芯机构,包括段扭曲弯管滑块头、斜侧型芯镶件、压套块、楔紧块插槽、本体基础滑块体、扭曲管滑块体、滑块拉板、圆弧滑块槽、转动滑销块、基础滑块抽芯油缸、滑槽拉板、拉板滑块、拉板滑块油缸、A锁位滑块、B锁位滑块、基础滑第一块锁位滑块机构A、基础滑块第二锁位滑块机构B,其特点是两个不同油缸在其对应的不同方向同步按产品分段扭曲弯管空间中心线所确定的函数关系路径进行抽芯,其各自方向的速度由弯管轴心空间曲线确定;采用上述技术方案提供的本发明抽芯机构,解决了产品存在空间单边段扭曲圆管难以抽芯脱模的实际问题,结构合理,工作稳定。

技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具机构设计领域,具体为一种单扭曲圆管双联动空间路径抽芯机构。
背景技术
如图1所示,带空间扭曲弯管特征的塑料制品注塑成型时,囿于产品存在空间段单扭曲圆管的特点,目前模具制作技术领域暂无此类制品空间上单边段扭曲弯管段脱模的成型脱模技术;因而,须设计特殊的脱模抽芯机构以及模具结构以完成产品的自动化注塑生产。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种单扭曲圆管双联动空间路径抽芯机构,包括段扭曲弯管滑块头、斜侧型芯镶件、压套块、楔紧块插槽、本体基础滑块体、扭曲管滑块体、滑块拉板、圆弧滑块槽、转动滑销块、基础滑块抽芯油缸、滑槽拉板、拉板滑块、拉板滑块油缸、A锁位滑块、B锁位滑块、基础滑第一块锁位滑块机构A、基础滑块第二锁位滑块机构B。
作为优选,所述段扭曲弯管滑块头通过压套块安装于扭曲管滑块体上;滑块拉板通过螺钉安装于扭曲管滑块体上,扭曲管滑块体通过圆弧滑块槽安装于本体基础滑块体上,扭曲管滑块体在圆弧滑块槽形成的圆弧槽内滑动,扭曲管滑块体开设有闭模时锁紧用的楔紧块插槽。
作为优选,所述本体基础滑块体安装于模具动模板上,基础滑块抽芯油缸拉动本体基础滑块体在其模具安装斜面上可做抽芯滑移;拉板滑块油缸、拉板滑块安装于模具动模板上,滑槽拉板通过螺钉安装于拉板滑块上;拉板滑块油缸拉动滑槽拉板、拉板滑块做侧面抽芯动作。
作为优选,所述滑块拉板、滑槽拉板通过转动滑销块联结,转动滑销块通过其上部的圆轴特征与滑块拉板联结,转动滑销块通过其下部的方块特征与滑槽拉板上对应位置的方形滑槽联结,从而保证滑块拉板、滑槽拉板在抽芯运动过程中保持运动联结。
作为优选,所述基础滑块锁位滑块机构A、基础滑块第二锁位滑块机构B安装于模具动模板上通过A锁位滑块、B锁位滑块对本体基础滑块体进行锁位。
有益效果:本发明采用上述技术方案提供的一种单扭曲圆管双联动空间路径抽芯机构,解决了产品存在空间段单边段扭曲圆管难以抽芯脱模的实际生产问题,用简单的机构实现了上述产品的零缺陷自动化模塑生产,有效地保证了产品成型质量;结构设计合理,结构紧凑,工作稳定。

具体实施方式
图2-5所示为本发明相关说明图;一种单扭曲圆管双联动空间路径抽芯机构,包括段扭曲弯管滑块头1、斜侧型芯镶件2、压套块3、楔紧块插槽4、本体基础滑块体5、扭曲管滑块体6、滑块拉板7、圆弧滑块槽8、转动滑销块9、基础滑块抽芯油缸10、滑槽拉板11、拉板滑块12、拉板滑块油缸13、A锁位滑块14、B锁位滑块15、基础滑第一块锁位滑块机构A、基础滑块第二锁位滑块机构B,如图3所示。
所述段扭曲弯管滑块头1通过压套块3安装于扭曲管滑块体6上;滑块拉板7通过螺钉安装于扭曲管滑块体6上,扭曲管滑块体6通过圆弧滑块槽8安装于本体基础滑块体5上,扭曲管滑块体6在圆弧滑块槽8形成的圆弧槽内滑动,扭曲管滑块体6开设有闭模时锁紧用的楔紧块插槽4,如图2、图3所示。
所述本体基础滑块体5安装于模具动模板上,基础滑块抽芯油缸10拉动本体基础滑块体5在其模具安装斜面上可做抽芯滑移;拉板滑块油缸13、拉板滑块12安装于模具动模板上,滑槽拉板11通过螺钉安装于拉板滑块12上;拉板滑块油缸13拉动滑槽拉板11、拉板滑块12做侧面抽芯动作,如图3、图4所示。
所述滑块拉板7、滑槽拉板11通过转动滑销块9联结,转动滑销块9通过其上部的圆轴特征与滑块拉板7联结,转动滑销块9通过其下部的方块特征与滑槽拉板11上对应位置的方形滑槽联结,从而保证滑块拉板7、滑槽拉板11在抽芯运动过程中保持运动联结。
所述基础滑块锁位滑块机构A、基础滑块第二锁位滑块机构B安装于模具动模板上通过A锁位滑块14、B锁位滑块15对本体基础滑块体5进行锁位。
实际工作时,如图3、图5所示,其运动工作原理如下:
1)抽芯脱模 模具开模时,第一基础滑块第一锁位滑块机构A、第一基础滑块第二锁位滑块机构B上的A锁位滑块14、B锁位滑块15分别按图5中所示K4、K3方向抽芯,使A锁位滑块14、B锁位滑块15失去对第一本体基础滑块体5的限位作用,同时,定模侧的楔紧块失去对第一楔紧块插槽4的压制,从而为第一本体基础滑块体5抽芯做准备;模具完全打开后,第一基础滑块抽芯油缸10在K1方向、第一拉板滑块油缸13在K2方向同步按第一段扭曲弯管滑块头1抽芯运动所确定的函数关系路径进行抽芯,K1、K2方向的速度由弯管轴心空间曲线确定;抽芯过程中,第一转动滑销块9既做绕其圆柱特征的T1方向的转动,同时亦做其方槽特征的T2方向的滑动,以保证第一滑槽拉板11拉动第一滑块拉板7沿K2方向运动的顺利进行,从而保证第一扭曲管滑块体6在第一本体基础滑块体5上按T3方向圆弧转动抽芯运动的顺利进行,如图5所示;
2)复位 复位时,动作过程与抽芯脱模时反向进行,最后模具完全闭合,等待下一个注塑循环的开始。

1.一种单扭曲圆管双联动空间路径抽芯机构,包括段扭曲弯管滑块头(1)、斜侧型芯镶件(2)、压套块(3)、楔紧块插槽(4)、本体基础滑块体(5)、扭曲管滑块体(6)、滑块拉板(7)、圆弧滑块槽(8)、转动滑销块(9)、基础滑块抽芯油缸(10)、滑槽拉板(11)、拉板滑块(12)、拉板滑块油缸(13)、A锁位滑块(14)、B锁位滑块(15)、基础滑块第一锁位滑块机构(A)、基础滑块第二锁位滑块机构(B);所述段扭曲弯管滑块头(1)通过压套块(3)安装于扭曲管滑块体(6)上;滑块拉板(7)通过螺钉安装于扭曲管滑块体(6)上,扭曲管滑块体(6)通过圆弧滑块槽(8)安装于本体基础滑块体(5)上,扭曲管滑块体(6)在圆弧滑块槽(8)形成的圆弧槽内滑动,扭曲管滑块体(6)开设有闭模时锁紧用的楔紧块插槽(4);所述本体基础滑块体(5)安装于模具动模板上,基础滑块抽芯油缸(10)拉动本体基础滑块体(5)在其模具安装斜面上可做抽芯滑移;拉板滑块油缸(13)、拉板滑块(12)安装于模具动模板上,滑槽拉板(11)通过螺钉安装于拉板滑块(12)上;拉板滑块油缸(13)拉动滑槽拉板(11)、拉板滑块(12)做侧面抽芯动作;所述滑块拉板(7)、滑槽拉板(11)通过转动滑销块(9)联结,转动滑销块(9)通过其上部的圆轴特征与滑块拉板(7)联结,转动滑销块(9)通过其下部的方块特征与滑槽拉板(11)上对应位置的方形滑槽联结,从而保证滑块拉板(7)、滑槽拉板(11)在抽芯运动过程中保持运动联结;所述基础滑块第一锁位滑块机构(A)、基础滑块第二锁位滑块机构(B)安装于模具动模板上通过A锁位滑块(14)、B锁位滑块(15)对本体基础滑块体(5)进行锁位。
