本发明涉及饲料技术领域,特别涉及一种饲料保鲜剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国是畜牧养殖大国,畜牧养殖过程中,尤其是大型养殖场,出于降低成本的需要,基本不采购配置好的全价饲料,而是自行配置。在配置饲料的过程中,因用量较大,通常一次性配置大量的饲料进行储存备用,而饲料容易在储存过程中霉变,不利于储存。为解决这种技术问题,现有技术中需要在饲料中添加化学防腐剂,而化学防腐剂容易与饲料中的其他组分,如微量元素,多维素等发生反应,造成饲料营养价值下降或者饲料异味。鉴于上述技术问题,需要出现一种制造方法简单,制得的产品配比简单,使用方便,残留低,保持饲料营养平衡的一种饲料保鲜剂。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种饲料保鲜剂及其制备方法,使得饲料抑菌活性较好,保鲜期长,可以保持饲料在20-30天不质变。

为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种饲料保鲜剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:山梨酸5-10份、丙酸钙2-6份、β-胡萝卜素5-10份、乳酸链球菌素2-5份、茶多酚5-10份、竹叶提取液5-10份、大蒜素5-10份、海藻物5-10份、氯化钠5-10份、黄酮类物质3-7份、酚酸类物质3-7份、抑菌肽2-5份、植酸5-10份、葡萄籽提取液10-15份。
优选的,所述黄酮类物质包括根黄酮醇、黄烷酮、异黄酮、查耳酮、黄烷醇中的一种或者几种。
优选的,所述酚酸类物质包括原儿茶酸、没食子酸、介子酸中的一种或两种。
优选的,所述植酸为大米、玉米、小麦等食品加工过程中的废液。
一种饲料保鲜剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按照重量份称取丙酸钙2-6份,氯化钠5-10份混合,研磨,过筛,得到干粉备用;
S2、按照重量份称取山梨酸5-10份、β-胡萝卜素5-10份、乳酸链球菌素2-5份、茶多酚5-10份、竹叶提取液5-10份、大蒜素5-10份、海藻物5-10份、黄酮类物质3-7份、酚酸类物质3-7份、抑菌肽2-5份、植酸5-10份、葡萄籽提取液10-15份,依次加入到步骤S1得到的干粉中,边加入边搅拌,搅拌均匀,即可。
优选的,步骤S1所述过筛过80-100目筛。
优选的,步骤S2所述搅拌时间为20-30分钟。

按照本实施例原料重量份,制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按照重量份称取丙酸钙3份,氯化钠5份混合,研磨,过筛,得到干粉备用;
S2、按照重量份称取山梨酸5份、β-胡萝卜素6份、乳酸链球菌素3份、茶多酚5份、竹叶提取液5份、大蒜素6份、海藻物5份、黄酮类物质3份、酚酸类物质3份、抑菌肽2份、植酸5份、葡萄籽提取液10份,依次加入到步骤S1得到的干粉中,边加入边搅拌,搅拌均匀,即可。
实施例2:
一种饲料保鲜剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:一种饲料保鲜剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:山梨酸8份、丙酸钙5份、β-胡萝卜素8份、乳酸链球菌素4份、茶多酚7份、竹叶提取液8份、大蒜素8份、海藻物8份、氯化钠8份、黄酮类物质5份、酚酸类物质5份、抑菌肽4份、植酸7份、葡萄籽提取液13份。
按照本实施例原料重量份,制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
一种饲料保鲜剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:一种饲料保鲜剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:山梨酸10份、丙酸钙6份、β-胡萝卜素10份、乳酸链球菌素5份、茶多酚10份、竹叶提取液10份、大蒜素10份、海藻物10份、氯化钠10份、黄酮类物质6份、酚酸类物质6份、抑菌肽5份、植酸10份、葡萄籽提取液15份。
按照本实施例原料重量份,制备方法同实施例1。
饲料保鲜剂的使用方法,其中,包括如下步骤:
S1、饲料保鲜剂按照质量单位添加到饲料中,饲料保鲜剂与饲料的比例为1-2:1100-1600;
S2、饲料保鲜剂使用时先稀释到体积倍数的40倍后在与饲料混合。
按照季节不同,饲料保鲜剂与饲料的配比不同:
饲料保鲜剂春季使用时,按照1.4:1600配置,
饲料保鲜剂夏季使用时,按照2:1200配置,
饲料保鲜剂秋天使用时,按照1.3:1500配置,
饲料保鲜剂冬天使用时,按照1:1500配置。
综上,本发明实施例具有如下有益效果:本发明饲料保鲜剂抑菌活性较好,保鲜期长,原料为植物提取物,无毒无害,满足食品安全的规定。本发明饲料保鲜剂配比简单,使用方便,残留低,保持饲料营养平衡,在适量添加范围内,可以保持配置的饲料在一周内保鲜,本发明所述保鲜剂,可以保持饲料在20-30天不质变。

1.一种饲料保鲜剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:山梨酸5-10份、丙酸钙2-6份、β-胡萝卜素5-10份、乳酸链球菌素2-5份、茶多酚5-10份、竹叶提取液5-10份、大蒜素5-10份、海藻物5-10份、氯化钠5-10份、黄酮类物质3-7份、酚酸类物质3-7份、抑菌肽2-5份、植酸5-10份、葡萄籽提取液10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的饲料保鲜剂,其特征在于,所述黄酮类物质包括根黄酮醇、黄烷酮、异黄酮、查耳酮、黄烷醇中的一种或者几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的饲料保鲜剂,其特征在于,所述酚酸类物质包括原儿茶酸、没食子酸、介子酸中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的饲料保鲜剂,其特征在于,所述植酸为大米、玉米、小麦等食品加工过程中的废液。
5.一种如权利要求1~4任一所述的饲料保鲜剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、按照重量份称取丙酸钙2-6份,氯化钠5-10份混合,研磨,过筛,得到干粉备用;
S2、按照重量份称取山梨酸5-10份、β-胡萝卜素5-10份、乳酸链球菌素2-5份、茶多酚5-10份、竹叶提取液5-10份、大蒜素5-10份、海藻物5-10份、黄酮类物质3-7份、酚酸类物质3-7份、抑菌肽2-5份、植酸5-10份、葡萄籽提取液10-15份,依次加入到步骤S1得到的干粉中,边加入边搅拌,搅拌均匀,即可。
6.根据权利要求5所述的饲料保鲜剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1所述过筛过80-100目筛。
7.根据权利要求5所述的饲料保鲜剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2所述搅拌时间为20-30分钟。
