本发明涉及高粘度油品加热装置的技术领域,特别涉及一种电加热器电热管支撑结构。
背景技术
现有的高粘度油品加热器采用弓形折流板,在折流板拐角处存在液体流动死区,对于高粘度油品在该区域热量传导很慢,油品易结焦碳化,造成油品及加热设备的损坏。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明提供了一种电加热器电热管支撑结构,有效防止电热器内形成液体流动死区,提高了电热管内油品的热传导效率,防止了油品焦碳化,从而有效避免了油品及加热设备的损坏。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种电加热器电热管支撑结构,其特征在于:其包括多个套圈,所述套圈间通过筋板连接,形成整体支撑结构。
其进一步特征在于:所述电加热器电热管支撑结构包括多个横向布置的多个所述套圈,每一断面的多个所述套圈分别通过筋板连接形成支撑架结构,多个所述支撑架结构对电加热管形成多点支撑。
本发明的上述结构中,由于其包括多个套圈,套圈间通过筋板连接,形成整体支撑结构,电加热热管安装在套圈内时,对电加热管形成支撑的同时增大了油品通过电加热管支撑位置的液流面积和流动速度,有效防止电热器内形成液体流动死区,提高了电热管内油品的热传导效率,防止了油品焦碳化,从而有效避免了油品及加热设备的损坏。

下面结合附图来对本发明电加热器电热管支撑结构进行进一步说明:
见图1、图2,一种电加热器电热管支撑结构,其包括多个套圈1,套圈1间通过筋板2连接,形成整体支撑结构,电加热管设置在套圈内,增大了油品通过电加热管支撑位置的液流面积和流动速度,有效防止电热器内形成液体流动死区,提高了电热管内油品的热传导效率,防止了油品焦碳化,从而有效避免了油品及加热设备的损坏。
电加热器电热管支撑结构包括多个横向布置的多个套圈1,每一断面的套圈1分别通过筋板2连接形成支撑架结构3,多个支撑架结构3对电加热管在壳体内形成多点支撑,由于电加热管大部分裸露,在保证了电加热管支撑稳定的同时提高了加热效率。

1.一种电加热器电热管支撑结构,其特征在于:其包括多个套圈,所述套圈间通过筋板连接,形成整体支撑结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电加热器电热管支撑结构,其特征在于,所述电加热器电热管支撑结构包括多个横向布置的多个所述套圈,每一断面的多个所述套圈分别通过筋板连接形成支撑架结构,多个所述支撑架结构对电加热管形成多点支撑。
