Abstract
本发明提供一种高磅级无外漏双瓣对夹式止回阀,包括阀体、阀瓣、固定轴和转轴,阀体内周面上设有两个位置相对的凹槽,凹槽在阀体的上端面设有开口,凹槽内设有固定块和挡块,挡块位于固定块上方,两个凹槽内的固定块安装在转轴的两端,固定轴的两端分别支撑在两个凹槽内的挡块上,固定轴的两端设有防松螺母,防松螺母与固定轴螺纹连接,防松螺母将挡块压紧在阀体上。该止回阀结构使用防松螺母进行固定,凹槽的加工深度较浅,这样可有效降低阀体的加工难度。采用这种结构还可以非常方便的将固定块、挡块放入到阀体内,组装起来非常的方便;挡块通过防松螺母来压紧在阀体上,能承受较大的压力,因此这种结构的止回阀更加适合高磅级管道使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种止回阀,特别涉及一种高磅级无外漏双瓣对夹式止回阀。
背景技术
双瓣止回阀属于旋启式止回阀,由于其具有结构紧凑、结构长度短、占用空间小等优点,因此在一些气液管路系统中得到了非常广泛的应用。双瓣式止回阀主要由阀体、阀瓣、转轴、固定轴、扭簧等零件组成,在阀体的内腔靠下侧设有两个对称设置的半圆形密封面,中间设有横梁相隔,半圆形阀体密封面上对应配置有两个半圆形阀瓣,每个阀瓣通过设置在其上的两个轴耳上的孔与转轴进行铰接,在转轴的上侧还设有与转轴平行的固定轴,转轴与固定轴通过一定的方式固定在阀体上,在转轴上套装有两个扭簧,扭簧的一个扭臂压贴在固定轴上,另一个扭臂压紧在阀瓣的背面,通过合适的弹簧力来提供初始密封比压。阀门使用时,正流介质会推动两个阀瓣转动并对折到一起,使阀门处于开启状态;而当介质倒流时,则会使两个阀瓣展开形成一整圆,此时阀门关闭。
中国发明专利(专利号:201410374150.9 )公开了一种双瓣式止回阀,阀门为内销轴结构,阀内件由支承座安装固定;在阀体内腔孔壁相对位置处,设置有长方形凹入的方槽,支承座被嵌入方槽内而获得稳定可靠的定位;在支承座与阀瓣的轴耳侧面、固定轴的两端台阶面之间设置有板状的卡块,其上开有下卡槽和上卡槽,下卡槽卡入转轴上的扁势槽内;卡块通过设置在支承座上、其下端装有小弹簧的圆柱销实现位置锁定;卡块的内侧还安装有带凸缘的垫圈,凸缘置于卡块的下卡槽内,在支承座下侧并设有能容纳该凸缘的凹槽。
这种止回阀结构虽然可以实现无外漏,但加工起来非常的不方便,要在阀体的内部加工方槽,而且组装、拆卸也非常的不方便,而且不适用在高磅级管道中使用。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、组装方便,且适合在高磅级管道中使用的无外漏双瓣对夹式止回阀。
为实现上述目的及其他相关目的,本发明提供一种高磅级无外漏双瓣对夹式止回阀,包括阀体、阀瓣、固定轴和转轴,所述阀瓣、固定轴、转轴位于所述阀体内,所述固定轴平行的设置在所述转轴上方,所述阀瓣通过销轴孔与所述转轴铰接,所述转轴上还套设有扭簧,所述扭簧的一端压贴在阀瓣上,所述扭簧的另一端压贴在所述固定轴上,所述阀体内周面上设有两个位置相对的凹槽,所述凹槽在所述阀体的上端面设有开口,所述凹槽内设有固定块和挡块,所述挡块位于所述固定块上方,两个凹槽内的固定块安装在转轴的两端,所述固定轴的两端分别支撑在两个凹槽内的挡块上,所述固定轴的两端设有防松螺母,所述防松螺母与所述固定轴螺纹连接,所述防松螺母将所述挡块压紧在所述阀体上。
优选地,所述凹槽的底部设有一挡块限位槽,所述挡块上设有凸边,所述挡块的凸边位于所述挡块限位槽内。
优选地,所述防松螺母与所述挡块之间还设有防松垫片。
优选地,所述凹槽为圆弧形凹槽。
优选地,所述挡块上设有通孔,所述固定轴的两端分别插在对应挡块的通孔内。
如上所述,本发明的高磅级无外漏双瓣对夹式止回阀具有以下有益效果:该止回阀结构在阀体上开设一端开口的凹槽,使用防松螺母进行固定,因此凹槽的加工深度较浅,这样可有效降低阀体的加工难度。采用这种结构还可以非常方便的将固定块、挡块放入到阀体内,组装起来非常的方便;挡块通过防松螺母来压紧在阀体上,不但拆卸安装起来方便,而且能承受较大的压力,因此这种结构的止回阀更加适合高磅级管道使用。

如图1、2所示,本发明提供一种高磅级无外漏双瓣对夹式止回阀,其包括阀体1,在阀体1内设有两个阀瓣4、固定轴7和转轴5,阀瓣4上设有销轴孔,转轴5依次穿过两个销轴孔使阀瓣4与转轴5铰接。在转轴5的上方平行设置一固定轴7,转轴5上还套设有两个扭簧10,扭簧10一端的扭臂压贴在阀瓣4上,扭簧10另一端的扭臂压贴在固定轴7上,这样扭簧10就可以为两个阀瓣4提供弹力。在阀门使用时,正流介质会推动两个阀瓣4转动并对折到一起,使阀门处于开启状态;而当介质倒流时,则会使两个阀瓣4在扭簧10的作用下展开形成一整圆,此时阀门关闭。
在阀体1的内周面上设有两个位置相对的圆弧形凹槽12,在圆弧形凹槽12的底部设有挡块限位槽13(如图5所示),圆弧形凹槽12内设有固定块2和挡块3,转轴5的两端延伸至凹槽12内,两个凹槽12内的固定块2分别安装在转轴5的两端,固定块2压住转轴5对其进行限制。挡块3位于固定块2的上方,挡块3的形状如图3、4所述,其为一半圆形结构,其下端设有一凸边31,凸边31位于挡块限位槽13内,挡块限位槽13对挡块3进行限位。挡块3上设有通孔32,固定轴7的两端分别插在两个凹槽12内挡块3的通孔32内,同时在固定轴7上还设有防松螺母9,防松螺母9与固定轴7螺纹连接,防松螺母9将挡块3压紧在阀体1的内周面上,这样就可以将固定轴7进行固定。为了防止防松螺母9松脱,在防松螺母9与挡块3之间还设有防松垫片8。
该双瓣对夹式止回阀在进行组装时,首先将两个阀瓣4平放在安装台上,将转轴5穿过阀瓣4上的销轴孔,将隔环6放入转轴5安装端与阀瓣贴合,将扭簧10适当变形放在阀瓣4的两个销轴孔之间,将转轴5继续往前穿过扭簧10和另一端的销轴轴孔,随后将另一个隔环6放入转轴5安装端与阀瓣4贴合,然后将两个固定块2分别安放在转轴5的两端,将其放入阀体1内,固定块2从阀体1内两个圆弧面槽面放入。再将防松螺母9、防松垫片8一并装在固定轴7上,先两端装防松螺母9,再装防松垫片8,最后再装挡块3,然后将以上整个组件放入阀体1中,将挡块3的凸边31推入挡块限位槽13中,然后拧紧防松螺母9,最后用榔头使其防松垫片8放松卡在防松螺母9与挡块3之间。
该止回阀结构在阀体上开设一端开口的凹槽,使用防松螺母进行固定,因此凹槽的加工深度较浅,这样可有效降低阀体的加工难度。采用这种结构还可以非常方便的将固定块、挡块放入到阀体内,组装起来非常的方便;挡块通过防松螺母来压紧在阀体上,不但拆卸安装起来方便,而且能承受较大的压力,因此这种结构的止回阀更加适合高磅级管道使用。所以,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。

Claims (5)
1.一种高磅级无外漏双瓣对夹式止回阀,包括阀体、阀瓣、固定轴和转轴,所述阀瓣、固定轴、转轴位于所述阀体内,所述固定轴平行的设置在所述转轴上方,所述阀瓣通过销轴孔与所述转轴铰接,所述转轴上还套设有扭簧,所述扭簧的一端压贴在阀瓣上,所述扭簧的另一端压贴在所述固定轴上,其特征在于:所述阀体内周面上设有两个位置相对的凹槽,所述凹槽在所述阀体的上端面设有开口,所述凹槽内设有固定块和挡块,所述挡块位于所述固定块上方,两个凹槽内的固定块安装在转轴的两端,所述固定轴的两端分别支撑在两个凹槽内的挡块上,所述固定轴的两端设有防松螺母,所述防松螺母与所述固定轴螺纹连接,所述防松螺母将所述挡块压紧在所述阀体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高磅级无外漏双瓣对夹式止回阀,其特征在于:所述凹槽的底部设有一挡块限位槽,所述挡块上设有凸边,所述挡块的凸边位于所述挡块限位槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高磅级无外漏双瓣对夹式止回阀,其特征在于:所述防松螺母与所述挡块之间还设有防松垫片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高磅级无外漏双瓣对夹式止回阀,其特征在于:所述凹槽为圆弧形凹槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高磅级无外漏双瓣对夹式止回阀,其特征在于:所述挡块上设有通孔,所述固定轴的两端分别插在对应挡块的通孔内。
