本实用新型的目的是提供一种软密封蝶阀的阀口密封结构,容易拆装及维修,并可在任意位置安装,结构简单、紧凑,操作扭矩小,90度回转开启迅速,流量特性趋直线,调节性能好。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
软密封蝶阀的阀口密封结构,在阀体进口端设有带有凹槽的卡盘,所述阀体的进口端固定安装有压套,压套的前端设有台阶卡台,压套的前端与卡盘之间压置有密封圈体,阀体内壁上环形分布有多个弹簧槽,弹簧槽内放置有弹簧,弹簧的上端压置于密封圈体的外壁,密封圈体一侧具有与台阶卡台相匹配,另一侧具有与凹槽相匹配的凸块。
所述的密封圈体内侧设有与阀板边缘相匹配的圆弧。
本实用新型的密封圈体与压套、阀体的进口端安装紧凑,容易拆装及维修,并可在任意位置安装,结构简单、紧凑,操作扭矩小,90度回转开启迅速,流量特性趋直线,调节性能好。

1.软密封蝶阀的阀口密封结构,在阀体进口端设有带有凹槽的卡盘,其特征在于:所述阀体的进口端固定安装有压套,压套的前端设有台阶卡台,压套的前端与卡盘之间压置有密封圈体,阀体内壁上环形分布有多个弹簧槽,弹簧槽内放置有弹簧,弹簧的上端压置于密封圈体的外壁,密封圈体一侧具有与台阶卡台相匹配,另一侧具有与凹槽相匹配的凸块。
