Abstract
本发明公开了一种蓄电池极柱密封圈,所述密封圈内壁中部沿圆周设有若干环形内凸棱,外壁沿圆周设有环形外凸棱。内凸棱有三条,凸棱高度为1mm。外凸棱设于密封圈下部,外凸棱有一条,凸棱高度为1mm。密封圈的材质为三元乙丙橡胶。本发明与现有的技术相比,在密封圈与极柱、密封圈与与电池盖接触的面设计若干条凸起的棱,增强密封性能,可以有效的提高极柱的密封性,消除爬酸现象及后续的使用松动。

技术领域
本发明涉及蓄电池配件,特别涉及蓄电池极柱密封圈。
背景技术
在2V牵引蓄电池单体中,极柱与电池盖间的密封仅靠压入的橡胶密封圈来实现,现有的密封胶圈设计简单,在电池后续的使用过程中经常出现密封圈与极柱、密封圈与电池盖接触处爬酸现象。电池在使用过程中,由于长期的颠簸容易出现密封不牢的现象。这些情况将会影响到电池的使用寿命及给使用者带来不必要的麻烦。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种蓄电池极柱密封圈,增强了密封性能,消除电池爬酸现象及长期使用后出现松动的现象。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种蓄电池极柱密封圈,所述密封圈内壁中部沿圆周设有若干环形内凸棱,外壁沿圆周设有环形外凸棱。
所述内凸棱有三条,凸棱高度为1mm。
所述外凸棱设于密封圈下部,外凸棱有一条,凸棱高度为1mm。
所述密封圈的材质为三元乙丙橡胶。
本发明与现有的技术相比,具有以下优点:在密封圈与极柱、密封圈与与电池盖接触的面设计若干条凸起的棱,增强密封性能,可以有效的提高极柱的密封性,消除爬酸现象及后续的使用松动。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明包括密封圈1的本体,在密封圈1的内壁中部沿圆周设有若干环形内凸棱2,外壁沿圆周设有环形外凸棱3。
在本实施例中,内凸棱2有三条,内凸棱的高度为1mm。
在本实施例中,外凸棱3设于密封圈1的下部,外凸棱1有一条,外凸棱高度为1mm。
内凸棱2和外凸棱3的数量和凸棱的高度不是固定的,依不同
密封圈1的材质为三元乙丙橡胶。

1. 一种蓄电池极柱密封圈,其特征在于:所述密封圈(1)内壁中部沿圆周设有若干环形内凸棱(2),外壁沿圆周设有环形外凸棱(3)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蓄电池极柱密封圈,其特征在于:所述内凸棱(2)有三条,内凸棱(2)高度为1mm。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蓄电池极柱密封圈,其特征在于:所述外凸棱(3)设于密封圈(1)下部,外凸棱(3)有一条,外凸棱(3)高度为1mm。
4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的一种蓄电池极柱密封圈,其特征在于:所述密封圈(1)的材质为三元乙丙橡胶。
