Abstract
本发明公开了一种防止漏液的蓄电池盖,包括盖体和盖板,其特征在于:盖体下部设有向一侧倾斜的盖板,盖体侧壁与盖板形成回流腔,盖体上设有条形凹槽,条形凹槽上设有密封盖,条形凹槽内设有多个加液孔,加液孔上设有安全帽,加液孔四周设有环形凹槽,环形凹槽内设有扣合孔,密封盖内设有与扣合孔想配合的扣合柱,扣合柱根部设有透气塞,密封盖两端设有排气孔,排气孔处设有滤气塞。本发明的优点是:电解液不易析出,水分的蒸发量减少,同时也能防止从加液孔中漏出的电解液相互流通,提高了蓄电池的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及蓄电池的部件,尤其涉及一种防止漏液的蓄电池盖。
背景技术
目前市场上广泛使用的蓄电池中,一般在盖体上都会设置滤气装置,在滤气装置下设置一个安全帽,但是安全帽直接与电池内部的电解液相对,会造成水蒸气从滤气装置中排出而造成漏液,会造成电解液过少而影响其使用寿命,而当电解液加入过多时,由于蓄电池的倾斜或者抖动。容易使得蓄电池内的电解液从加液孔中漏出而相互连通,降低蓄电池的电压,影响蓄电池的供电能力。
因此,急需一种改进的技术来解决现有技术中所存在的这一问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防止漏液的蓄电池盖。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种防止漏液的蓄电池盖,包括盖体和盖板,所述盖体下部设有向一侧倾斜的盖板,所述盖体侧壁与盖板形成回流腔,所述盖体上设有条形凹槽,所述条形凹槽上设有密封盖,所述条形凹槽内设有多个加液孔,所述加液孔上设有安全帽,所述加液孔四周设有环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内设有扣合孔,所述密封盖内设有与扣合孔想配合的扣合柱,所述扣合柱根部设有透气塞,所述密封盖两端设有排气孔,所述排气孔处设有滤气塞。
所述滤气塞采用聚四氟乙烯塑料制成。
所述密封盖外表面与盖体外表面处于相同平面。
本发明的优点是:电解液不易析出,水分的蒸发量减少,同时也能防止从加液孔中漏出的电解液相互流通,提高了蓄电池的使用寿命。

如图1和图2所示,本发明的一种防止漏液的蓄电池盖,包括盖体1和盖板2,盖体1下部设有向一侧倾斜的盖板2,盖体1侧壁与盖板2形成回流腔3,盖体上1设有条形凹槽4,条形凹槽4上设有密封盖5,条形凹槽4内设有多个加液孔6,加液孔6上设有安全帽7,加液孔6四周设有环形凹槽8,环形凹槽8内设有扣合孔9,密封盖5内设有与扣合孔9相配合的扣合柱10,扣合柱10根部设有透气塞11,密封盖5两端设有排气孔12,排气孔12处设有滤气塞13,滤气塞13采用聚四氟乙烯塑料制成,密封盖5外表面与盖体1外表面处于相同平面。电解液不易析出,水分的蒸发量减少,同时也能防止从加液孔6中漏出的电解液相互流通,提高了蓄电池的使用寿命。

1.一种防止漏液的蓄电池盖,包括盖体和盖板,其特征在于:所述盖体下部设有向一侧倾斜的盖板,所述盖体侧壁与盖板形成回流腔,所述盖体上设有条形凹槽,所述条形凹槽上设有密封盖,所述条形凹槽内设有多个加液孔,所述加液孔上设有安全帽,所述加液孔四周设有环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内设有扣合孔,所述密封盖内设有与扣合孔想配合的扣合柱,所述扣合柱根部设有透气塞,所述密封盖两端设有排气孔,所述排气孔处设有滤气塞。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止漏液的蓄电池盖,其特征在于:所述滤气塞采用聚四氟乙烯塑料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止漏液的蓄电池盖,其特征在于:所述密封盖外表面与盖体外表面处于相同平面。
