本发明公开了一种二位二通机动换向阀,包括阀体,其特征在于:还包括阀芯、档块、滚轮和弹簧,在阀体内设置有阀腔,所述阀芯设置于阀腔内,在阀体上设置有进油口和回油口,所述弹簧一端与阀体底部相连接,所述弹簧另一端与阀芯底部相连接,在阀芯的顶端设置有滚轮,在滚轮旁设置有档块,所述驱动机构能够控制档块移动带动滚轮向下移动。本发明解决了现有技术中换向阀所采用手动控制,控制精度较差,控制起来也不够方便,同时由于目前换向阀结构复杂,零部件十分容易损坏,大幅度提升了使用成本的问题,提供了一种结构简单,使用方便,采用机械方式控制,控制精度高,控制稳定安全,且不易损坏,使用寿命长的二位二通机动换向阀。

本发明涉及一种换向阀,特别是涉及一种二位二通机动换向阀。
背景技术
换向阀是具有两种以上流动形式和两个以上油口的方向控制阀。是实现液压油流的沟通、切断和换向,以及压力卸载和顺序动作控制的阀门。而目前的换向阀所采用手动控制,控制精度较差,控制起来也不够方便,同时由于目前换向阀结构复杂,零部件十分容易损坏,大幅度提升了使用成本。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中换向阀所采用手动控制,控制精度较差,控制起来也不够方便,同时由于目前换向阀结构复杂,零部件十分容易损坏,大幅度提升了使用成本的问题,本发明提供了一种结构简单,使用方便,采用机械方式控制,控制精度高,控制稳定安全,且不易损坏,使用寿命长的二位二通机动换向阀。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种二位二通机动换向阀,包括阀体,其特征在于:还包括阀芯、档块、滚轮和弹簧,在阀体内设置有阀腔,所述阀芯设置于阀腔内,在阀体上设置有进油口和回油口,所述弹簧一端与阀体底部相连接,所述弹簧另一端与阀芯底部相连接,在阀芯的顶端设置有滚轮,在滚轮旁设置有档块,所述驱动机构能够控制档块移动带动滚轮向下移动。
前述的一种二位二通机动换向阀,其特征在于:所述档块与滚轮接触面为斜面。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明二位二通机动换向阀,在常态时,阀芯在弹簧的作用下处于上位,进油口和回油口不相通,当驱动机构控制档块移动,档块通过斜面将滚轮压住,使得阀芯向下移动,进油口和回油口相通,本发明操作简单,使用方便,且通过机械设备控制,控制精度高,不会损坏,使用寿命较长。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述。
如图1所示,一种二位二通机动换向阀,包括阀体1、阀芯2、档块3、滚轮4和弹簧5,在阀体1内设置有阀腔,所述阀芯2设置于阀腔内,在阀体1上设置有进油口6和回油口7,所述弹簧5一端与阀体1底部相连接,所述弹簧5另一端与阀芯2底部相连接,在阀芯2的顶端设置有滚轮4,在滚轮4旁设置有档块3,所述驱动机构能够控制档块3移动带动滚轮4向下移动。所述档块3与滚轮4接触面为斜面。
综上所述,本发明二位二通机动换向阀,在常态时,阀芯2在弹簧5的作用下处于上位,进油口6和回油口7不相通,当驱动机构控制档块3移动,档块3通过斜面将滚轮4压住,使得阀芯2向下移动,进油口6和回油口7相通,本发明操作简单,使用方便,且通过机械设备控制,控制精度高,不会损坏,使用寿命较长。
