一种用于波纹管截止阀及截止止回阀的钛合金,其重量组成包括:23%≤Si≤23.5%,0.5%≤Fe≤0.55%,4.0%≤Cu≤4.5%,0.5%≤Mn≤0.8%,0.8%≤Mg≤1.5%,0.05≤Cr≤0.2%,0.01%≤Zn≤0.3%,0.1%≤Ti≤0.2%,0.01%≤ Ni≤0.1%,0.01≤Mo ≤0.1%,0.01≤ S≤0.1%,其余部分为Al。本发明提供的钛-铝合金材料,其来制作阀门,减轻了产品的重量,达到只有原来钢材料的60%-50%重量;阀门的防腐蚀性,结构强度得到提高。

 本发明属于金属新材料的技术领域,具体涉及一种钛合金,用于波纹管截止阀及截止止回阀。
背景技术
通常应用于海洋船舶配件中的阀门,其一般采用钢材料制作,因长期面对海水的腐蚀、冲击,对阀门的防腐蚀性、强度要求极高;同时钢材料的重量较重,不符合如今船舶、舰艇的轻量化设计要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于波纹管截止阀及截止止回阀的钛合金材料,通过使用钛合金材料来制作阀门,减轻了产品的重量。
本发明的技术方案为:一种用于波纹管截止阀及截止止回阀的钛合金,其重量组成包括:23%≤Si≤23.5%,0.5%≤Fe≤0.55%,4.0%≤Cu≤4.5%,0.5%≤Mn≤0.8% ,0.8%≤Mg≤1.5%,0.05≤Cr ≤0.2% , 0.01%≤Zn ≤0.3% ,0.1%≤Ti≤0.2% ,0.01%≤ Ni ≤0.1%,0.01≤Mo ≤0.1% , 0.01≤ S ≤0.1% ,其余部分为AL。

有益效果:本发明提供的钛-铝合金材料,其来制作阀门,减轻了产品的重量,达到只有原来钢材料的60%-50%重量;阀门的防腐蚀性,结构强度得到提高。

实施例1、2、3所提供的钛-铝合金材料;经实验检测各项性能参数:拉伸强度(25°C MPa),470-520;屈服强度(25°C MPa),320-350;延伸率1.6mm(1/16in)厚度,20-25。
