本发明公开了一种汽车钢圈翻新用漆的加工工艺,包括:将各组分按配比混匀后,进行酯化处理,得到所需汽车钢圈翻新用漆的加工工艺。本发明所述汽车钢圈翻新用漆的加工工艺,可以克服现有技术中易脱落、附着力差和喷涂不方便等缺陷,以实现不易脱落、附着力好和喷涂方便的优点。

本发明涉及汽车技术领域,具体地,涉及一种汽车钢圈翻新用漆的加工工艺。
背景技术
汽车是一种高档消费品,随着人们生活水平的提高,对汽车产业也带来个更加有力的发展。日常生活中,汽车经常处于风吹日晒的环境中,一方面容易产生褪色、脱皮等损坏,另一方面也容易受到各种腐蚀,比如酸雨等。目前,各大汽车生产企业针对汽车面漆的研究日益深入,但是都没有一种有效地措施来防止汽车面漆的脱落,换句话说,汽车面漆的附着力需要有更大的提升才能更好的满足人们的要求。
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在易脱落、附着力差和喷涂不方便等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对上述问题,提出一种汽车钢圈翻新用漆的加工工艺,以实现不易脱落、附着力好和喷涂方便的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种汽车钢圈翻新用漆的加工工艺,包括:
⑴按以下重量份数配比各组分:
重晶石粉:7份;
聚丙烯酰胺:8份;
甲苯:6份;
聚二甲基硅氧烷:10份;
环氧树脂:25份;
丙烯酸树脂:32份;
颜料:15份;
乙酸乙酯:12份;
聚丙烯酸酯:13份;
润湿剂:14份;
云母粉:5份;
高岭土:7份;
乙醇:8份;
丙二醇:10份;
水:12份;
⑵将各组分按配比混匀后,进行酯化处理,得到所需汽车钢圈翻新用漆的加工工艺。
本发明各实施例的汽车钢圈翻新用漆的加工工艺,由于包括:将各组分按配比混匀后,进行酯化处理,得到所需汽车钢圈翻新用漆的加工工艺;从而可以克服现有技术中易脱落、附着力差和喷涂不方便的缺陷,以实现不易脱落、附着力好和喷涂方便的优点。

高岭土:7份;
乙醇:8份;
丙二醇:10份;
水:12份;
⑵将各组分按配比混匀后,进行酯化处理,得到所需汽车钢圈翻新用漆的加工工艺。
经验证,本发明的技术方案所得产品,耐化学性能、耐气候性能、光泽度高同时附着力好,有效地提高汽车面漆与车身的附着力;抗紫外线吸收剂采用金红石型纳米氧化钛,抗紫外线效果优异,延长了面漆褪色周期。

乙醇:8份;
丙二醇:10份;
水:12份;
⑵将各组分按配比混匀后,进行酯化处理,得到所需汽车钢圈翻新用漆的加工工艺。
