本发明是一种环保型防火门窗用弹性橡胶密封条,按照质量份数的配方为:三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)25-58.5份,炭黑5-8份,阻燃剂8-10份,石蜡油5-15份,填充剂10-15份,硫化剂1-3份,促进剂1-2份,热塑性弹性体5-10份,发泡剂2.5-4份,氧化锌3-6份,硫磺1-2份。所述的热塑性弹性体为聚氧化乙烯(POE)。所述的发泡剂为氧代双苯磺酰肼(OBSH)。本发明所述的一种环保型防火门窗用弹性橡胶密封条,具有弹性好,无毒环保的特征。

防火门窗用橡胶密封条存在不环保,弹性差的问题,为此我们设计了一种环保型防火门窗用弹性橡胶密封条。
发明内容
本发明为了解决防火门窗用橡胶密封条存在不环保,弹性差的问题,而提供一种环保型防火门窗用弹性橡胶密封条。
本发明为实现上述目的,提供一种环保型防火门窗用弹性橡胶密封条,按照质量份数的配方为:三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)25-58.5份,炭黑5-8份,阻燃剂8-10份,石蜡油5-15份,填充剂10-15份,硫化剂1-3份,促进剂1-2份,热塑性弹性体5-10份,发泡剂2.5-4份,氧化锌3-6份,硫磺1-2份。
所述的热塑性弹性体为聚氧化乙烯(POE)。
所述的发泡剂为氧代双苯磺酰肼(OBSH)。

一种环保型防火门窗用弹性橡胶密封条,按质量的配方为:三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)58.5g,炭黑5g,阻燃剂8g,石蜡油5g,填充剂10g,硫化剂1g,促进剂1g,热塑性弹性体5g,发泡剂2.5g,氧化锌3g,硫磺1g。
所述的热塑性弹性体为聚氧化乙烯(POE)。
所述的发泡剂为氧代双苯磺酰肼(OBSH)。

1.一种环保型防火门窗用弹性橡胶密封条,其特征在于,按照质量份数的配方为:三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)25-58.5份,炭黑5-8份,阻燃剂8-10份,石蜡油5-15份,填充剂10-15份,硫化剂1-3份,促进剂1-2份,热塑性弹性体5-10份,发泡剂2.5-4份,氧化锌3-6份,硫磺1-2份。
