Abstract

本发明公开了一种高压熔断器,包括顶盖、端帽、防水罩、镍铬熔丝、石英砂、指示器熔丝、弹簧、芯子;所述的端帽位于顶盖下端两侧;所述的防水罩和端帽相连;所述的镍铬熔丝缠绕在石英砂上;所述的指示器熔丝位于石英砂的下方;所述的指示器熔丝通过弹簧和芯子相连。本发明设计简单,更换维修方便的高压熔断器,并且降低熔丝熔化温度,使得熔断器更加灵敏和完善。

一种高压熔断器
技术领域
本发明涉及电工领域,具体涉及一种高压熔断器。
背景技术    高压熔断器主要用于高压输电线路、电压变压器、电压互感器等电器设备的过载和短路
保护。
    现有技术中的高压熔断器由于经常发生熔断,并且更换起来很麻烦,相当浪费时间,同
时增加了事故隐患。除此之外,现有技术中的熔丝常为镍铬合金,在实际工作中,要求熔断
器具有较大的断流能力,常用铜或者镍铬合金,因为他们的电阻率小,热导快,截面面积也
很小,但是缺点是熔化温度高,长期工作中可能达到较高的温度而不熔断,同时要使其快速
熔断,必须通过较大的电流,否则会延长熔断时间,这样对被保护的电压互感器不利。
发明内容
发明要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术不足,提供了一种设计简单,更换维修方便的高压熔断器,并且降低熔丝熔化温度,使得熔断器更加灵敏和完善。
技术方案
为达到上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:
本发明一种高压熔断器,包括顶盖、端帽、防水罩、镍铬熔丝、石英砂、指示器熔丝、弹簧、芯子;
所述的端帽位于顶盖下端两侧;
所述的防水罩和端帽相连;
所述的镍铬熔丝缠绕在石英砂上;
所述的指示器熔丝位于石英砂的下方;
所述的指示器熔丝通过弹簧和芯子相连。
进一步的技术方案,还包括胶垫,所述的胶垫设于熔断器的底部。
进一步的技术方案,所述的芯子的材质是瓷。
进一步的技术方案,所述的镍铬熔丝中间焊有铅锡合金的小球。
进一步的技术方案,所述的防水罩和端帽为可拆卸连接。
有益效果
采用本发明提供的技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
1、               本发明高压熔断器装有防水罩,防水罩能够防止熔体本身因为风吹雨打被腐蚀,且防水罩和端帽为可拆卸连接,能够方便维修。
2、               本发明镍铬熔丝中间焊有铅锡合金的小球,能够充分利用镍铬熔丝的优点,又能利用铅锡合金的优点,克服单一使用镍铬熔丝带来的熔化温度过高的问题,使得镍铬熔丝的熔化温度降低,使用起来更加灵敏和完善。
3、               本发明还包括胶垫,胶垫设于熔断器的底部,能够更好让高压熔断器能够绝缘,避免外界环境导致内部部件短路。

实施例
如图1 所示,本实施例的一种高压熔断器,包括顶盖1、端帽2、防水罩3、镍铬熔丝4、石英砂5、指示器熔丝6、弹簧7、芯子8;端帽2位于顶盖1下端两侧;防水罩3和端帽2相连;镍铬熔丝4缠绕在石英砂5上;指示器熔丝6位于石英砂5的下方;指示器熔丝6通过弹簧7和芯子8相连。本发明还包括胶垫9,所述的胶垫9设于熔断器的底部。芯子8的材质是瓷。镍铬熔丝4中间焊有铅锡合金的小球。防水罩3和端帽2为可拆卸连接。

1.一种高压熔断器,其特征在于,包括顶盖(1)、端帽(2)、防水罩(3)、镍铬熔丝(4)、石英砂(5)、指示器熔丝(6)、弹簧(7)、芯子(8);
所述的端帽(2)位于顶盖(1)下端两侧;
所述的防水罩(3)和端帽(2)相连;
所述的镍铬熔丝(4)缠绕在石英砂(5)上;
所述的指示器熔丝(6)位于石英砂(5)的下方;
所述的指示器熔丝(6)通过弹簧(7)和芯子(8)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压熔断器,其特征在于,还包括胶垫(9),所述的胶垫(9)设于熔断器的底部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压熔断器,其特征在于,所述的芯子(8)的材质是瓷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压熔断器,其特征在于,所述的镍铬熔丝(4)中间焊有铅锡合金的小球。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压熔断器,其特征在于,所述的防水罩(3)和端帽(2)为可拆卸连接。
