Abstract

本发明涉及酒瓶处理领域,具体的说是一种酒瓶烘干设备,包括壳体、运输装置、烘干装置和动力箱,所述的壳体包围在运输装置和烘干装置外部,对整个装置起到了支撑和密封的作用;所述的运输装置位于烘干装置上方,运输装置用于以流水线的方式传输酒瓶;所述的动力箱位于壳体左侧。本发明采用倾斜的流水线形式,将流水线下端烘干过程中产生的热量运用到流水线中部和上部酒瓶的烘干和预热,有效减少了烘干的时间,降低了烘干的成本,提高了烘干效率。

一种酒瓶烘干设备
技术领域
本发明涉及酒瓶处理领域,具体的说是一种酒瓶烘干设备。
背景技术
在白酒酿造后需要装瓶,所需的酒瓶要经过消毒、清洗、烘干等工序,烘干后的酒瓶倘若仍有液体残留,将会大大影响酒水的品质和口感,因此酒瓶在使用前的烘干程序相当重要。现有的酒瓶烘干设备一般都是容积固定的,即酒瓶是分批次烘干的,这种烘干方式效果较好,但是每次烘干都需要重新装瓶,而上一次烘干的热量残留将会在装瓶过程中丧失,使得能耗较大,且效率较低。
中国专利申请号:201410445074.6,申请日:2014年9月3日,公开了一种油瓶烘干装置,同时也能用于酒瓶的烘干,该装置包括烘干箱和输送带,所述的输送带穿过烘干箱,所述的烘干箱分为暖风区和冷风区,所述的输送带两侧均设置有栏杆,该装置能更好的对油瓶进行干燥,同时在栏杆的作用下,有效防止油瓶的歪斜,保证了烘干装置的连续运行。该申请案的不足之处在于:在暖风区产生的热气只能在暖风区起作用,不能将烘干过程中产生的热气充分利用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的烘干机使用成本高、热量使用效率低、烘干效率低下等问题,本发明提供一种酒瓶烘干设备,采用倾斜的流水线形式,将流水线下端烘干过程中产生的热量运用到流水线中部和上部酒瓶的烘干和预热,有效减少了烘干的时间,降低了烘干的成本,提高了烘干效率。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种酒瓶烘干设备,包括壳体、运输装置、烘干装置和动力箱,所述的壳体包围在运输装置和烘干装置外部;所述的运输装置位于烘干装置上方;所述的动力箱位于壳体左侧。
所述的壳体包括机壳、支撑架和挡风帘,所述的机壳呈直线型,机壳的横截面呈长方形,且机壳倾斜放置;所述的支撑架呈“工”形,支撑架位于机壳的右端;所述的挡风帘材质为柔性材料,挡风帘横截面大小与机壳左端出口大小相同,且挡风帘顶边固定在机壳左端出口上方,挡风帘用于避免冷空气从机壳左端口进入机壳内。
所述的运输装置包括传送带、传动轮和限速轮,所述的传动轮包括上传动轮和下传动轮;所述的上传动轮包围在传送带的上端内;述的下传动轮包围在传送带的下端内,且下传动轮与动力箱通过皮带连接;所述的限速轮设置于传送带左侧,限速轮与动力箱通过皮带连接,且限速轮侧面上设置有至少三个弧形凹陷,限速轮用于将酒瓶逐个的从传送带上取下,并能阻止酒瓶从传送带上滚下;所述的弧形凹陷轮廓与酒瓶瓶身部分的侧面轮廓形状相同,弧形凹陷有利于限速轮更好的和酒瓶瓶身贴合。
所述的烘干装置包括电热网和鼓风设备,所述的电热网上设置有纵横交错的网状电热丝,电热网位于传送带下部分的环内且与传送带平行,且电热网前后两端固定在机壳上;所述的鼓风设备位于传送带的环内且位于电热网的下方,鼓风设备的鼓风方向与传送带方向设有夹角,且鼓风设备内部设置有至少一个风扇。
所述的动力箱位于传送带下倾端的左侧,动力箱呈长方体,且动力箱的上面与水平面平形,动力箱的右面为弧形且包围在传送带外部,动力箱的正面伸出两根用于和下传动轮与限速轮连接的传动轴。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的一种酒瓶烘干设备,用倾斜的流水线形式,将流水线下端烘干过程中产生的热量运用到流水线中部和上部酒瓶的烘干和预热,有效减少了烘干的时间,降低了烘干的成本,提高了烘干效率。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
如图1、图2,本实施例的一种酒瓶烘干设备,包括壳体1、运输装置2、烘干装置3和动力箱4,所述的壳体1包围在运输装置2和烘干装置3外部;所述的运输装置2位于烘干装置3上方;所述的动力箱4位于壳体1左侧。
如图1,所述的壳体1包括机壳11、支撑架12和挡风帘13,所述的机壳11呈直线型,机壳11的横截面呈长方形,且机壳11倾斜放置;所述的支撑架12呈“工”形,支撑架12位于机壳11的右端;所述的挡风帘13材质为柔性材料,挡风帘13横截面大小与机壳11左端出口大小相同,且挡风帘13顶边固定在机壳11左端出口上方,挡风帘13用于避免冷空气从机壳11左端口进入机壳11内。
如图2、图3,所述的运输装置2包括传送带21、传动轮22和限速轮23,所述的传动轮22包括上传动轮221和下传动轮222;所述的上传动轮221包围在传送带21的上端内;述的下传动轮222包围在传送带21的下端内,且下传动轮222与动力箱4通过皮带连接;所述的限速轮23设置于传送带21左侧,限速轮23与动力箱4通过皮带连接,且限速轮23侧面上设置有三个弧形凹陷231,限速轮23用于将酒瓶逐个的从传送带21上取下,并能阻止酒瓶从传送带21上滚下;所述的弧形凹陷231轮廓与酒瓶瓶身部分的侧面轮廓形状相同,弧形凹陷231有利于限速轮23更好的和酒瓶瓶身贴合。
如图2、图3,所述的烘干装置3包括电热网31和鼓风设备32,所述的电热网31上设置有纵横交错的网状电热丝,电热网31位于传送带21下部分的环内且与传送带21平行,且电热网31前后两端固定在机壳11上;所述的鼓风设备32位于传送带21的环内且位于电热网31的下方,鼓风设备32的鼓风方向与传送带21方向设有夹角,且鼓风设备32内部设置有一个风扇。
如图1、图3,所述的动力箱4位于传送带21下倾端的左侧,动力箱4呈长方体,且动力箱4的上面与水平面平形,动力箱4的右面为弧形且包围在传送带21外部,动力箱4的正面伸出两根用于和下传动轮222与限速轮23连接的传动轴。
实施例2:
本实施例的一种酒瓶烘干设备,其基本结构同实施例1,不同之处在于:所述的限速轮23侧面上设置有四个弧形凹陷231;所述的鼓风设备32内部设置有两个风扇。
实施例3:
本实施例的一种酒瓶烘干设备,其基本结构同实施例1,不同之处在于:所述的限速轮23侧面上设置有五个弧形凹陷231;所述的鼓风设备32内部设置有三个风扇。
实施例1—3的一种酒瓶烘干设备在使用时,首先将酒瓶横着依次摆放到传送带21上,然后电热网31和鼓风设备32共同工作,电热网31产生的热气沿着传送带21自下而上流动,首先将传送带21下部的酒瓶烘干,多余的热量对传送带21上半部分的酒瓶进行预热,被烘干的酒瓶被限速轮23逐个拨出壳体1,然后用新的待烘干的酒瓶放入传送带21最上方的空位上,依次循环。本装置实现了酒瓶的流水线烘干,并对热量进行了充分利用,提高了烘干效率,减少了能源损耗。

1.一种酒瓶烘干设备,包括壳体(1)、运输装置(2)、烘干装置(3)和动力箱(4),其特征在于:所述的壳体(1)包围在运输装置(2)和烘干装置(3)外部;所述的运输装置(2)位于烘干装置(3)上方;所述的动力箱(4)位于壳体(1)左侧;其中:
所述的壳体(1)包括机壳(11)、支撑架(12)和挡风帘(13),所述的机壳(11)呈直线型,机壳(11)的横截面呈长方形,且机壳(11)倾斜放置;所述的支撑架(12)呈“工”形,支撑架(12)位于机壳(11)的右端;所述的挡风帘(13)材质为柔性材料,挡风帘(13)横截面大小与机壳(11)左端出口大小相同,且挡风帘(13)顶边固定在机壳(11)左端出口上方;
所述的运输装置(2)包括传送带(21)、传动轮(22)和限速轮(23),所述的传动轮(22)包括上传动轮(221)和下传动轮(222);所述的上传动轮(221)包围在传送带(21)的上端内;所述的下传动轮(222)包围在传送带(21)的下端内,且下传动轮(222)与动力箱(4)通过皮带连接;所述的限速轮(23)设置于传送带(21)左侧,限速轮(23)与动力箱(4)通过皮带连接,且限速轮(23)侧面上设置有至少三个弧形凹陷(231);所述的弧形凹陷(231)轮廓与酒瓶瓶身部分的侧面轮廓形状相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种酒瓶烘干设备,其特征在于:所述的烘干装置(3)包括电热网(31)和鼓风设备(32),所述的电热网(31)上设置有纵横交错的网状电热丝,电热网(31)位于传送带(21)下部分的环内且与传送带(21)平行,且电热网(31)前后两端固定在机壳(11)上;所述的鼓风设备(32)位于传送带(21)的环内且位于电热网(31)的下方,鼓风设备(32)的鼓风方向与传送带(21)方向设有夹角,且鼓风设备(32)内部设置有至少一个风扇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种酒瓶烘干设备,其特征在于:所述的动力箱(4)位于传送带(21)下倾端的左侧,动力箱(4)呈长方体,且动力箱(4)的上面与水平面平形,动力箱(4)的右面为弧形且包围在传送带(21)外部,动力箱(4)的正面伸出两根用于和下传动轮(222)与限速轮(23)连接的传动轴。
